„During the Mid-Autumn Festival, I brought my wife and kids here. This was already the most affordable accommodation I could find for the price. Plus, it had everything we needed, lacking nothing. My child had a great time at the swimming pool downstairs, and the beach was just a few minutes' walk away. I'll definitely book this place again next time I visit.”

„The need for a short break away, could not have come better than a few days in Dameisha, east of Shenzhen. From door to door, metro, train and metro, the travvel time was an easy 4 hours, arriving just 400 meters from the hotel, which unfortunately, due to some street work, was hidden behind work bollards. However, when accessed, the check was quick and easy, the room was close to the lift and the room, small, two beds, a small balcony, gave a pleasant view of the main town, with the hillside covering the background. The room provided a remote controlled environment, curtains, lights, AC and so on, and the mini bar was free too. Supplies and ammunities were provided and the shower was equal to the natural condition of your personal needs. At the end of the day, the time spent there was fun and enjoybale, with good multinational breaskfasts, and a quiet atmosphere, surrounded by bridges, that led to outlet shops and stores, the beach not 5 minutes walk, with beautiful views to supply a meditational feeling, and a good coastal man made walking path, provided greater photographic opportunities. The hotel and the surroundings, were great for the personal relaxing ease, with a beautifully clean, bright shiny sandy beach and eassy chance to swim and play, with children activities provided close by and a subway, accessible to both hotels one side and the beach the other. We arrived at City Note on 3rd October 2026. As you can imagine the Golden week for the Chinese. The hotel was fully booked. We waited an hour for our room that was being made. We were offered snacks coffee and cold drinks. Made to feel very welcomed. The staff told us that there was maintenance happening on the 37th-39th floors between 9:30am through to 7 pm. This didn't bother us as we are usually out as travellers do. The staff especially Amy was very attentive and helpful always smiling. Whilling to support in whichever way she could. As none Chinese speakers the staff used translation apps to meet our communication needs. The Beijing pedestrian street view from our room was awesome. Gongyuanqing & Sun Yat Sen Memorial stations are the nearest to the Citynote we stayed at. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Beijing pedestrian street. Location wise great. If your a Muslim traveller there are several Muslim Chinese restaurants 15-20 minute walks from the hotel. Or catch a Didi to Xiaobei or take the metro & there is plenty of Muslim restaurants in the area. The hotel offers eggs croissant toast and fruit if you only eat Halal 清真食品. More & more Muslim traveller like China as it's still has family values and a conservative way. I would highly recommend city note pedestrian street guangzhou

Indeed, this is Shenzhen's top luxury hotel! The front desk is on the 78th floor, and the elevators are thoughtfully equipped with sofas, which is perfect for a quick rest during the 1+ minute ride up or down. That's a great touch. The deep blue theme of the room is my favorite color, and the incredibly spacious design made my extended stay of several days very comfortable! The room's functional layout is also excellent, with clear divisions between the entryway, wardrobe, washroom, and toilet room. Each section is distinct yet can be adjusted and connected as needed. The service was truly exceptional. From check-in to getting to the room, everything was seamlessly handled, and they proactively inquired about my travel plans. A big thank you to Brynn, who, knowing my itinerary, specially arranged a room with a great view for me and patiently explained everything, hahaha 😂, making my trip experience absolutely perfect!

The Executive Lounge at Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou is excellent. Aside from one staff member who seemed a bit stern, the other service personnel were all incredibly warm and polite, making us feel right at home. The food inside was also fantastic. Although the cocktails were a bit subpar, the overall experience was still very positive, earning high praise from both myself and my boss. The public area's pool and Jacuzzi experience were also great, and the sauna and warm pool in the changing rooms were equally impressive. The room itself was also quite good.

