🌿 A Truly Memorable Holiday at The Jerai Hill 🌿 Our family getaway to The Jerai Hill was simply unforgettable. I went with my mother, my husband, and our children — and from the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty of this place. The atmosphere throughout the day — morning, evening, and night — was incredibly refreshing. With a cool temperature of around 24°C, it truly felt like we were on holiday abroad! 🍽 The food was another highlight of our stay. Dinner was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit everyone’s taste. Breakfast was just as delightful — the hash browns were perfectly crispy, and both the pasta and macaroni were full of flavour. We really looked forward to every meal! 🏡 Our room was spotless and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and the water pressure was strong — making showers a real pleasure. 🌟 Activities and surroundings added to the magic. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, and my children had so much fun splashing around in the pool provided. One of the highlights was the strawberry farm, which was so close that we could see it right from our room window. 💖 Overall, our stay at The Jerai Hill felt peaceful, refreshing, and filled with joy. It was a perfect escape for our family, and we can’t wait to return!

I booked a 2-night stay with my Mrs in one of the villas connected to the shared pool, and our experience started off on a great note. We were picked up from the airport in a very comfortable Toyota Alphard arranged by the resort. Our driver and resort staff, Khai, was incredibly friendly—he patiently answered all my questions and gave us fantastic food recommendations since it was my first time in LGK. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Daniel at the lobby. He served us beautifully presented lemon peach teas as a welcome drink and brought us through the entire check-in process. While waiting for our villa to be ready, we had lunch at the resort’s only restaurant. Unfortunately, this was the only part of the stay that fell short—the pizza crust was undercooked, a bit greasy, and tasted store-bought, which was quite disappointing. Thankfully, things picked up again after that. Khai later escorted us to our villa, and we were relieved that our balcony didn’t directly face the restaurant. However, I do feel the pool and villa balconies could be designed to offer more privacy so diners aren’t looking out over the area. Overall, the stay was truly pleasant. I loved that the resort is away from the busy beach, giving us a peaceful and quiet environment. All the staff were warm and friendly. A few standout perks include: 1. Complimentary rides to and from the property (subject to booking and availability) 2. Free minibar, replenished daily—including coffee capsules 3. Complimentary Netflix and YouTube accounts on the TV (which both my wife and I really love) 4. A pretty decent in-room breakfast experience. (they definitely do breakfast better than lunch, in my opinion) I also indulged in a 90-minute massage, which started with herbal tea, grapes, and a carrot stick during a herbal foot bath, followed by a foot massage and a one-hour full-body aromatherapy massage. My masseuse, Yaya, was incredibly patient and attentive, constantly checking on the pressure and even gifting me a small goodie bag at the end. All in all, I wouldn’t mind returning—and I’m even considering trying one of their larger 3-room villas next time. I highly recommend this resort for big families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Bezpłatny odbiór z lotniska jest bardzo wygodny. Obiekt położony jest na przedmieściach, ale taksówkę można bez problemu zamówić. Obiekt oddalony jest o około 10 minut od miasta Kuah i o około 30 minut od plaży North i Chenang. Willa jest bardzo duża i sprzątana codziennie. Na śniadanie serwowane są świeże owoce i talerz lokalnych ciast Nyonya. Dostępne są również bezpłatne usługi pralnicze. Sieć jest bardzo stabilna. Do dyspozycji gości jest również czajnik, naczynia, lodówka itp. z wodą i kawą rozpuszczalną. Łóżko i poduszka są bardzo wygodne. Na zewnątrz jest wiele zwierząt. Wadą jest duża liczba mrówek, które będą wspinać się na łóżko. W łazience jest tylko zimna woda. Wanna jest tylko ozdobą i nie można z niej korzystać. Ciśnienie wody jest niewystarczające. Pewnego dnia, kiedy sprzątaliśmy pokój, do środka wbiegły małpy i zabrały sporo naszego jedzenia. Poza tym wszystko jest w porządku i to naprawdę wyjątkowe przeżycie

Wygodna lokalizacja w odległości spaceru od plaż. Grabs są tanie, a wypożyczenie roweru jest w każdym razie tanie, więc zdecydowanie dobra lokalizacja. Hotel był czysty, trochę głośny, ponieważ budził się kilka razy (głośnik do modlitwy wydawał się być tak blisko mojego pokoju, że zatrzymałem się w 101), więc nie mogłem się wyspać. Niektórzy pracownicy wydawali się naprawdę mili i zameldowanie przebiegło bezproblemowo, chociaż konieczność zapłacenia 100 ringgitów depozytu nie była idealna, ponieważ nie wiedziałem o tym do przyjazdu (wiedziałem o płaceniu podatku, ale nie wiedziałem, że muszę również wypłacić pieniądze na depozyt). Nie mogę jednak narzekać na hotel, ponieważ ogólnie było to miłe doświadczenie, a i tak większość czasu byłem poza domem, zwiedzając Langkawi, tak piękną wyspę.

Stayed as a family of 4. Totally enjoyed the stay. The villa is very clean and the owner is very responsive. Also very happy with free access to the facilities of the hotel within the same compound.

Okolica jest bardzo dobra, z kilkoma willami razem. Pokój jest również stosunkowo duży, ale wyposażenie jest stosunkowo stare, zwłaszcza prześcieradła i poszwy na kołdry są żółte, co na pierwszy rzut oka widać ich wiek, a na pościeli znajdują się plamy, których nie można zmyć. Spacer na plażę jest również bardzo wygodny, a w pobliżu znajduje się wiele restauracji. Tym razem jechaliśmy trzyosobową rodziną. W Kuala Lumpur i Penang zawsze rezerwowaliśmy apartament, aby zamieszkać razem, ale tutaj ostatecznie nie wolno nam było dołożyć 200🐴 monet, aby dostać dodatkowy pokój .

Добрый день. Вилла соответствует фото, представленные на сайте. Чисто, есть всё необходимое. Во дворе замечательный бассейн, даже можно поплавать!!! Заселение безконтактное. Пляж и кафе в 10 минутах ходьбы пешком!!! Очень всё понравилось!!!

Beautiful location ~ peaceful and quiet. Can hire a bike from there, so easy to get one and head out exploring. Nowhere is too far away but you feel nice and secluded there.  Super helpful and friendly staff/owners.
