I really liked the Comfort Hotel. Great location, easy access from maebashi train station and quick walk to shopping areas. The room was just what we needed with helpful amenities. Staff are lovely and helpful. Would recommend for a short stay.

It’s a perfect getaway from the city. The outdoor onsen was one of my favourite. The best part of this trip. The room was spotless and the staffs were very nice.

大浴場もついていますが、写真以上に狭かった。混まない時間帯を狙って入ったので、ほぼ貸切状態でゆっくりできました。 朝食バイキングはたくさんの種類があり、2日間でメニューも一部変わってて美味しく頂きました。宿泊者が多い時は、残りが少なくなってからの補充に時間がかかっていました。 夜のプチケーキ、お菓子、フリードリンクのサービスに癒されました。

3 different types of onsen , amazing breakfast with huge selection of food, amazing spacious rooms with an amazing view of the river. Only spent 1 night here but would’ve easily stayed another if we had time. The building is well maintained and the onsen was so good I had 3 sessions even though we were only here for 1 night. Beautiful, great service, super clean & comfortable hotel which sets it's standard really high. Everything was superb from the lobby to the room to the restaurants, and to the onsen. Quality meals are served with their hearts & the quality is too much for me. Our room was really huge. There are 3 different onsen rooms with indoor & outdoor pools. However, the outdoor pools do not give you any views since they bamboo-fenced the surrounding. Parking is free and it is only 2 mins walk down the slope to reach Kusatsu town centre. A minimum 2N stay is recommended.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit out of town since we travelled by car so it wasn't hard for us to get around. We can see Asama mountain from our room. The public bath I used in the morning and no one was there so I had all the big bathtub and enjoyed the view from Asama mountain all myself. It was such a nice experience. ❤️

This hotel was so great! Its service, cleanliness, rooms etc, everything is about a comfort stay. It also has delicious breakfasts and onsen with 2 baths, one is outside — just what I was looking for.

スタッフの方々は皆さん笑顔で気持ち良く過ごすことができました。 食事のしゃぶしゃぶバイキングでは美味しいお肉が食べ放題で家族も大満足でした。 一部清掃で気になる点はありましたが、それは自分が清掃の仕事をしているからで、一般の方は気にならないレベルだと思います。 窓から見える妙義山は時間帯や天気によって見え方が異なり素敵でした。

老闆英文非常流利，chick in之後會送一瓶牛奶，chick out之後會送咖啡，住在這裡會有滿滿的童年回憶，缺點之一就是距離湯畑有點遠，缺點之二就是價格有點貴，我們入住的價格是21419日圓一晚！
