To miejsce jest idealnie położone w Wulanhada wulkanu. Jest 2 minuty spacerem od centrum turystycznego północnego. Jeśli nie prowadzisz, możesz wziąć autobus do wycieczek. Projekt hotelu jest wyjątkowy i wygląda piękny w nocy. Personel z recepcji był bardzo przyjazny i pomocny! Są one w restauracji, która serwuje śniadanie i kolację. Jeśli masz szczęście, możesz zobaczyć fajerwerki podczas kolacji i owiec przed drzwiami rano ❤️

made a reservation at the Manchurian Grand Hotel. There is a gym on the 4th floor, but it was a lie that it was free for those staying at the hotel, and they demanded to pay 50 yuan to get in. I was charged 100 yuan when I was picked up from the plane and delivered.

First impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others. The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.

Don’t expect much for the rooms, you are paying for the all you can eat and drink, fast pass, and amazing experience of the desert, kids loved it!

Beautiful and convenient hotel. Recommend to stay here. Room was large, clean new and comfortable. Breakfasts were good, it is possible to find dishes for everybody. But there were some problems with drinks (coffee and tea were strange and consisted much sugar). Check-in and check-out were fast. Ir is easy to get to the hotel from the city center, about 10 minutes to go on foot or 3-4 minutes by taxi. But the street is more quite than others.

在酒店玩得很開心，專門安排了管家張彬璐帶負責我們兩天一晚的行程安排，白天兩個島自主遊玩，晚上管家帶我們一家三口吃晚餐，結束了還陪着我們一起參加晚上的演出活動。第二天一早提醒我們看日出，由於早上下雨，送我們吃完早餐退房後安排專車師傅送我們一直到酒店停車場，總體來説酒店一家全包性價比還是挺高的，比散客舒服很多，還是比較推薦的，國慶期間人也不多。好玩的太多了，在內蒙一週裏算是最好玩的一天了，服務也超級好。當天遊玩的照片隨便看看，景色還是不錯的

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，服務也很不錯，門前還有停車場，停車很方便。尤其是前台楊女士，熱情，大方，心細。辦理入住的時候，我衹是嗓子稍微有點啞，她便細心的問是不是感冒了，文要不要提供熱水，問有沒有帶葯，問要不要幫忙買葯。讓人特別感動，下次一定還會來的

這是我2025年住的最舒服的酒店。國內大大小小的民宿住的也很多，尤其在江浙滬一帶的民宿都很成熟，但這次來到內蒙選擇了西坡，是我整個旅途中，體驗最好最舒服的酒店，先説環境：整體感覺非常舒服，隨手拍都是大片，房間的燈光及床品，讓你睡下就不想起。床品真的超級舒服，隔音也很好，放着房間的音樂，讓你整個旅途達到完美，而且管家柯柯的服務意識也很好，會照顧到客人的各種感受，這次內蒙之旅畫上了完美句號，推薦給每一位朋友和寵物家庭。而且每一位工作人員都喜歡小動物，非常熱情。

We went to this hotel on a family trip and booked a lodge. We arrived after dark, the hotel team was helpful in getting us to our lodge, although the languange barrier was clear. Transport was done by electric carts. The lodge was cosy and comfortable, with a nice terrace with wetlands view. Good beds, and a spacious bathroom. It was clean. The dinner we had was good for people liking chinese food (kind of chinese barbeque). The breakfast was chinese too, which may be an issue for people who are into more traditional western breakfast. The buffet was diverse, a lot to choose. The location of the venue is great, plenty of activities for families. We were there during Golden Week. Perfect temperature (10-15 degrees), blue skies... We can recommend this hotel and its amenities and would go back again.
