Udogodnienia: Hotel dysponuje basenem, siłownią, a przywileje dla kadry kierowniczej obejmują popołudniową herbatę, sale konferencyjne itp. Higiena: Pokój był bardzo dokładnie sprzątany. Na łóżku, ręcznikach kąpielowych i wannie nie było żadnych plam. Szkło było przejrzyste i jasne. Widok nocny był wspaniały. Środowisko: Hotel wygląda bardzo okazale, a wystrój wnętrz jest również bardzo elegancki i ekskluzywny. Widać, że jest to hotel pięciogwiazdkowy. W pokoju znajduje się również wanna, biurko, fotel, sejf i mała lodówka. Dostępne są także środki przeciwpożarowe. Usługi: Lobby hotelowe znajduje się na 33 piętrze. Na 1. piętrze dostępna jest również usługa konsjerża. Winda jest bardzo szybka. Mam wrażenie, że dotarcie na 33 piętro zajmuje mi zaledwie dziesięć sekund. Przedni hol jest również bardzo okazały. Widoki na zewnątrz są również bardzo ładne. Można zobaczyć Jinjiang, Lan Kwai Fong, Taikoo Li i Chunxi Road. Obsługa w recepcji jest bardzo entuzjastyczna i kompetentna, nie ociągając się. Przedstawiono wszystkie aspekty. Gospodyni pomogła nacisnąć przycisk windy i odesłała mnie do windy. Gdy tamtędy przechodziłem, zauważyłem atmosferę porządku panującą na miejscu. Było naprawdę dobrze. Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu. Jeśli będę miał okazję ponownie odwiedzić Chengdu, na pewno zatrzymam się tam ponownie.

Ritz-Carlton w Chengdu jest dość stary, ale jak to zwykle bywa w przypadku pięciogwiazdkowych hoteli w Chengdu, ceny nie są wygórowane. Zarezerwowaliśmy dwa pokoje dwuosobowe i obsługa była doskonała; personel chętnie pomógł nam z bagażem. Chciałbym jednak złożyć skargę. Zameldowaliśmy się o 10:00, a obsługa zapewniła nas, że bagaż zostanie dostarczony bezpośrednio do pokoju. Klucz do pokoju otrzymaliśmy o 14:00 i wróciliśmy, ale nadal nie zobaczyliśmy bagażu. Musieliśmy zadzwonić, żeby się upewnić, zanim w końcu go dostarczono. To było jak nieudolne przekazanie. Rozumiem, że hotele są zatłoczone w święta, ale w pięciogwiazdkowym hotelu nie powinno to stanowić problemu. Śniadanie również było przeciętne, niczym szczególnym się nie wyróżniało.

Location: 10mins car ride (20yuan) from hotel to scenic site. Not an issue for us. Nice and quiet. Next door lots of restaurants to have a meal. Service: very good and attentive. We were checked in by Ms 104 and Mr 105 (they go by numbers to identify). Both were lovely and polite and helpful. Staff were always available to help. Used the hotel recommendations for private hire transport from train to hotel return. Very happy as driver was prompt and safe. Food: breakfast was quite basic. But for a 1-2 days stay, it was adequate. Restaurant on site was nice. Room: adequate for a 1 or 2 night stay. Clean and functional. Pillows and bed was very very nice and soft/firm enough. Soap/shampoo came in tiny tubes but adequate for a short stay. And I am sure if U called room service for more, they will bring it promptly.

