„We booked the two-storey villa and truly enjoyed the beautiful scenery within the hotel grounds, as well as the excellent service. From the doorman, restaurant staff, electrician, to the drivers — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thanks to our Butler, Xiao Fang. She is such a lovely and caring lady — incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. No matter what we requested, she always did her best to assist. I changed my boat-ride schedule multiple times, and she handled everything with so much patience and professionalism. Xiao Fang truly made our holiday more enjoyable and completely hassle-free. We would love to come back to this hotel again.”

„I had a pleasant and satisfactory stay at the InterContinental Fuzhou. The rooms are very spacious, and I especially liked the clever sliding divider that allows you to separate the bathroom area when needed. Breakfast was abundant with a good variety of options, and the service throughout the stay was prompt and efficient. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with the metro entrance just a 3-minute walk away.”

„This hotel is located at down town nearby beautiful lake. Once I stepped-in the room, i directly noticed that this hotel itself can be a hotel and alsl can be a resort in terms of view from the window. Xiamen's nice weather and amazing veiw over the lake made my memories unforgettable especially in sunset so that i really had wonderful time at this hotel. Regarding room condition, this hotel is not new hotel, but it is well-maintained and well-managed hotel so that i had no hygiene issue. As for Breakfast, This hotel offers various selection at Breakfast buffet restaurant with tasty hot dishes. Each section was filled with dedicated chef and they were very polite and up for anything for Hotel guest. Overall, well-managed and organized hotel in Xiamen and hope to visit the hotel again.”

„The front desk proactively upgraded us to a river-view room, and the scenery was stunning. The Jinjiang Bridge was fully visible outside the window. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff, Xiao Lei, always provided service with a smile. The check-in experience was especially good, and I will definitely come again next time!”

„Lovely resort very out in the green, whilst close to Wuyigong palace, all peaks (Tianyoufeng, Dawangfeng, Shuilian Cave) as well as Duiia Qu for food. You can basically walk everywhere if you have enough time. The room was spacious and clean, the service was excellent, there is also a small travel agency that can take you for tea tasting and seeing how they grow and produce tea in Wuyishan. Breakfast was good, rather Chinese though. Receptionists were lovely and helpful, as well as room service. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.”

„Is a new luxury hotel and everything is still new & well maintained. The room is spacious and the bed was so comfortable to sleep. Good cleaning service from the hotel cleaners and they offered bedtime cleaning every night. Generous enough to extend my checkout time after asking for it as my flight time is in the evening. Not to forget the good service from the bellboy. The location is near to airport which is around 15 mins drive. However, it's slightly further from the popular tourist attractions such as gulangyu island, zhongshan road, Xiamen uni. It was not too expensive to take the taxi ( Didi) and the bus stop station is just 5 min walking distance where's the nearest metro station is around 15-20mins walking distance. Breakfast is a plus point with multiple options. Overall it was a satisfactory stay which I will consider to come back for my relaxing getaway.”

„Love this hotel! Great location very close to subway station and ZhongsanLou with lots of dining choices. Room is great for families too! Very big, equipped with a mini kitchen with induction cooker, pans, utensils, a huge ref and microwave! Practically your home away from home. The breakfast also has lots of great choices! The only ”glitch” for me here is the super long wait in the elevator mid-morning due to many checkouts and breakfast rush. Fire escape stairwell is also locked so we couldnt go down, so we ended up taking the elevator up just to go down. But overall the staff are very helpful, and they even accomodated our extended checkout time.”

„The hotel's location is excellent, close to Wuyi Mountain South Gate, with plenty of food options and supermarkets nearby. The lobby is bright and attractive, the staff are enthusiastic, and the breakfast is rich with many choices. The room is clean and tidy, and the mattress is comfortable. The only downside is that the hotel has just been renovated, so there's still a slight smell in the corridor. Overall, it's a good experience.”

„This is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel. We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable. The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed. Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore. Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!”

„We’re a western couple and thought the hotel was fantastic, very clean, amazing beds, lovely rooms and reasonable price. The hot springs were lovely after a day of hiking and the buffet breakfast is really worth having. We’d definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying close to the national park. Thank you”
