We absolutely loved our stay at the minimal modern Muji-style hotel! The design was sleek and inviting, creating a serene atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience.
Although our stay was short—just one night—we truly enjoyed every moment. The ambiance was perfect for relaxation, and we appreciated the convenient amenities that made our visit enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kanazawa. Its blend of modern aesthetics and comfort makes it a standout choice!
It’s not at the train station. Would need to use the bus or taxi, though it’s not too difficult. There are many bus lines go through the nearby stop. It’s a walking distance to 近江町市場, a famous seafood market.
Stay here for 3 night. Room with breakfast. No variation for their breakfast. Every day is with the same dishes. Also the staff at the reception are not helpful despite asking if there are e available parking lot that can be made available since there are guest checking out. But they insist for us to drive the car from the affiliate parking lot to the hotel to book the space first despite that we told them we are heading out. There is no point for us to just drive the car here and eventually we are still going to drive out isn’t it. They could have just took our car particulars and secure the lot. Very unhelpful young staff till a nicer Japanese older lady willing to assist us.
An excellent hotel rather near the Kanazawa Train Station. There are also some good Japanese restaurants opposite the hotel.
The room is spacious, contemporary with Japanese flavour. The facilities and amenities are comprehensive like body lotion, shampoo, comb, Onsen towel scrub, and tooth brush. The Onsen is rather small but sufficient as the turnover rate is pretty high since there is not much spaceto loiter or space out.
The Japanese breakfast is sumptuous and pretty good variety.
If you are early for your check-in, the hotel will gladly safekeeping for you until you return for the check-in at 3pm.
Hakuchoro is a classic in Kanzawa, the decor is very tastefully done and the overall atmosphere has character. It’s onsen is natural spring water and though the bath are relatively modest, it never gets crowded. They provide free bus shuttles to and from the Kanazawa station and is a very helpful feature. Rooms are large and well appointed and everything in the fridge - water, tea, orange juice and beers are free and topped up everyday. The stained glass in the lobby area and in the rooms are nice touched included the very nice pottery ware used for breakfast! Breakfast buffet spread is both western and Japanese and they even now have sparkling wine and sake for breakfast!
Definitely has character!
It was located just across the roadfrom the Kanazwa JR station that also housed a mall, airport transfers and loads of good food. The place was larger than I expected but provided excellent service and daily breakfasts (noy buffet-style) in their second floor restaurant. A sign of how good service was - it was a little drizzly when we left but we said no to the offer of an umbrella as the station was less than 5 min away (and it was a very light drizzle). The lady accompanied us to the station just so she cd take the umbrellas back from us! The onsen was nice but I didn't hv time to try out any other facilities.
The location is a slight walking distance from the train station. When we arrived, the hotel gave us a bunker bed, as we have booked a twin room. It took them a while to sorted out the situation
Your satisfactory.

Amazing
FFeiyu2834If there's a Daiwa, I'll always choose Daiwa first! This one is at Kanazawa West Exit. Just walk past the entrance of the HYATT Regency hotel on your right, then turn right again, and you're there. I got a random room type, which turned out to be a twin room. I arrived at Kanazawa Station at 13:01 and at the hotel at 13:06. The front desk said there was a room available and checked me in right away, saving me the hassle of storing my luggage. So grateful! 🥹 The toilet is separate, the sink is separate, and the shower room even has a bathtub. The space is plenty big, clean, and tidy!!! Highly recommended!!!

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit of a walk from Kanazawa Station, about 15 minutes. It's right next to Omicho Market, just across the street, making it super convenient for seafood. You can easily walk to Oyama Shrine, Kanazawa Castle, and Kenrokuen Garden from here.
They have a public bath, and after a soak, you can enjoy complimentary Meiji coffee and a fermented rice drink.
The lobby has a large map highlighting nearby restaurants and more. The yakitori and ramen places behind the hotel are both excellent.
GGuest UserLook no further, Mori no Sumika Resort and Spa is absolutely wonderful! The staff are amazing, the rooms are spacious and well appointed, the property to include the hot springs baths is excellent - the food offerings for breakfast and dinner changes each day, the chef serving the freshest seafood, meats, vegetables. It’s a beautiful place that you’ll never want to leave and for sure come back to sooner than later.

GGuest UserThe staff was very nice, very helpful and good English, spacious room, clean and great amenities, near Kanazawa Castle, traditional Omachi market, very close to Kanazawa Station (walking around 20-30 minutes)(public transport starting operation 7 30 in the morning) and near to public bath house (Onsen), will return to stay next time

GGuest UserAlways been a big fan of the Dormy Inn chain, guaranteed a nice onsen and delicious supper and breakfast. Checking in and out is a breeze. This hotel is located steps away from the JR station as well as bus terminal, very easy to hop on a bus to tour the city. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserI stayed here for two nights during the Kanazawa Marathon. Breakfast and hot springs were included. It was close to the station, the room was well-cleaned, and I was able to relax. The hot spring was also spacious enough. I would definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserIt’s in the middle of nowhere. Though it has been expected, but when we arrived, it is indeed
Not near anything. The hotel provides shuttle service from the Kaga Onsen station.
