Miło spędziliśmy czas w dwóch sąsiadujących apartamentach na parterze, blisko basenu. Personel był bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Do centrum miasta było zaledwie 6 minut spacerem. Śniadanie było wystarczające, a wieczorny koktajl smakował wyśmienicie. Zarezerwowalibyśmy to miejsce ponownie. Było spokojnie, a widok był niesamowity :)

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad bij dit hotel. De ligging is top, het ontbijt is goed en de medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Enige nadeel is dat het erg gehorig is in het hotel, waardoor je de buren kan horen douchen en je hierdoor vroeg in de ochtend al wakker wordt.

Great hotel, with unbeatable view of Ella rock on the balcony. However the room did not have universal plug sockets, the hotel provided a hairdryer but did not fit the plug socket. It is also very difficult to get to with suitcases. Fine if you’re backpacking, but carrying suitcases up the massive hill is very difficult. Perhaps the hotel should look into purchasing their own tuktuk to ferry customers up and down the hill. Not everyone is a backpacker!

洗手間的透氣窗是直通室外的，晚上開燈後會有蚊子飛進來、小壁虎爬進來。房間可能是因為太過於潮濕有一股氣味。不過，酒店的服務很好，我們第二天早上去Safari由於越野車卡在了泥坑裡耽誤了時間，回酒店比較晚，酒店還打電話過來問我們需不需要留出我們的早餐。

This hotel is beautiful and modern. Location is great, easy to get to restaurants and shops outside of the hotel.
Staff have been very attentive and helpful. They clean the rooms promptly. The laundry service is great. The staff even ran to help us push the car up the hill when it was stuck.
Room service food has been very good too, their devilled chicken and pizza were the best.
Highly recommend staying with Te Dalu if you are visiting Ella.

Our stay here was absolutely remarkable, and we highly recommend this place to everyone. The staff are some of the kindest, most generous, and genuinely involved people we have ever encountered — their warmth truly made our stay unforgettable.
The surroundings are peaceful, and it’s magical to watch animals right from the pool. The food is extraordinary — both breakfast and dinner were among the most delicious meals we had in Sri Lanka.
The rooms are spacious and offer beautiful views over the fields, where we could see peacocks, buffaloes, and other wildlife. Another highlight is that the hotel provides bicycles for free, making it easy and fun to explore the nearby area.
The pool is large and perfect for relaxing, rounding out a truly special experience.
We will definitely be coming back and can’t recommend this place enough.

Все было очень хорошо! Завораживающие пейзажи. Отличный персонал, который работает максимально старательно, чтобы угодить гостям отеля.
Единственное, что меня расстроило это двухспальная кровать, на которой вместо одного матраса, было два отдельных матраса. В таких случаях между этими матрасами на кровати ”яма”.

It was a nice stay at Ravana Range Ella hotel with the view and welcoming experience. Food was nice and the team was very hard working and nice to welcome the guests with their heart. Special mention to Lasitha. My kids enjoyed the company with him. Room and washroom was spacious with a very good view.

TtorinessKeeping in mind this is a 3 star hotel, the positives are the rooms are big with a balcony looking out at amazing views (ours anyway), and the pool is clean and quite big also with amazing views and a concrete elephant water feature!!! The location of the hotel is pretty good too - far enough from other properties to be quiet but close enough to Ella main drag that you can walk in 10-15 minutes or pay a tuk tuk driver double the rate of Colombo to get to and from. The big negative for us was that despite being told upon checking in that the room would be cleaned every day, it was not. And I was told the reason why was that we didn’t hand in our key for it to be done - which seems bizarre after staying in hotels for decades and not being told to or having to hand in a key in order to get a standard daily room clean. The insinuation that it was our fault for not handing in a key (not that we were told to do so on checking in) was extremely irritating. Food was ok but overpriced so we ate elsewhere (lots of options). There were lots of little things in the rooms that could be easily addressed to make them nicer - definitely not having ripped old bath towels, and removing an empty TV bracket from the wall (like a TV used to be there but not anymore - or was it just our room, who knows). All these little things add up to I really think the room rate is too high - but we are here in the high season so maybe that’s just the going rate.

It’s a little high up on a hill, but the view from my balcony was gorgeous. It’s also right off the main street, so if you don’t mind the trek up and down you’re still relatively well-situated to be near the backpackers’ bars and restaurants and shops. Breakfast had a lot of local Sri Lankan options which I greatly appreciated, and staff was also happy to explain each dish to newcomers. A small piece of advice for the team though: perhaps hire a few female staffers? As a woman traveling alone, one of the first things I noticed was the all-male staff—or at least, I didn’t see a single woman working there in my 2-night stay. I don’t have a problem with it, but newer solo female travelers might unintentionally be scared off

All the staff were very kind and I had a wonderful stay. I had the buffet breakfast and dinner, and all of the food was delicious and I enjoyed Sri Lankan cuisine. The manager spoke to me at breakfast, and it was clear to see how great the hotel's hospitality is. I would like to stay again.

TTraveling TanOur recent stay at Mandara Rosen Yala was a genuinely pleasant experience. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness was evident, and the staff were consistently helpful, making our visit thoroughly enjoyable. Breakfast each morning provided a good start to the day, while the dinner buffet was particularly impressive, offering a fabulous spread that was a highlight of our evenings. The hotel's serene atmosphere allowed us to relax and recharge, which was much appreciated after exploring the local area. We felt welcomed and valued as guests throughout our stay, thanks to the attentive service. If our travels bring us back to Kataragama, Mandara Rosen Yala will certainly be our hotel of choice once more. It's an establishment that promises comfort and excellent dining experiences.
