Stayed with friends over the weekend for a concert. They let us leave our bags as checkin would clash with our concert time. The location is right next to the station so thats good, and it's in a mall/connected to a mall as well. They also have the charger rental at the hotel lobby so it is very convenient

We really enjoyed our stay in Yokohama. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and well maintained, with a convenient location. It was a comfortable and pleasant experience overall, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed at Yokohama Washington Sakuragicho for two nights at the end of my Japan autumn trip. The hotel is close to the JR line, only about a 5-minute walk, which makes it a convenient base for traveling around. The room size is standard for Japan, and choosing a room with a bay view is definitely worth it. The staff were professional and helped arrange an early-morning taxi to take me to YCAT, where I caught a bus to Haneda Airport—only about 30 minutes away by bus. Although the hotel is a bit outdated, it is very clean. I recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again when I return to Yokohama.

excellent location as it is steps away from subway station isezaki chojamachi station. there is a Lawson downstairs. so convenient when you are hungry at night. the rooms are good size and clean. Bed is comfortable. place is quiet and good sleep ensured.all amenities provided. staff are helpful. walking distance to shopping street. highly recommended. there is even a lovely bath tub . water pressure is good and strong

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around, and the room was spotlessly clean and spacious. What truly stood out was the exceptional service; the staff were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

Great private room spa, facilities new and clean, excellent buffet breakfast with a lot of food options, will visit again next time

The entrance is right in front of Gora Station, so transportation wouldn't be an issue. Plenty of shops and places to eat around the station, but they close pretty early. The front desk staff can speak English and explained everything clearly, from the type of onsen, the bathing hours, meals, and how to get to our rooms (it was in a separate building). The onsen are great, the outdoor private bathtub is great, but the water cools off pretty quickly in winter. The room is very spacious and they also provide an extra futon. I could do a bit of work comfortably in the rooms while resting. They have a bunch of amenities at the lobby, you could make tea, coffee, get some ice cream and bring them to your rooms. The breakfast and dinner were very delicious. You need reservations for meals since the seats are limited.

Staffs are great & friendly,. Will definitely come back in this hotel. Free drinks to the guests from 1-11pm but i hope there’s a complimentary water at least 2 bottles of mineral per room per day. 🙏

Let me signing up for your new membership when we check-in on the evening of January 25th。 The location is absolutely perfect—it was convenient for everything I had planned, and I couldn't have asked for a better base to explore the city.

Świetny hotel, pokój czysty i schludny, obsługa zawsze pomocna. Nasz najlepszy wybór hotelu w Japoni. Po powrocie z Osaki do Tokyo, będziemy tu nocować kolejny raz, a to już mówi samo za siebie. Na 10 piętrze świetny taras widokowy i mini kuchnia, ze wszystkim co potrzeba by przygotować sobie gorącą herbatę, express do kawy. Co do śniadań.. próbowaliśmy raz, było poprawne, nie ma szwedzkiego stołu, za to wybieramy sobie konkretne danie z menu śniadaniowego. Gorąco będę każdemu znajomemu polecał hotel slash kawasaki. Za naprawdę nie wygórowaną kwotę jest po prostu świetny.
