Fantastic vacation , thanks to the hospitality . visited during 2nd week of November . Light snowfall with ice all around . Everything was LIT from breakfast to supper . Keep it up !

Location is right on the river. Beautiful view of snow peak mountains. Lovely tulip flowers and green garden. Room are clean. Linen is sparkling clean. Food choice is exhaustive and very good. Would rate it as the best choice we could have asked for. Wi-fi is excellent and we could work from there.

GGuest User1. Location nice 2. Hotel room nice 3. Hotel manager nice 4. Facilities inside room nice 5. Bathroom nice and big 6. Inside bathroom commode needs to be more clean, geaser sometimes not working well, else basin nice water nice. 7. Wifi nice 8. Bed blankets nice. Overall its a nice hotel for couple and family. I can give score 8/10 to the hotel.

2. The trash was not taken out of the room
3. The dinner tables were mostly not clean and cutlery was missing. Dinner table cloth was never there.

GGuest UserGood property with very good staff who is always eager to help. The food preparation is great and clean and tidy rooms. Few exceptional staff i encountered 1. Happy and yudhvir are awesome chauffeurs and make you feel like home. 2. Chef ankit and staff ganesh and tamanna are great in the cafe. Also happy to help and serve hot and tasty food. 3 the manager gaurav and front desk staff komal and kavya really helped us throughout the stay. I requested a late checkout as my transportation back home was delayed, they were happy to accommodate 4 sujeet in the spa worked wonders which this technique. Highly recommend for a family stay.
