„Hotel muy señorial, bonito, habitaciones y baño amplias. Piscina y Spa. Desayuno buffet muy completo y rico. Restaurante con menú, te dan la opción de que sí el día de salida, reservas un tratamiento o comida restaurante, te dejan la habitación hasta las 18,00. Una maravilla para poder aprovechar el día.”

„Hemos estado dos días en agosto en este antiguo balneario clásico de la zona que pasó a pertenecer a una cadena hace unos tres años. Se han reformado algunas habitaciones aunque no la nuestra. La cama de matrimonio era cómoda pero pequeña, no es standard. El aire acondicionado de la habitación funcionaba a pesar de ser un tanto ruidoso. Se escuchan sobretodo las cañerías de los cuartos de baño.Las zonas comunes no tienen aire acondicionado y están vacías, una lástima. El establecimiento admite perros y gatos pero apenas se escuchó algún ladrido. Lo que sí se escuchó era el berreo y pataleta de una niña en la piscina y fuera. Lamentablemente el turismo termal no es compatible con el chiqui park y algunos padres maleducados y carotas se aprovechan de las malas decisiones de gestores sin criterio. La piscina exterior está cuidada y como en la dirección anterior siguen admitiendo personas de fuera del hotel que vienen al almuerzo. El almuerzo es económico pero no merece la pena, igual que el desayuno que ya cuesta sus 12€. Lo salva la fenomenal actitud de Rosa, claramente estimada por la clientela. El check in se tuvo que hacer tarde pero las dos señoras de Recepción lo gestionaron estupendamente. El ánima de este hotel es claramente su personal. La mayoría de clientes eran locales pero había algunos extranjeros. No usamos el spa esta vez pero sigue teniendo su antiguo encanto. En los alrededores hay sitios para comer o comprar pero al ser agosto algunos están cerrados, menos las obras que el Ayuntamiento decide posponer a Agosto sin tener en cuenta que muchas personas acuden precisamente a dejar su dinero a Caldes para obtener un merecido descanso. Esperemos que la próxima vez no haya obras pero siga el amable y eficiente personal.”

„A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.”

„Excellent Hotel. Shuttle service from airport to hotel was complimentary. Lovely breakfast included. Plenty of choice. Supermarket and shops next door. Clean Hotel. Friendly. Highly recommend the Bravos - delicious. Would Highly recommend and will stay again.”

„Tardamos más de una hora para hacer el check in, el comedor un poco lioso no es fácil encontrar una cucharilla, colas tremendas para sacar café, no costaría mucho poner otra maquina, los baños son con bañera, necesita un poco de arreglo, considero que no puede ser un 4 estrellas, con un 3 estaría más acorde”

„Très bel hôtel qui propose un repas assez varié pour buffet et aussi pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre est spacieuse et bien insonorisée, le ménage n'était pas impeccable (quelques cheveux par si par là). Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jacuzzi sur la terrasse car certains stores n'étaient plus en place ce qui laissait pas mal de vis à vis.”

„Los empleados muy amables, pero nos dieron una habitación con puerta compartida a otra habitación y la última noche vinieron unos huéspedes bastante molestos (gritos a los niños, portazos…). Nos hicieron el favor de cambiar la habitación a otra sin la puerta compartida. Aún así, los sonidos en general del edificio no están muy controlados, suenan mucho, sobretodo al andar y los baños. Por lo demás el sitio donde está ubicado es precioso y se puede descansar con unas vistas preciosas a la montaña.”

„Hotel con encanto en Camprodón. Muy buen servicio de restaurante y de comida en cafetería y también de recepción, todos muy amables. Instalaciones generales bien, en habitaciones podrían mejorar. Se ven zonas algo viejas aunque al ser un hotel de montaña se pueda entender la decoración muy de madera, en las habitaciones bastante desfasada. En cuanto a servicio de habitaciones, echamos en falta que en una suite no haya ningún básico como gorro de ducha, peine, algodones, etc. en zona baño. Había una botella de agua filtrada llena, junto con los vasos en la habitación y ningún día la repusieron.”
