Hotele z: Pools w Lisbon District, Portugal

Blisko stacji metra, więc łatwo jest się poruszać. Czysto, schludnie i w miarę cicho. Odkryty basen jest naprawdę fajny, ale był zbyt płytki (1,2 m) i nie było szlafroków, nawet gdy zapytaliśmy przy ladzie. W sumie dobre doświadczenie.

Moje ogólne wrażenia były pozytywne, ale jedynym minusem jest lokalizacja. Dotarcie do głównej części miasta zajmuje około 20-30 minut. Codziennie musiałem brać taksówkę lub Bolta, żeby wrócić do hotelu. Pokój był czysty, z dużym łóżkiem typu king-size. Rozmiar pokoju jest rozsądny. Mieszkaliśmy na pierwszym piętrze z widokiem na ulicę, więc w nocy było cicho. Kapcie były dostępne na życzenie. Personel był bardzo uprzejmy i przyjazny. Nie było problemu z komunikacją po angielsku. Zaproponowali nam również wiele restauracji i atrakcji, które warto rozważyć. Lobby jest przestronne, z telewizorem i dużą ilością miejsc siedzących. W piwnicy znajdowała się mała siłownia. Mieliśmy komfortowy i wspaniały pobyt w hotelu Lumen.

Nieco rustykalny według standardów Ameryki Północnej, ale czysty i wygodny. Windy były bardzo małe i bardzo wolne w stosunku do pojemności hotelu. Trochę odizolowany od sklepów i innych udogodnień. Zdecydowanie potrzebujesz samochodu lub zorganizuj transport, jeśli tam zostaniesz. Ładna plaża w pobliżu, w odległości spaceru. Dobre śniadanie i udogodnienia, takie jak basen, spa i masaż. Personel był uprzejmy, ale kiedy poskarżyliśmy się na głośny wentylator grzejnika w naszym pokoju, ich rozwiązaniem było po prostu wyłączenie go zamiast naprawy. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, nie było to złe doświadczenie. To bardzo cicha i relaksująca okolica.

Dobry pobyt, choć udogodnienia mogłyby być nieco lepsze. Obsługa i ludzie byli cudowni, jedzenie w hotelu nie było najlepsze, zjedliśmy tam tylko jeden posiłek, a wszystko inne mieliśmy na zewnątrz. Podobał mi się jednak klimat pokoju deluxe, bardzo zgodny z inspirującą sztuką Lizbony.

Everything was above and beyond. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was well appointment, modern and in excellent condition. Comfy bed, with convenient charging stations in the bedside locker. Balcony was lovely and had a pleasing view of the area. Pool area is well maintained with a bar and snacks. We used the gym, indoor sauna and indoor pool, which were also very good. There is even a relaxation room to unwind in. The gym floor was a little slippy, could be the cleaner that was used. Excellent breakfast, the bread and pastry options were fresh and authentic. We also had a few cocktails, which were delicious. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! Thanks for a great stay.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment I arrived, everything felt polished and luxurious. The staff were also beautiful in every way. Kind, professional, well presented, and genuinely attentive. The housekeeping ladies were a true highlight. Always sweet, always smiling, and clearly proud of their work. They made a lasting impression. The rooftop is stunning with breathtaking views and a sleek infinity pool. However, the space is compact and gets crowded quickly. There are only a few sun loungers, with some extra deck chairs added, but it still feels quite limited. The lifts can be frustrating. There are only two serving all the guests going up to the rooftop on the thirteenth floor, so the wait times can be long at busy times. Overall, the hotel gives luxury. Lisbon as a city is definitely expensive, but the level of service and quality at this hotel makes the cost feel more justified. I would definitely return.

The hotel was in a great location very near a Metro station and very central. There were lots of good restaurants near by, which were very reasonable priced. The reception staff were lacking and in need of much better training. They are the face of the hotel and if they are not happy smiling and attentive it leaves a very bad impression with customers. We found them to be very unapproachable and not forthcoming in their assistance. No smile, no cheer, no willingness to assist. In complete contrast Ruben who looks after the breakfast room was caring, happy, attentive and went out of his way and did whatever necessary to make your breakfast as joyful and perfect as possible. The rooms were clean and spacious although we did have an issue with a green flashing light in the room. I called down to reception and they told me how to resolve this. In general I would recommend the hotel but management need to resolve reception staff issues for it to be a great hotel.

Hotel VIP Grand Lisboa znajduje się około 4 minuty spacerem od stacji metra Campo Pequeno, która jest żółtą linią. Nie jest daleko od lotniska, około 10 minut taksówką. Łatwo jest również dojechać do centrum miasta lub na lotnisko metrem. W hotelu znajduje się miła restauracja. W pobliżu można również znaleźć kilka małych restauracji i food court w Sagres Campo Pequeno. Pokój jest przestronny z wanną. Codziennie dostarczają butelkę wody, ale nie ma czajnika do zagotowania wody i nie zapewniają kawy ani torebek herbaty. Jak na czterogwiazdkowy hotel, liczba przyborów toaletowych i ręczników dostarczanych codziennie jest dość niespójna. Na ulicy przed hotelem jest wiele miejsc parkingowych, ale nie ma konkretnego miejsca, w którym można zostawić taksówkę. Basen zewnętrzny jest zamknięty w grudniu. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, nie jest to zły wybór.
