Amazing location, really convenient for all the places we planned to visit around Kunming. Also had friendly & helpful staff who brought our luggages up to our room (as theres no lift) and also brought it all the way to the place where our didi was picking us up from. Their lobby was amazing and breakfast (crossing bridge noodles) was delicious. Fiance really loved the place. Definitely would return.

We stayed 3 nights at a river view room which was clean and well appointed. The service was excellent, they serviced our room and helped me print out a visa. The location next to the river is quiet and relaxing to see the boats go by. Breakfast was understaffed, since they rapidly ran out of food, plates, cups and couldn't cook or re-fill food and drinks. So go early for breakfast. It takes a long time for didi car to drive up to the hotel. Be sure to choose a route that avoids the traffic bottlenecks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Lijiang Old Town. The location is absolutely perfect—very convenient for exploring the ancient city and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the charming traditional style of the house. The service was excellent—the host was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. All the amenities provided were sufficient and made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lijiang. Definitely a memorable stay!

Leżąc, podziwiałem widok na Jinszan w blasku wschodzącego słońca! To było naprawdę niesamowite! Mogę tylko powiedzieć, że rezerwacja tego pokoju była najlepszą decyzją, jaką podjęłam. Zaraz po złożeniu zamówienia, właściciel zadzwonił do nas, wyjaśniając drogę. Po dotarciu na Górę Lwów, odebrał nas, pomógł z bagażami i zaserwował przepyszną herbatę Dianhong. Po zameldowaniu wysłał nam wiele propozycji ciekawych miejsc do zwiedzania. Obsługa była po prostu bez zarzutu. Wyposażenie pokoju było super inteligentne, a pobyt bardzo komfortowy. Co więcej, właściciel zrobił nam upgrade pokoju, dzięki czemu mogłam podziwiać widok na Jinszan w blasku wschodzącego słońca, leżąc w łóżku! Było to super piękne i zapierające dech w piersiach! Hotel znajduje się w samym sercu starego miasta, więc wystarczyło zrobić kilka kroków, aby zacząć zwiedzanie. Łączy w sobie piękno i wygodę. Otrzymaliśmy również: 【Ręcznie robione ciasteczka kwiatowe Naxi Fat Jinmei】: pachnące Oraz powitalne owoce i podwieczorek z widokiem na zaśnieżone góry: tym razem piłam herbatę Pu-erh, a przy wyjeździe dostaliśmy w prezencie duży zestaw grzybów. To było wspaniałe doświadczenie, na pewno zatrzymam się tutaj ponownie, kiedy następnym razem przyjadę do Lijiang 😍

Miałem wspaniałe doświadczenie z pobytu tutaj! Lokalizacja jest znakomita, a co jeszcze bardziej niesamowite, ich obsługa klienta. Chociaż jest to tylko 4-gwiazdkowy hotel, ich obsługa klienta jest najwyższej klasy, zasłużyła na 5 gwiazdek. Jeszcze przed pobytem hotel skontaktował się, aby zapytać, czy potrzebuję dekoracji do mojego pokoju. Bez chwili zastanowienia pomogą Ci z bagażem podczas zameldowania i wymeldowania. Zadzwonili również do naszego pokoju, jeśli potrzebowaliśmy przekąsek na noc i je dostarczyli. Napotkałem wiele problemów z dostawami z Taobao, ale oni podjęli inicjatywę, aby pomóc i skontaktować się z firmą dostawczą. Hotel serwuje również wspaniałe śniadania w lobby, a w lobby znajduje się kącik, w którym przekąski są serwowane o określonych porach. Co ciekawe, możesz sam zrobić sobie herbatę/kawę. Hotel ma również pralnię, z której wszyscy mogą korzystać bezpłatnie. Chciałbym szczególnie podziękować 凤凰 i 欣玉 za ich doskonałą obsługę i gościnność! ❤️

This hotel is among a few tenant hotels in this commercial building. So the air-conditioning is controlled by the building landlord. The air-conditioning in my room wasn't working plus the balmy 25°C temperature and blaring noise from the night market, sleep was impossible for the duration of my stay. Actually proximity to the night market was my primary consideration for picking this hotel - I didn't realise the night market was had a stage for their cultural shows that runs until closing time well past midnight. The room was clean and spacious. Toilet and shower works well. Bed is clean. I have no complaints.

