Pokój był bardzo czysty. Byłam świadkiem, jak prali go 3 razy (byłam zaskoczona).
Codzienne sprzątanie. ciche i przestronne. Lepiej zatrzymać się tutaj niż w hotelach pierwszej linii, nie ma takiego ruchu pod oknami, a jednocześnie do morza można dojść z dziećmi w 10 minut. lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra)
Hotel dysponuje bezpłatnym basenem, sauną i siłownią. wszystko jest w dobrym stanie, nie jest zużyte. rozrywka dla dzieci (maszyny VR, kącik dla dzieci itp.), ale za pieniądze. Restauracja zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki za smak i cenę.
Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Ten nowoczesny hotel znajduje się na 40. piętrze hotelu Orbit, z widokiem na morze. Trudno go od razu znaleźć, ponieważ adres wskazuje na narożny budynek, ale w rzeczywistości znajduje się on za nim. Pokoje są zgodne ze zdjęciami i opisem. Są czyste, piękne i wygodne. Windy są nieco kłopotliwe: czasami trzeba czekać 10 minut. Jest miejsce, które oferuje śniadania, ale nie korzystaliśmy z nich. Jest 10 minut od morza i 20 minut od starego miasta. Polecam.

Das Batumi Steps Hotel eignet sich gut für Familien und Paare, die Wert auf eine schicke Unterkunft und Strandnähe legen. Wer auf fleckenfreie Sauberkeit, perfektes Service und absolute Ruhe Wert legt, sollte die gemischten Gästeerfahrungen berücksichtigen. Für Aufenthalte mit Kindern und zum eigenen Kochen ist das Haus besonders praktisch. Preise liegen etwa zwischen 55€ und 105€ pro Nacht für ein Standardzimmer.

A great hotel located in the middle of Old Town Batumi. It’s very close to great bars and restaurants as well as the water front. The addition of Milton Brown products in the room was amazing, but breakfast could have been a bit better.

Потрясающий отель в самом сердце Батуми, напротив площади Европы, в историческом здании с астрономическими часами. Отель сети IHG открылся в конце декабря 2025 года. С первых минут ощущаются забота, внимание персонала и безупречный стиль.
Мы проживали с 3 по 7 января в стандартном номере с кроватью king size на 3 этаже, с видом на историческую часть города, площадь и Batumi Tower. Просторный номер с высокими потолками, центральным кондиционированием, очень тёплый и комфортный зимой. В номере: пушистые халаты, мягкие тапочки, гладильная доска и утюг, капсульная кофемашина, чайный набор, стильные бокалы, Smart TV с YouTube, мини-бар (за доплату). Вода пополнялась ежедневно. Уборка — отличная, большое спасибо сотрудникам housekeeping, косметика качественная, при заселении есть гигиенические наборы ( зубные щетки и прочие принадлежности).
SPA во время нашего пребывания ещё не работал, но был открыт фитнес-зал. Отдельно отмечу кровать и постельное бельё — спали великолепно.
Завтраки сначала были в формате шведского стола (горячие блюда, выпечка, сыры, качественный кофе и чай), позже — по меню: яйца Бенедикт, тосты с лососем или беконом, сырники, панкейки. Сервис на завтраках — на очень высоком уровне.
Особо хочется отметить сотрудников ресепшен: все очень доброжелательные, говорят на нескольких языках, в том числе на русском, что было очень удобно. Отдельная благодарность ассистенту менеджера Автандилу за внимательное отношение и помощь, такого гостеприимства я еще не видела. Спасибо Нане за поздний выезд.
Мы остались полностью довольны отелем и сервисом, обязательно вернёмся и будем рекомендовать друзьям.❤️

Посмотрев орла и решку, решили остановиться в этом отеле. Ценник конечно завышен. Почему 5 звезд тоже непонятно. Приехали на своей машине, сами выгрузились- никто не помог. Сама поехала припарковалась (как оказалось не там). Когда попросили на ресепшн помочь с чемоданами, только тогда вышли их забрать. А потом мне сделали замечание что я не там припарковалась, попросили перепарковать машину. В коридоре на этаже присутствует неприятный запах затхлости. На потолках плесень. Заходим в номер и видим одеяла на шкафу, как у бабушки в деревне. Кофе машина в номере оказывается платная!!! На завтраке засохшие хлебобулочные, соки не доливают- мы на них не успели, вместо сливочного масла маргарин, столы не успевают убирать- все заставлены тарелками, в итоге сели за грязный стол. При уборке номера не добавили чайно кофейный набор. Пляжные полотенца все застиранные, старые. На бассейне случайно наступила на пепельницу, полную окурков- скорее всего с прошлого дня, т.к мы пришли утром. Туалет старый около бассейна, вонь стоит, еще и очередь собирается. Фото прилагаю. Этому отелю надо поставить 3 звезды. Они не в курсе, что такое сервис

Ten hotel jest nowy i ma dobrą lokalizację, ale pokoje są małe. Największym problemem jest przytłaczający zapach panujący w wystroju. Korytarze i pokoje są wypełnione spalinami, które są nie do zniesienia. Obawiam się, że zachoruję, jeśli zostanę tam zbyt długo. Chociaż obsługa jest doskonała, myślę, że bezpieczniej będzie poczekać rok z przeprowadzką.

