Guest UserI initially booked one night at Duyen Ha Resort, and I loved the service and the beach so much that I decided to extend my stay for another night. After booking the additional night, I was moved to a different room. However, the air conditioning in the new room wasn't working properly.
All I wanted was for the hotel to check and fix the AC. I wasn't asking for a room upgrade or trying to make things difficult for the staff. What was truly disappointing, though, was that instead of reassuring and assisting me, the front desk staff immediately said, ”You only paid for that level, so you won't get a room change.” This way of communicating made me feel disrespected, especially since I hadn't even mentioned changing rooms.
Furthermore, coordinating the technical support was quite slow. We had to wait for a very long time, to the point where we had to call back and say we no longer needed assistance because it was taking too much time. Fortunately, the technician still came and managed to fix the AC, which was all we needed from the beginning.
I still highly rate Duyen Ha's facilities, the beach, and most of its services. However, the hotel should review its procedures and how it trains its front desk staff to handle unexpected situations with guests. A more attentive and supportive attitude would significantly improve the guest experience.

Mai.KBThis hotel was absolutely wonderful and gave us so many cherished memories.
I don't know many all-inclusive hotels with private beaches, so I really enjoyed that aspect. Plus, we could see small fish, so it was fun to snorkel and observe them every day. And above all, the food was incredibly delicious! They had so many dishes that are usually a bit pricey in Japan, like octopus, turban shells, and mussels, which was fantastic, and having beer was the cherry on top.
There were also three bars, and you could enjoy drinks from 9 AM onwards. They even had sparkling wine (though it was a bit sweet for my taste, which was a minor disappointment).
However, there aren't many adult-oriented activities, so 3 nights and 4 days felt like enough time to fully enjoy everything! 1 night and 2 days would be far too short!
There are many group events like yoga and darts, but I felt there were fewer activities you could enjoy individually. The ocean and pool were, of course, amazing, but around noon, the sun was so intense that I felt like the heat in the ocean and pool was life-threatening, haha.
I think it would be nice to have some indoor entertainment like billiards or mahjong, but overall, it was a truly wonderful time.
In the evenings, there's usually an event from 9 PM, and the beach party on the last night was amazing. However, the event the night before was a bit disappointing, so I guess it's a matter of luck! Haha.

Zhizhikin DmitriiFor a complete relaxation and enjoyable sea experience in the azure waters, on the white sands of Cam Ranh Peninsula, we chose the Amiana Resort. We had a spacious room, a wide and soft bed with pristine white linens, and a balcony to watch the sunrise with a sea view. Special thanks to the chef, who delighted us with a variety of exquisite dishes. The food literally melted in our mouths. Our days were filled with the sea and sunbathing on lounge chairs, and our evenings seamlessly transitioned into relaxing by the hotel pool until about 9 PM. We even threw a coin into the sea, hoping to return next year.

AlisalesA great option for a vacation in Nha Trang. We stayed here for five nights and had a pleasant experience.
The hotel is easy to reach by bus from the airport: there's a stop not far from the hotel, about a five-minute walk away. The beach is a 5–7 minute walk. The hotel is located near a hospital and some kind of bus station (there are photos showing the view from the window where this is visible), so it's peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Overall, we liked the area: it's not in the very center, which keeps it from being noisy, but you can still easily walk everywhere if you want to stroll to the main street.
You can get towels and umbrellas for the beach at the reception, but the towels get taken very quickly and were constantly out of stock. So if you want a towel, you need to come early in the morning. All these items are taken under signature, promising to return them safe and sound.
About the hotel itself: It's a large hotel building, beautiful inside, with friendly and good staff. Check-in was quite fast, they explained all the details, and even gave us printed sheets with rules in Russian: for example, that you can't bring seafood, mangosteens, or durians into the hotel, and there will be fines if these rules are not followed. In general, many Russian speakers stay at this hotel, so a lot is adapted for us. We had a triple room with a view to the opposite side of the sea. There was also a small basket with complimentary welcome fruits in the room, which was a very nice touch. The room was large, spacious, and clean. All the linen and towels were clean. Every day, they came to collect trash, change towels if needed, and left bottled water, tea, and coffee. The air conditioner in the room worked well.
There's also a kettle and a minibar in the room. The minibar was small and contained drinks you could buy from them, but it hardly chilled anything, so using it as a refrigerator was practically impossible. Well, it's not really designed for that anyway.
I must mention the breakfasts separately. They were a large, varied buffet. You could also order two additional types of soup, and the pho bo was especially delicious. Overall, the food was very diverse: there were many fruits, pastries, drinks, as well as fried sausages, bacon, stewed meat, rice, fried noodles, and salads.
The hotel also has an indoor pool and a gym on the same floor. The pool often had very few people, which was nice – you could swim peacefully. The gym is located in the same area; it's quite small, but it has everything necessary for those who want to work out.
Overall, I really liked the hotel and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good rest.