Very excellent service! I traveled with 5 elderly family members, all of them liked the breakfast and felt the rooms are very comfortable. The unlimited provision of bottled water really helped us a lot, as elders need to drink a lot of water especially they easily fell sick during traveling. Manager Oliver is excellent too, he helped me efficiently arrange comfortable transport for my daily tour around Chengdu, and his sincerity of taking care of us and the elders is highly appreciated! Not only he is smart, and efficient in solving problems my group faced due to elders traveling, but also his kindness and sincere follow up, really impressed us and we appreciate very much. Another excellent service of the hotel is the free laundry room where we can use the self-served washing machine and dryer, which is especially helpful for us who travel for many days during fluctuate weather in the month. Even though my car driver lost his way and parked at the hotel carport without prior notice to me to inform the hotel, Manager Oliver managed to efficiently verified the driver and the car, and allow him to park and pick us, in view of our tight timing to the airport, while some of our elderly members cannot walk properly. His support meant a lot to us. The breakfast quality and variety is excellent too! Very healthy and delicious choices. The staffs who greet us at the breakfast area entrance every morning are all well trained with excellent service skills. We are amazed by the consistent professionism of all staff members, and even the room cleaners are very efficient and sincere in helping us on room cleaning relevant matters. Thanks very much again for Manager Oliver and Teams, and this is the beautiful hotel with excellent guests service that I will highly recommend my friends and family members to choose when they travel to Chengdu.

Location: Great Cleanliness: Awesome Service: Great Breakfast: Variety good enough for Western Tourists as well. One Way Airport transfer service is a Dedicated Car for you. My Driver was great person who showed me places on the way and also helped me to click photos. The Hotel staff attends to your requirements with enthusiasm. The Rooms are big. Rooms have heated floorings. The Natural Spring area is a Public bath with different types of Pools. Some room too have Pool with water from the Natural Hot Spring. The hotel's Campus is the CITY BUS STOP to the Airport.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying here yesterday. My daughter and I enjoyed the beautiful hotel so much! I want to give a special shoutout to Alfie and Jolyne from the hotel staff. They were extremely friendly, highly professional, and perfectly customer-oriented. Their warm hospitality truly made our trip memorable. 10/10, we will definitely be coming back! 谢谢亲爱的阿尔菲和乔琳!

每年在寒暑假都會帶小朋友來住，每次也是在認真的寫，感覺酒店也是認真在改進！ 小朋友大了，所以這次需要加床，和酒店頭一天就溝通好，酒店也在入住前一天和當天來電3次確認我會入住並加床！ 5小時➕趕到，想快點兒洗漱休息，到房間才發現床還是漏加了，一身疲憊，確實有點兒不高興，和前台反映後，迅速來解決，這裏要表揚一下客房部，還送了4天小孩哥的早餐券！剛洗漱好，又遇上樓上的熊孩子一直咚咚咚的跳，根本沒法睡，客房部也很快給我們升級換房，效率很高！ 上次提到的吹風機太老舊也做了更換，淋浴房密封不嚴實也換了新，衣櫃門也能關嚴實了！

The hotel was situated in a great location, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and recommended great restaurants. Special thank you to Gina Fu and Zeng who carried our luggage and offered us great food recommendations. They were very friendly. They offered warm water at 49 degrees.

Hotel is Chinese style, a lot of elaborate decorations. Location is Central in Chengdu, though this may not be a plus considering the traffic. Staff were just OK. Buffet looked good but taste was pretty bland to bad. In the pastries / bread section almost everything was over-cooked and dry or even burnt (baguette). The room was kind of nice. It looked nice, albeit a little old, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was kind of a disaster. Every time we showered the entire bathroom got completely flooded. You can see from one of my photos a channel where the water just pours out of the shower like a river because the piece that is supposed to block it doesn't extend all the way from the wall to the glass screen separating the shower and the toilet.

From the moment we arrived our experience at Club Med was fantastic! The staff literally couldn’t do enough for you, Yulia was in contact prior to our stay asking if there was anything extra they could help with the (traveling with two children this is so helpful) The room was beautiful, spacious and clean with lovely views of the lake! The facilities were amazing, with so much entertainment for the kids, my little girl absolutely lovely all the activities and they staff were so so good with her, she even joined in the cabaret show which will be a moment I’ll treasure forever! The evening live singer was a treat too! The first day of our stay there was a private event meaning some restaurants were closed but Kathy, Vicky and Yulia did their upmost best to provide us to alternative food menu other than hotpot. The buffet the next night had everything, spoilt with choice! I can’t wait for club med to be our new weekend break, look forward to returning! My only piece of feedback would be some service around the pool area, to save having to go to the JoyBar for some day drinks!