SSaumyaleo31We stayed at Sheraton Batumi Hotel expecting the standard of a global 5-star luxury chain. Unfortunately, while the location is beautiful, the overall experience fell far below expectations.
The property’s location, right in front of the beach, is stunning. The views are lovely and the building itself looks impressive. Sadly, the service and operational quality did not match the pricing or brand promise.
Here were the key concerns:
1. Language & Service Gaps
For a luxury, premium-priced international hotel, it was surprising that several staff members struggled to understand basic English. This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated.
2. Inedible Food on Day 1
On the day we checked in, we ordered a ciabatta pesto sandwich. The ciabatta was so hard it was impossible to chew. It literally sounded like knocking on wood. We had to remove and eat only the filling. This is basic food quality control that should not fail in a 5-star property.
3. Repeated WiFi Failures
Within an hour of check-in, the WiFi stopped working. I had official calls to attend, yet even after 2–3 hours, the issue wasn’t resolved. The next day, the WiFi again went down for 2–3 hours. In a hospitality business today, reliable internet is non-negotiable. There also seemed to be no backup plan or proactive communication.
4. Shower Head Burst - No QC?
The following morning, the shower head burst while in use, flooding the bathroom. My belongings got wet and it completely disrupted the morning. When a room is marked “ready,” basic quality checks should ensure fixtures are functional.
5. Breakfast Quality Below Standard
The breakfast buffet was largely cold. Vegetarian options were extremely limited. Even the falafel was undercooked. The omelette was overly oily. At the very least, for a globally known chain, one Indian option or more diverse vegetarian choices would have been appreciated.
6. Room Service Delays
Ordering water to the room took nearly an hour and required four calls. That level of delay for something so basic is difficult to justify.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the service standards, food quality, maintenance checks, and responsiveness did not align with what one expects from a Sheraton property.
For the price paid, this was not a luxury experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on operational consistency, staff training, and basic quality control.

ККатерина24The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Breakfasts are quite varied, you will definitely find something to suit your taste. There is a fitness area, Finnish sauna, swimming pool, mini children's paddling pool. Minus the pool is poorly cleaned, in the corners at the bottom you can see garbage, a little, but it is there. The hammam works nominally, there is no steam injection, it's just like entering a warm room.
Price-quality ratio.

The SPA and pool are terrible (I took the hotel only because of the SPA) VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
The pool is small and the water is cold, stuffy and unpleasant!!!
When we checked in, there were no towels, and when we asked they said only an hour later🤔
There were three of us and they brought everything for two!!! (towels, water, shampoo, slippers, etc.)
In general, the impression was not pleasant, for that kind of money you could have rented something more decent... I will never recommend it to my friends!!!

AAnonymous UserLe Méridien Batumi, Batumi's most luxurious hotel, charges nearly 2,000 yuan per night, but the actual experience was deeply disappointing.
First, the room's soundproofing was extremely poor. On our check-in night, from around midnight until after 2 a.m., the noise from the square below and the disco music were clearly audible in the room, severely disrupting our rest.
Second, the service promises were unfulfilled. After negotiating with the hotel through the platform, they promised to upgrade us to two rooms on the other side of the building the next day. However, upon returning to the hotel the following afternoon, we were told that only one upgraded room was available, and the hotel offered no apology.
Furthermore, housekeeping was extremely perfunctory. After the room was cleaned, not only were new floor towels and slippers not provided, but the balcony ashtray still contained trash from the previous night. After repeated requests, the slippers were finally delivered, but they were of extremely poor quality, falling apart immediately after use, and completely different from the authentic slippers with the hotel logo provided on our first night. Such poor hardware and service levels hardly justify its ”luxury” positioning and exorbitant room rates. We can't help but wonder: On what basis did Ctrip use to rate such an unworthy hotel as ”No. 1 on the Batumi Luxury List”?

GGuest UserWide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

Ccharles56It's good value for money, it's close to the beach, the nearby park is good for walking, and there's a bus stop close to the hotel, so it's great for getting around the city center.
It was a shame that I couldn't use the swimming pool, but I was satisfied with the sauna facilities and the variety of breakfast options.

The room was very small, and there were no toothbrushes provided. It took over half an hour to send one over the phone. The front desk was interrupting me the entire time I checked in and was not very friendly. The hotel looks high-rise, but it actually has only five floors. The windows of the single-numbered rooms on the first floor face the wall, so you can't see the sun during the day. The breakfast is very average. Don't consider this hotel when you come to Batumi. It's not cost-effective.
