Dobry pobyt, choć udogodnienia mogłyby być nieco lepsze. Obsługa i ludzie byli cudowni, jedzenie w hotelu nie było najlepsze, zjedliśmy tam tylko jeden posiłek, a wszystko inne mieliśmy na zewnątrz. Podobał mi się jednak klimat pokoju deluxe, bardzo zgodny z inspirującą sztuką Lizbony.

Nieco rustykalny według standardów Ameryki Północnej, ale czysty i wygodny. Windy były bardzo małe i bardzo wolne w stosunku do pojemności hotelu. Trochę odizolowany od sklepów i innych udogodnień. Zdecydowanie potrzebujesz samochodu lub zorganizuj transport, jeśli tam zostaniesz. Ładna plaża w pobliżu, w odległości spaceru. Dobre śniadanie i udogodnienia, takie jak basen, spa i masaż. Personel był uprzejmy, ale kiedy poskarżyliśmy się na głośny wentylator grzejnika w naszym pokoju, ich rozwiązaniem było po prostu wyłączenie go zamiast naprawy. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, nie było to złe doświadczenie. To bardzo cicha i relaksująca okolica.

Very spacious and clean hotel.  Felt like an apartment with the separate rooms, including the bathroom bedroom kitchen. Kitchen also had an appliances and utensils as well as the microwave and mini fridge, which was really useful as there was a grocery store nearby. Around a 10 minute walk to the metro station which was not hard to navigate in getting to the more central shopping areas of Lisbon. Front desk was also very responsive. All in all, great experience.

No geral a estadia foi boa. O hotel estava limpo e o atendimento foi simpático. No entanto, deixo duas recomendações que poderiam melhorar bastante a experiência: a aplicação de cortinas blackout nos quartos, porque as que existem atualmente deixam passar muita luz; e a adição de mais canais na televisão, já que neste momento apenas tem os canais normais.

Moje ogólne wrażenia były pozytywne, ale jedynym minusem jest lokalizacja. Dotarcie do głównej części miasta zajmuje około 20-30 minut. Codziennie musiałem brać taksówkę lub Bolta, żeby wrócić do hotelu. Pokój był czysty, z dużym łóżkiem typu king-size. Rozmiar pokoju jest rozsądny. Mieszkaliśmy na pierwszym piętrze z widokiem na ulicę, więc w nocy było cicho. Kapcie były dostępne na życzenie. Personel był bardzo uprzejmy i przyjazny. Nie było problemu z komunikacją po angielsku. Zaproponowali nam również wiele restauracji i atrakcji, które warto rozważyć. Lobby jest przestronne, z telewizorem i dużą ilością miejsc siedzących. W piwnicy znajdowała się mała siłownia. Mieliśmy komfortowy i wspaniały pobyt w hotelu Lumen.

Correu tudo muito bem. Muito simpáticos, a cama e almofadas super confortáveis, a decoração do quarto era minimalista mas mt bem pensada, a varanda mesmo de frente ao Mar foi realmente o que cativou, adormecer e acordar com o som do Mar.... Otimo... O spa era muito bom, a piscina exterior tambem recomendo. O restaurante serviu um PA super completo e nutritivo. Almoçamos no restaurante, comida em quantidades certas e comida saborosa, tivemos 5% de desconto por sermos hóspedes

Drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Tym razem spędziłem 3 dni. Wszystko było w porządku, ale było kilka szczegółów, których się nie spodziewałem. Niestety, basen i łaźnia parowa były wciąż w remoncie, więc dostępna była tylko sauna. Pewnego dnia sprzątaczka zabrała wszystkie moje ręczniki kąpielowe i zapomniała ich uzupełnić, zostawiając mi tylko jeden ręcznik do rąk. Musiałem pójść do recepcji, żeby poprosić o komplet ręczników kąpielowych do wzięcia prysznica. Wielkie podziękowania dla Joaquima z recepcji, który po swojej zmianie przyszedł mi wręczyć nowy komplet ręczników. Również drugiego dnia podczas śniadania wziąłem jajko, które miało być ugotowane na twardo, a po rozbiciu go, nabrudziłem i pobrudziłem stół, ponieważ obsługa kuchni wystawiła na widok surowe jajka zamiast gotowanych. W końcu zdecyduję się na pobyt w tym hotelu, ponieważ ma on świetne lobby coworkingowe, przyjemny bar i ogólnie miłą atmosferę, ale te dwa wydarzenia nie były zbyt przyjemne.