Cleanliness is pretty decent, but don’t expect the cleanliness of a 5* hotel. Bathroom shower walls are slightly moldy at the corners and edges, so if you’re a fussy traveler this may be a 3 or 4 rating. Depending on your requirements, this location can bea 5/5 or a 2/5. This is located far from Dukezong Ancient Town, and far from other restaurants. Scenery is great and quiet from the hustle and bustle , hence the potential 5/5 rating. But since it’s far from other places, food options and “shopping” are limited, hence the 2/5. The room we booked was quite far away from the lobby. It’s the furthest house located. Service is a 5/5. You’ll get full help with your butler carrying your luggage from your car arrival, all the way to your room, and from your room to the lobby when you checkout. Any issue? Just simply WeChat the group chat dedicated for your booking. You get free breakfast 2 choices. 1 porridge set with many side dishes. Or noodle soup. You get free afternoon tea with various choices (coconut latte was good) and a free ice cream cake. At night 8.30 onwards you get dessert soup which was great too. The afternoon tea and dessert soup can be delivered to your room. Not sure about breakfast, as we came out to the cafeteria to eat. Amenities are wonderful, 5/5. Don’t expect a swimming pool or gym here, but you’ll have activities for you to enjoy here without stepping out of the area. A small pool table near the lobby (albeit crapping conditions of the balls). Free sliced carrots provided to feed the farm animals (ducks, swans, goats, pony, donkey), but no feeding of carrots to the 3 doggies!! You also get to dress up in the traditional costume and get free photo shoot with 3 unedited photos for free (per room). If you want the edited photos, do expect to pay a sum (way more expensive than other market rates you can find outside) for it. The room has floor warmer and bed warmer which was great for the cold weather we experienced in end March. It was 0-10 degrees. The toilet was cold. The heating in toilet does not seem to work. So you have to brace the cold and take your shower. But the bed, floor and room was really warm. Hotel also have a restaurant which you can order food for lunch and dinner. But it’s a little on the pricey side. It would be better to ******* and order food delivery. But their restaurant food is surprisingly tasty. So if you don’t mind the price, can order from them. About 180 yuan for 1 meat and 1 vege dish. Overall experience was great. Love the service. If you want a chill time and not travel out to shopping areas, this is a great hotel for you to book. You get the enjoy the “pet farm” life and the nature.

This location is super central, right in the thick of everything that is happening in Kunming, especially in the evenings when the streets come alive. The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable. It’s less than 5 minutes from Jinma Bijifang and also a 10 min walk to the Old Street. The staff kindly let me use their microwave to warm my food in their rest area, even though they were having lunch.

The hotel is very awesome! The heater working very well’ Bed was comfortable and was able to have a goodnight sleep! Even though I arrive late after a long day, the staff still managed to help me with my enquiries to ensure I got everything I want ☺️🙏🏻 Thank you for the great hospitality! Will definitely be back here when I’m back at Kunming again! 这家酒店太棒了！暖气效果非常好，床也很舒服，让我睡了个好觉！虽然我忙碌了一天，很晚才到，但工作人员仍然热情地帮我解答疑问，确保我的需求都得到了满足☺️🙏🏻 感谢你们的热情款待！下次来昆明我一定还会选择这家酒店！

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the owner for the wonderful BBQ Doufu gathering they organized for all the guests. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture, and it truly made our stay even more memorable. The effort they put into bringing everyone together, preparing the delicious food, and creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It was a joy to meet the other guests, share stories, and enjoy the fantastic BBQ Doufu in such a beautiful setting. Their hospitality and attention to detail made the evening truly special. This homestay is not just a place to stay—it’s an experience filled with warmth, care, and a sense of community. We are so grateful for the memories we’ve made here, and the BBQ gathering was the perfect highlight of our time.
