3-Star hotele w: Xinjiang, China

I know the hotel probably doesn't care about reviews anymore, but their unprofessionalism was evident right from the airport pickup. It wasn't even the front desk that answered the phone when I tried to contact the hotel! Luckily, there was a pickup service at 12, which is why I'm giving a mediocre review. But if there's no pickup service at 12, why is it listed as available? The bed was a bit dirty, and the towels were old. It's 2026 now, and when my delivery arrived, it was just left in a corner downstairs, no call, no delivery robot. The security guards have a very 'politicized' vibe; I suggest giving them permanent government positions, so their attitude isn't wasted.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jiangyun, our room was comfortable, clean, big and nicely decorated. The hotel is in a beautiful traditional building, and within walking distance or a very cheap DIDI ride to all attractions. The best part about our stay was the kindness and friendliness of Yan and Rukia, they went out of their way to provide information for us and help organise onward travel to Kyrgyzstan. Yan speaks good English and with his adept use of a translator app we were able to communicate on all topics. When we couldn’t find a cooking course in Kashgar Yan organised a neighbourhood chef to come and teach us how to make steamed buns, in the guesthouse kitchen, it was great fun! Price: Overall a very affordable hotel w nicely furnished rooms for the price, the staff are very accommodating to foreigners and the doorman is very nice and friendly. Location wise: Very doable with a short taxi ride to most attractions, there are restaurants all around and is very close to the park.

今天就要離開伊寧，在這個小院待了好幾天，卻已經有了淺淺的歸屬感，早上起來燉一鍋粥配點饢或者小青菜，時不時蹭點宿舍大姐做的飯。坐院子裏曬曬太陽，和老宮，老陳，老辛一起開個黑，開黑累了再一起打個羽毛球溜人賽，就這樣，好幾天可以不出門，就這樣呆著，時間卻也過得飛快，就要走了，昨夜的篝火晚會似乎停不下來，也不想停下，想等着天慢慢亮，再説古德拜， 哦對祝老闆兒發財哈哈哈哈哈

hotel is very well designed with local authentic style, very convenient to get in because it is close to the south gate of ancient town. The receptionist is very helpful, very friendly, the first day when we arrived the hotel sent receptionist to the gate to help us carry our luggages and took us inside. This is the ancient town so you need to get luggages checked through security scanning machine. The ancient town is very beautiful and it is a must visit when you come to South Xinjiang. In general we feel very comfortable and convenient to stay in this home stay. First night as the hotel was full so we had to stay in a small room, but when we came back after several days they provided us a big room, I can feel their care to the guests and tried to serve at their best

I chose another accommodation nearby the train station (and airport), but that was cancelled, so Trip.com bumped me up to this accommodation. It was conveniently close to the train station and they offer a free airport shuttle service. The room was what you would expect, although for this price I would expect there to be a fridge in the room - but it seems that in China this is a rare amenity. The check-in staff were very slow, and didn't ask any questions after I handed them my passport. My 64-page passport is almost completely full of stamps and visas (including many Chinese visas), but because they didn't (want to) ask, I just let them leave through it for almost 5 minutes until they found my most recent entry stamp into China.

The decoration texture of the room is online, and the decorative paintings and lights on the wall are matched with a sense of atmosphere, not the cheap net red wind. The quality of the bedding and bathroom is very good, the shower water pressure is stable, the smart toilet is very safe to use, and the sanitation is very thorough. The space layout is reasonable, the lighting and sound insulation are good, and the rest at night is not disturbed at all. The overall is a very attentive hotel, the experience is full, and will come again next time!

Nice, new, clean room. But what scored points was the included airport transfer. However, because i don't know chinese to advice the staff, i had to take a taxi to the hotel.

位置在六星街核心區，走幾步就有不少品質不錯的餐吧，用餐、逛街，體驗新疆民俗風情非常方便。民宿的小院打理得十分精緻，月季、馬蹄蓮以及各式各樣的植物生機勃勃，看得出主人投入了不少心血，總體設計是現代美學與濃郁的新疆特色融合，門口栽種着梨樹、蘋果樹、杏樹，地域風情十足，房間空間寬敞，層高也挺高的，服務方面更是沒話説，店主是個熱心的年輕小夥子，送了新鮮水果，還推薦幾家本地美食，給我們做了很多攻略，點贊👍確實沒有踩雷，整體而言很不錯，推薦！