The location is great, with plenty of bus stops nearby, making it very convenient to get around. There are McDonald’s and cafés within walking distance, so food options are easy to find. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and even helped me print my train ticket. The breakfast selection is quite complete and reasonably priced—better than looking for breakfast outside. I didn’t really like the bathroom design , it’s not convenient for hanging clothes or getting changed, and it can be a bit troublesome if two friends are sharing the room.

Everything was above and beyond. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was well appointment, modern and in excellent condition. Comfy bed, with convenient charging stations in the bedside locker. Balcony was lovely and had a pleasing view of the area. Pool area is well maintained with a bar and snacks. We used the gym, indoor sauna and indoor pool, which were also very good. There is even a relaxation room to unwind in. The gym floor was a little slippy, could be the cleaner that was used. Excellent breakfast, the bread and pastry options were fresh and authentic. We also had a few cocktails, which were delicious. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! Thanks for a great stay.

TTomazzI recently stayed at Hotel Lumen and had a really great experience. The service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are delightfully spacious and modern, much larger than what you usually find, with comfortable king size bed. The bar deserves a special mention: they serve excellent drinks and cocktails, perfect for unwinding in the evening at also to see the lightshow from or going out to the patio Location-wise, it's very convenient depending on your plans – close to metro and within easy reach of both the city center and other areas. Overall, highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

NNuannuanIt's been a while, but the memory is still vivid. The room was spacious, and breakfast was excellent – unlimited egg tarts! The capsule coffee was surprisingly good, comparable to freshly ground. Maybe I was just exhausted, but this last stop was pretty good. It started raining heavily as we left, marking the beginning of the rainy season, yet the taxi drivers didn't overcharge, which felt like a perfect ending! I must have a soft spot for Portugal; even after 10 days, I still wanted more. So, I'm happy to express my gratitude to the places I stayed and the people who helped and served me! Wishing you all the best!

DDalia MalatyBeautiful hotel with good size room for Europe. A bit far from the middle of everything (Avenida Liberdade and downtown area) but only a 7€ uber ride.  Hotel itself is nice but the hallways are so dark-for the ambiance I guess. Breakfast buffet features Portuguese selection and has quite a bit of choices. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

DDill ChenThe hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

GGuest UserIt was a very nice holiday and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was very varied, and there was something for everyone. The proximity to the airport was noticeable, but not really a problem; the construction work at the hotel will eventually finish, so all is well. 👌🏼 What wasn't so great for me, as a fresh air enthusiast, was that we couldn't open the windows. Despite the air conditioning, the air quality in the room wasn't good (even though the air conditioning was running constantly)! Otherwise, everything was fine. 👍🏻

KkukIt’s such a lovey hotel to be staying at. Friendly staffs and can accommodate any requests we asked. As our departure to the airport was at 4:45am early in the morning, I requested to have some sandwiches and drinks to pick up before we left the hotel, instead, they had prepared a big box of food consisted of cheese and ham sandwich, apple, banana, juice and water for us. We heartfelt for what they have done to us. Indeed everyday, we have full breakfast delivered to our room n the food was decent. Also, one night there was a movie night by the pool side, and I found it amazingly care and trying their best to fulfill everyone’s needs. The hotel room is clean and very high standard. I will highly recommend people to stay in this hotel/ serviced apartment ( as it come with an open kitchen). And we happened to stay at their hotel on their 1st anniversary, and celebrated with us and with a delicious cake! 😜
