It was an amazing experience staying at this hotel. It was very clean, beautiful atmosphare and even had a yurt for dining in. The dishes were immens big and very delicious. Additionally I went for a driver organized by the hotel, which was the best choice. Would definitely recommend that to anyone who wanna get around. The driver (Chinese-Speaking) was very caring, explained all kind of interesting things, took pictures for you (very good ones!) and were giving her best to make your experience as great as possible. I seriously recommend this hotel and driver service. They helped me with my trip from start till the end and really adjusts the schedule to your wishes. Thank you so much!

地理位置非常優越 旁邊就是公主府距離市區也就10-20分鐘 打車起步價8塊 特別便宜 旁邊走前面一點點就是地鐵站 其實是屬於地理位置優越 雖然窗外風景是城景 但勝在方便快捷 環境特別舒服 酒店用的香薰很好聞 色調也很豐富 看起來很清新舒服 看得出來在裝置擺放上用了心思 包括前台的小馬 也很可愛 服務超級無敵好 我住大大小小的酒店 也屬於這家酒店好了 感謝前台小姐姐王瑩 服務細緻 溫柔細語的 打掃阿姨也特別有禮貌 特別喜歡一位卷卷短頭髮的女經理 當時我需要洗衣服 哪位女經理很細緻幫我們分開衣服的顏色 款式 還烘乾送回我們房間 房間內很舒服 全程每天都有打掃阿姨來清潔很乾淨 補充物品很即時 環境衛生 沒有問題 總體在酒店內沒看到積塵 甚至擺件都還是乾乾淨淨的 香薰味道清幽 酒店還能免費洗衣服 食物味道 選了這幾天的早餐 有蒙餐特色奶茶和羊雜湯 有西餐中餐蒙餐味道都好吃 最特別是我們最後一天是3月3號元宵節日 廚師阿姨還煮了湯圓應節給我們吃 經理和廚師大叔怕我們住客沒吃上還特意推了餐車每戶每戶的送 特別有人情味 我很喜歡這家酒店 在各個方面都很不錯 有禮貌 又熱情 有活力 人好 酒店好 環境好 吃的也很好 因為這個酒店愛上呼和浩特 哈哈哈哈 下次夏天來呼和浩特我還會再次選擇這家酒店 可以給個小建議：增加一個行李秤和體重秤在酒店！

There were a lot of snacks at the door. The professional concierge helped us take our luggage upstairs, wrote us a warm note, and finally gave us a souvenir, which was the famous local bread, and it tasted very authentic! The room was also very good. After the original king-size bed room was upgraded, it became a family room with a small balcony, and the decoration was particularly warm; the bath water was also very hot at night, and the breakfast in the morning was particularly rich. When I got up, I didn't expect there was an office area!

It’s just that the house is too cold this season and the hot water is not very good. The soundproofing is not that good either. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel's security and service staff were also very attentive and helpful. Our room was in the second building, and I'm not sure if there's a restaurant downstairs, but the hallway, and even our room, had a strong hotpot smell. Even after a day, our clothes still carried the odor. I hope they can address this issue in the future.

The staff called me in advance to ask about my preferred floor, and the room assigned upon check-in had a beautiful view. Every staff member I met greeted me politely. Underground parking is convenient, and Wanda Plaza right next door is lively for dinner in the evenings.

They also helped move the car and reminded us of the car's malfunction early the next morning. They helped us a lot.
