Booked this hotel as it’s close to the Harry Potter Studio Tour in Leavesden UK (and a little bit of one of the Harry Potter films was filmed at the fountain in the gardens). It’s good reasonably priced accomdation if visiting the Studio Tour. The staff were helpful and the rooms we clean and well kept but a little on the small side Our only negative was the A/C cooling in the room as not sufficient even on a cool May Day the room was very warm to the point of being uncomfortable But overall a good stay with quiet and nice rooms. Would just be wary staying in the hot summer months

To naprawdę piękny ośrodek. Majątek jest po prostu wspaniały, a obsługa była doskonała przez cały nasz pobyt. Pokój (zwłaszcza toaleta) był trochę przestarzały, ale absolutnie nic mu nie dolegało. Mogliśmy zjeść w głównej restauracji, a jakość jedzenia była doskonała. Śniadania i obiady były równie imponujące, z mnóstwem opcji dla dzieci. Jeśli chodzi o udogodnienia, mogliśmy korzystać z krytego basenu i spa, które były ładne i czyste. Budynek był otoczony imponującymi ogrodami i polem golfowym, więc zawsze będziesz mieć dobry widok, patrząc przez okno. Hotel jest otoczony historycznymi miasteczkami targowymi, które zawsze warto odwiedzić. Zdecydowanie wrócę tam ponownie, ponieważ bardzo podobało mi się to miejsce.

Excellent breakfast but I was charged for 2 @ £18.95 each (as I had a single room) so very expensive. On querying this I was told it was standard practice Large room although was surprised to have a disabled room when I hadn't requested one - meant that sink was low and shower was in the bath Room was cold. I was told the air conditioning had been put on for the summer and the room temperature couldn't be adjusted. Temperature control in room didn't work apart from blowing more cold air through the vents. Bathroom radiator didn't heat when turned on. Shower was lukewarm. Volume on TV control didn't work so sound very low Green light on ceiling for smoke detector kept me awake.

This review was based on a visit that I should of stayed in last week. Received a call today to say boiler has broken down so no hot water but we will give you 10% off the bar bill. Don't really cut it so i booked another hotel. Room transfered to another week. But based on previous stays thats my feed back. Not really the hotels thought boiler packs up.

가봤던 호텔중에 최고에요! 스파 때문에 끌려서 갔다가, 그 외에 액티비티에 반해서 나왔습니다. 테니스랑 골프 포함해서 야외 수영 짱이에요

The hotel was lovely, with friendly staff and a clean environment/room. The breakfast was a bit basic but it got the job done. Overall a very amicable stay.

This was a perfect hotel for a weekend getaway, close to London in beautiful surroundings. The Superior King room was modern, spacious and comfortable, and the hotel retains some charming historic features. We loved the outside grounds with plenty of areas to sit in the sun or shade and watch the roaming peacocks. Staff were quite attentive and the food and drinks were good. Definitely thinking of coming back again in the future.

Nie zdaje sobie sprawy, że basen dla dzieci jest od 15:00 tygodnie. Znowu dostałem opłaty po zapłacie za pokój, poza tym to wygodny pobyt z przestronnym pokój i łóżkiem. Bezpłatne parking. Doskonała temperatura wirtualnego basenu i basenu.

The building beautiful , the issue was the internet connection for the television with no alternatives and the service pretty shocking , but all in all nice building
