5-Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely impeccable stay! This place is super brand new, spotless, and unbelievably classy from the moment you walk in. Huge space with a big balcony overlooking the awesome sea view! It made us all smile waking up to it! The home is simple yet beautiful and immaculately clean down to every detail. The toilet? Super classy and hotel-level luxe. In fact, one of our kids said, It’s like a classy hotel in a homestay!” and they were 100% right! If you want space, style, and that five-star feel without the hotel price tag, BOOK THIS NOW! My family and I can’t wait to return and will definitely book this again, and check out all their 3- 4 bedrooms units! Definitely a gem! Don’t miss it!

Clean hotel with clean room. Good hairdryer, dries hair quickly. Good tv and comfortable bed. Many eateries all around the hotel vicinity, there’s also a laundry shop near the hotel. Massage shops also just next door. Easy check in and check out. Eco hotel because the toiletries are in permanent bottles so zero waste on toiletries that way. Toothbrush and coffee available at the reception to take if needed. There’s lift at hotel for easy floors access. However the toilet is really very small and the arrangement of toilet bowl and sink is quite uncomfortable, too tight a space. Also the shower head angle is very bad and difficult to adjust. Bad toilet experience due to the layout of toilet and facilities. Other than that, it’s quite a nice stay

The Hotel Location is easy to access and lots of good food & salon amenities around it. Likewise, the Hotel Room is clean and tidy. The Customer Service is friendly & courteous. Also, I would like to compliment their Technician Staff having good fast response who came to repair our Card Slot System immediately when we notified them that our room has no more power supply due to the faulty card slot system. Keep up thwbGood Work!

First time experiencing fireworks throughout the night (hari raya is round the corner) in the comfort of my room at the highest level of the hotel - great plus point. Also happy with YouTube/Netflix on the TV. Conveniently located across the street from hiap joo and about 500m from komptar/jb city square. Away from the crowd at CIQ but with ease of access to the place too. Downside is there is no free WiFi and the fridge did not allow my ice cream to remain in its solid state. Aircon is not the coldest but there is a ceiling fan to curb with heat. Basic toiletries were supplied. Also appreciate how staff were stationed at the doorstep and provided some security sense especially if late at night.

Największą kwestią jest jednak hałas. Ściany są cienkie, a za każdym razem, gdy drzwi otwierają się, brzmi głośny alarm. Jeśli sąsiedzi przychodzą lub wychodzą późno w nocy lub wcześnie rano, usłyszysz to. Jako śpiąca śpiączka, to był duży spadek. Jest czyste i funkcjonalne, ale prawdopodobnie będę szukać gdzie indziej na moją następną podróż.

Hotel is wearing down fast. I have stayed quite a few times and surprised how fast it’s wearing down. They don’t provide hand soap at wash basin. I needed to call guest services and it took them half an hour to bring me 2 small bars of soap. Did they expect me to bring my own soap to wash my hands or use the soap in the shower - I am a little confused. Anyway location is still great and the new huge store Mr DIY is great. Also the anchor butter at breakfast tasted like margarine but on closer examination it is butter.

All the staff was helpful there from check in to check out. Especially Samuel who is of great help. Meanwhile as the bldg is still new, there will be some noises here and there from the renovation in other units, which is beyond their control. Earplugs provided is a plus point. Will stay again for my next trip with them.

This is the second time my family were staying in this hotel, we have a good experience and stayed for the first stayed but the second time seem like the customer service standards dropped, and also breakfast was nit as good as the last time, may try other hotels next time.

Poza tym, miał również sofa dla dwóch osób, co jest dobre dla dzieci, ale dorośli prawdopodobnie nie będą dobrze spać na nim. Próbowaliśmy śniadanie Canteen, a tom yum bee hoon jest musz-try. Kochaliśmy również BookXcess i wrócił codziennie. Mieli promocję: kupić 4 książki i uzyskać 1 za darmo, a darmowy jest najtańszy. Cena rezerwacji jest stosunkowo tańsza (wiele starych książek. Rozsądna lokalizacja, jest w pobliżu Tuas, więc można wziąć Grab, ale nie jest to najbardziej wygodne. Ogólnie, 9/10. Wrócimy ponownie

Everything was excellent staying with comfort king bed, nice local & Western breakfast, cleaning room and super view from our room, Recommended and for sure I will book again for next trip cos my families also love to stay here again.
