„This hotel is more of an Airbnb style where after you check in they bring you to your private apartment which is awesome. We got a free upgrade and had a massive room with a living area, seperate kitchen, two full bathrooms, and 4 seperate bedrooms with cozy beds. We also had a massive balcony with amazing views of the Jinhong area that were stunning during the day and especially at night (see attached photos). The staff were also super helpful and really responsive in terms of helping us with questions and recommending delicious local restaurants that were off the beaten path. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are with a group of friends or a larger party. It’s clean and super great value.”

„Thr view of the Snow Mountain greets you upon arrival at the hotel. Nice! The villa and hotel are well-appointed and the heated flooring is extremely welcome feature though I wonder why they didn't offer the heated toilet seat which is now a feature even in the family-run hotels in Shangri-la. We were given one of the furthest villas and had to rely on buggy service throughout the stay. So,I'd advise you check your villa location. The breakfast is sumptuous and food is overall respectable. What I find to be lacking is the absence of warmth from the service staff. They are not rude but it felt like they were just doing their job professionally. A few times I encountered issues and the first service staff assigned was unable to support. Compared to the rest of my last few hotels, they were rated the lowest in this area. So I'd recommend this hotel to those who just want to enjoy a great value stay and can be totally self-sufficient chilling in their rooms.”

„This hotel is great if you're using it just for the hot tubs. The staff all seemed a bit unprepared for the services they provided. Most of the hotel is outdoors, the hot tub looked horrible after the leaky roof leaked into it during the rain, they seemed to be unsure of how to do room service, the hotel is outdoors with not mosquito nets so it's almost impossible to be outside at night. The hotels location is literally down a dirt road behind some limber factory so taxis find it difficult to find. The hotel is also way out of the city, do getting to attractions takes a bit more time. Overall it's a nice hotel if you're getting it for a short time or if you need to stay close to the airport.”

Wieczorem, przy odkrytym basenie na piątym piętrze hotelu, przy delikatnym wietrze wieczornym oglądałem zachód słońca w Xishuangbanna i pośpieszyłem na spotkanie z zachodem słońca nad rzeką Lancang. Makaron ryżowy ugotowany przez ciotkę jest przepyszny, a sos mięsny polewany makaronem ryżowym jest aromatyczny. Dostępne są także placki kukurydziane, małe placki, bułeczki na parze, owoce, mleko sojowe itp. Na śniadanie możesz zjeść miskę parującego makaronu ryżowego i wyjść na zabawę pełen energii. Udogodnienia w pokojach hotelowych są bardzo nowe. Znajduje się w nich również pralka (ułatwiająca pranie ubrań) i mała lodówka (w sam raz do przechowywania świeżych owoców zakupionych na targu owocowym). Na koniec chciałbym podziękować hotelowi za pomoc w nawiązaniu kontaktu i zorganizowaniu kilkudniowego wynajmu samochodu, Mistrzu Zhang Jian. Jego serdeczna i troskliwa obsługa sprawiła, że ​​nasza podróż do Xishuangbanna była naprawdę warta zachodu! Pomoże nam zaplanować trasę, biorąc pod uwagę atrakcje, które chcemy odwiedzić. „⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful 2-night stay here. The hotel is located inside Lijiang Ancient Town, which made the experience even more special. The owner kindly picked us up along with our big luggage. It was such a fun ride—we honestly enjoyed it so much haha. During check-in, we were welcomed with an orange, which was a very sweet and thoughtful gesture. The owner was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He assisted us with renting traditional costumes and arranging a photography session around Lijiang Ancient Town, which made our trip even more memorable. After we came back from Yulong Snow Mountain, the owner also gave us very thoughtful advice. He reminded us not to shower immediately and to take some time to relax first, explaining that showering right away could cause altitude sickness or even a cold due to the sudden temperature change. We really appreciated this care and concern for our well-being. What we felt most grateful for was the kindness shown to us regarding our laundry. When we asked if there was a washing machine, they said yes, and we managed to start the first wash cycle before heading out. When we returned at night, all our clothes had already been washed and were ready for us to hang. We were shy and happy at the same time 😆 because otherwise, we would have had to stay up late just to settle our laundry. Overall, this stay felt very warm and personal—almost like being taken care of by family. Truly a memorable experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang Ancient Town.”

„This is a very nice hotel, great location, good rooms and excellent, helpful staff. But the hotel gets bad marks in two areas. First, the food was generally very good but the Western breakfast buffet choices were nearly always cold. I tried three days in a row to get poached eggs that were not hard boiled. On the third day I got what I wanted but even then the eggs were stone cold. The second issue was the the lack of necessary security staff. The lobby bar was nice and had a young woman playing guitar in the evenings but on our second evening 4 drunks were drinking, shouting and smoking and refused to stop when the hotel staff intervened. After this things escalated and instead of having hotel security throw them out the drunks started harassing us and it got ugly so we left for our room. The hotel called our room to apologize but it was not equipped to deal with this situation and needs to have better control over their public areas. A lesson to be learned. I will be sending a separate letter to Accor management giving full details of this unfortunate event.”

„Our family stay with the kids was fantastic! The outdoor lawn and garden were perfect for the little ones to run around and burn off energy, and the kids' play area was a lifesaver, giving us some much-needed hands-free time. We even managed to squeeze in some time at the gym. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable – we slept soundly until we woke up naturally. A special shout-out to the breakfast; it was absolutely delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it. This hotel is highly recommended for family vacations!”

Z autobusu lotniskowego jest około 12 minut spacerem. I może 15 minut od wejścia do starożytnego miasta. Roztacza się z niego widok na otwarte niebo, a z dachu wyraźnie widać górę Jade Dragon Snow. Pokoje — są czyste, wyposażone w automatyczne oświetlenie i zasłony. Za darmo podnieśli standard mojego pokoju, który był dość przestronny i spełniał wszystkie moje potrzeby. Chociaż nie ma lodówki do przechowywania rzeczy, więc warto o tym pamiętać. W pokoju jest też AI. Posiłki/herbata — na 5. piętrze serwowane są wszystkie posiłki i herbata z widokiem na góry. Śniadanie było takie samo, a jeśli pochodzisz z krajów zachodnich, nie spodziewaj się zachodniego śniadania. Makaron i smażone dodatki były pyszne — uwielbiam dobre, słone śniadania. Nie mogłam spróbować popołudniowej herbaty (która jest przepyszna) aż do ostatniego dnia, więc pozwolono mi wrócić po wymeldowaniu, zanim wzięłam taksówkę na lotnisko. Wieczorna herbata to herbata z masłem, ale jej nie piłam, ponieważ próbowałam jej wcześniej gdzie indziej i nie byłam jej wielką fanką.