Guest UserWe stayed at the hotel for 7 nights in August with our child, and I can honestly say we had nothing but positive impressions. The standard room was excellent, spacious, and new. The hotel itself is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing.
The breakfast was wonderful – delicious pastries, plenty of fruit, and you could order eggs prepared any way you liked. While there was a focus on Asian cuisine, there was still a good selection of European dishes.
Buggy carts are available throughout the property, and you can also order one from your room, which is incredibly convenient! Since it was hot and humid in August, we didn't always want to walk long distances (the hotel grounds are quite large).
The service was superb! The staff were very kind, polite, and pleasant to interact with.
There's an Italian restaurant, a seafood restaurant, and a Vietnamese restaurant on site. We particularly enjoyed the Vietnamese restaurant; it had a good selection and wasn't too exotic. The Italian restaurant offered many familiar dishes like pizza, pasta, and salads. A huge plus is that all the restaurants have a children's menu! And it's excellent – simple and familiar to us, which is very important for ensuring your child has something to eat. The prices are comparable to Moscow, but all the restaurants were delicious and clean, so it was worth it. You can also order food to be delivered to the beach, which is another great convenience.
We also liked the kids' club. The staff generally spoke good English, and there were many activities for children, such as a Vietnamese hat workshop, origami, and coconut painting (you need to sign up in advance). The club felt safe, so we weren't afraid to leave our child there.
Our daughter also attended a cooking masterclass (for an additional charge), which was also fantastic! They made mini-pizzas and desserts, and also created a Vietnamese-style craft.
Regarding the distance from Nha Trang – it's not as bad as some reviews might suggest. We called a Maxim taxi and it took about 30 minutes to get to Nha Trang, and about the same to Vinpearl. So, it's convenient to get out of the hotel, and you don't feel isolated. Honestly, we preferred the atmosphere in Cam Ranh more than in downtown Nha Trang.
Finally, I want to highlight the hotel's main advantage: the stunning beachfront. It was delightful! The beach is large, clean, beautiful, and there were very few people! The sea was super warm. In front of the beach, there's a great infinity pool. We never encountered crowds; there were always only a few people, which is a huge plus.
There were no insects either; mosquitoes didn't bite us.
So, the hotel is worthy of its reputation – true luxury! The only downside might be the expensive food in the restaurants, but if you're prepared for prices similar to Moscow, it's not a serious drawback.

Guest UserGood hotel, excellent service, tasty food, but it's really showing its age and needs a renovation. I couldn't even enjoy a bath because the tub was so old. The grounds were also unkempt.

Guest UserWe booked a Deluxe room with a sea view for two for 3 nights.
The hotel is beautiful, we checked in at 3 PM, and our room was on the 5th floor. It was clean, comfortable, cozy, and beautiful. For some reason, they didn't ask for a deposit, but we didn't insist either!
The grounds are well-maintained, and the breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. We went to VinWonders. We had dinner once – 830,000 VND.
There's live music in the hotel lobby in the evenings.
The sea was calm and clean during our visit in early September. There isn't much to walk around on the property itself – just back and forth along the beach. We went to Harbour for walks and dinner a couple of evenings.
We spent one day at the Amusement Park.
Three days at the hotel and on the island was plenty for us.
We would gladly return to Nha Trang.

Breakfast was a little disappointing....not much choice of desserts and pastries , coffee is not so good. Breakfast meals are not all ways replenished and if you come fir Breakfast st say 8am you may miss out on food already gone which is not replaced.
E.g. no milk, only a scraps of fruit, no coffee cups left or condensed milk etc.

Guest UserThis all-inclusive hotel is awesome! The food variety is great; kids always have something to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have pasta, cutlets, mashed potatoes, and fries. There's a good selection of fruits too, like papaya, watermelon, bananas, apples, dragon fruit, and more. The only thing missing was mango. This is the first hotel we've stayed at on this trip that serves tea from a pot, not disposable bags. During breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there are various drinks available: Americano coffee, Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, green tea, black tea, and other beverages. There are no freshly squeezed juices or smoothies though. In the mornings, there are activities at the pools, including water polo, aqua aerobics, yoga by the pool, darts, and archery for kids every day. Everything runs on schedule. In the evenings, there are discos for children, followed by discos for adults. During the day, there's a foam party at the aqua park with music and drinks. Both pools offer a variety of drinks all day, including alcoholic ones. You can order food from the restaurant to your room. There's also a buffet at another restaurant. The beach has plenty of sun loungers, enough for everyone. The sand is soft, and the sea entry is shallow. About 90% of the guests are Russian. At the reception, there are always two staff members who speak fluent Russian daily. Even if you call reception from your room, they hear Russian speech and transfer you to Russian-speaking staff. The animators are Egyptian guys, but they speak Russian well. There's a shallow pool for toddlers, a large multi-depth pool with slides in the aqua park, and two other large pools on the property – one by the restaurant and another near the shore. The pool water is clean. Towels are provided at all pools and the beach using a card given at check-in. I loved everything! There's always a wide selection of food, including even crocodile and frogs. Kids have plenty to do, and in the evenings, there are discos for adults.
