Perched on a gentle slope leading up to Uçhisar Castle, this hotel offers one of the most tranquil and scenic stays in Cappadocia. While it doesn’t have the lively buzz of Göreme, it more than makes up for it with peace, stunning views, and a relaxed atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink—a chilled lemon juice—which was just the vitamin boost we needed after a long journey. From the terrace, you can enjoy panoramic views of Göreme Valley and even catch a glimpse of Mount Erciyes in the distance. It’s a truly luxurious moment of stillness and beauty. I highly recommend choosing a volcano-view room—waking up to that breathtaking scenery is unforgettable. The rooms are styled in a classic stonework design, echoing Cappadocia’s cave heritage. While I felt the interior could have had a bit more elegance considering the price point, the overall atmosphere was cozy and authentic. One of the highlights was the bathtub with a view—soaking while overlooking the valley is an experience you won’t forget. However, due to the unique layout of hotels in this area—often built into the rock and closely connected—it’s good to be aware of privacy when using open-view facilities like the bath. Breakfast is served as a set plate with a focus on fresh vegetables and cheeses. Eggs can be ordered, but it would be nice to have a bit more variety. That said, having breakfast while friendly cats roam around adds a touch of charm that’s uniquely Turkish. Though the hotel is slightly removed from the center of Göreme, it’s still within walking distance to Göreme National Park if you’re up for a bit of a trek. Along the way, you’ll pass some incredible viewpoints that are well worth the effort—perfect for sunrise or sunset walks.”

Хороший завтрак. 7. Подогрев пола 8. Большой выбор вина в ресторане. Минусы: 1. Душно в номере, вентиляции нет совсем, только дверь. Кондиционер охлаждает, но не достает до конца комнаты, где кровать и нет обмена воздуха. Ощущение пещеры у плюс и минус одновременно. 2. Постоянно сыпется потолок и стены, все в номере за сутки покрывается мелкой крошкой, пылью. Ходить только в тапочках. 3. Цена номера и обеда в ресторане огромная и завышена, как и во всей Каппадокии, к сожалению.”

Единственный нюанс, что на сайте по описанию мы бронировали один номер (делюкс), который должен был быть больше и с окном, а по факту дали номер меньше и без окон, но так как мы приехали вечером уставшие, сил разбираться не было, и другие плюсы отеля перекрыли этот нюанс.”

„**I stayed at 3 different hotels in Cappadocia, Sah Saray Cave Suites is definitely the best.** We came in a group, 1 couple and 5 friends, rented 2 cars. My original plan was staying 2 nights in Uchisar and another 2 nights in Goreme at the same hotel. But the 2nd night that hotel was fully booked hence I had to look for another one. Basically most of YouTubers/Influencers/Bloggers that I saw recommended similar hotels, it’s kind of boring, so I just randomly clicked on the Google Maps and checked them out one by one. I’m so glad that Sah Saray popped up and it immediately caught my attention. I booked Mahidevran Room and Kemerhan Room. Both rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. Beautiful design, great view, excellent service and great hospitality. Got plenty of spaces for parking right outside of the hotel which is nice as it’s difficult to find a parking spot up the hill. Fast responding on WhatsApp when I asked for extra bed before arriving. All of my friends love this hotel so much that they wouldn’t want to check out. Highly recommended!”