Had a very pleasant stay at Yizhi Hotel, Taikoo Li Zhujiang New Town. We arrived in the wee hours and the check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which was a big plus after long journey. The room and toilet were clean, tidy and, most importantly, no unpleasant smell. They provide the necessary disposable toiletries too. The bathroom layout was also very practical — the shower and toilet are in two separate areas. The shower has really good water pressure, and the toilet flushing system is strong too. A special mention to 晴晴 (Qing Qing), who was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. When we had an issue with the Wi-Fi in the room, she followed up with us via WeChat and even arranged for a technician to come and check it. The location is excellent! Shipaiqiao Metro Station is literally next to the hotel, making it super convenient to get around Guangzhou. There are also big shopping malls nearby (left,right and opposite side), so shopping and dining are just a short walk away. Another big plus is the row of eateries and cafés just behind the hotel, including McDonald’s — very handy if you have children or suddenly feel hungry late at night. There are also plenty of food choices along the side of the hotel, so definitely won’t go hungry. And one feature I really appreciated — the laundry room! There are clean washing machines and dryers, plus a standing ironing board. The room and machines are well maintained as the staff have a regular schedule to keep the area clean. Best of all, the laundry facilities are FREE for in-house guests! 🙌🏻 Definitely a bonus, especially for longer stays. Another fun and useful touch is the delivery robot! If you order food or have a small delivery, the robot can bring it up to your room, so you don’t have to go down to the lobby to collect it. Very convenient, especially when you’re tired or already in your pyjamas! The only minus point: the lift can take a little longer to arrive, especially during busy periods. So just be prepared to wait a little. Overall, a very comfortable, clean and convenient stay with friendly service and lots of thoughtful facilities.

It’s a great hotel in in a very good location hotel lobby and facilities were great, including free laundry service on the second floor rooms itself was fine however, I did notice that the walls were not clean and had gray and dark patches throughout the room. But overall, I would still look again service was great and front desk was friendly

My stay at City Note in Guangzhou was a fantastic experience overall! The hotel environment was comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, and the location was very convenient. I especially want to praise the young staff here; every single one was polite and great at conversation, with a kind and natural service attitude. During my stay, they not only helped solve problems but also proactively cared about how we were feeling. Our chats were very relaxing and they genuinely provided a lot of emotional support. 🥰 The entire check-in process felt very comfortable and warm. It wasn't the typical formulaic service, but rather one that truly made guests feel cared for. I was very satisfied with this experience, and I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Guangzhou. Highly recommended! ❤️

I know this hotel is undergoing renovations, and some packages for the new room types even include lounge access and five meals a day, which offers excellent value for money! First, regarding the room, the newly renovated style is minimalist and refined. The room feels very spacious and has excellent natural light. The bathroom amenities include Diptyque shampoo, shower gel, and lotion, which was a very pleasant touch. Next, concerning the dining, the five meals included afternoon tea, happy hour, evening dessert and drinks after check-in, and breakfast and lunch on the second day. The afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise. Although the food selection for happy hour wasn't extensive, it focused on quality over quantity. I didn't get to enjoy the late-night dessert session, but I learned that it was a chocolate-themed dessert night, and the themes are updated regularly. It's worth noting that no matter when you dine, you can enjoy unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Finally, I'd like to commend the hotel's service. All the staff I encountered during this stay were extremely polite and friendly. Especially Miss Sahar at the front desk, the check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and she even followed up afterward to see if I needed any assistance. A male staff member in the lounge also provided very professional service, always greeting us with a warm smile every time we entered the lounge for a meal. Overall, my experience during this stay was excellent, and I look forward to visiting again after the full renovation!

The hotel environment is excellent, and the location is superb. It's only a 2-3 minute walk to the Pearl River to see the Canton Tower on the opposite bank. The hygiene is meticulously maintained, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff are friendly, and it's convenient for getting around. Highly recommended!

Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel offered a 10-star experience! The ocean-themed lobby has an incredible ambiance, and the room was spacious, spotless, and featured very comfortable bedding. The hotel's water park was a huge hit with the kids—they had an absolute blast. There is a complimentary shuttle bus directly to Ocean Kingdom, making getting around extremely convenient. The staff were warm and polite, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices with stunning ocean views, and we could even watch the fireworks. It's the top choice for a family vacation, and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Chimelong!

Had a wonderful two-night, three-day stay at the hotel. First, I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, and our butler, Sini, was very thoughtful, providing ample warm reminders and responding super quickly. Other staff members we encountered also responded and resolved issues very promptly. The overall feeling the hotel gave was attentive and professional. The hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained and nicely laid out. I heard it was fully booked one of the nights, but aside from the buffet breakfast being a bit crowded, it never felt overly busy. The hotel has a great resort vibe. It's a shame that with kids, there were many beautiful spots where we couldn't take good photos. Buffet Breakfast: Rich and fresh. Freshly squeezed juices, Cantonese-style freshly made rice noodle rolls, Cantonese congee, chicken feet, Southeast Asian curry rice noodles, etc. You can even mix your own fresh fruit juices. Buffet Dinner: Included in the Trip.com package. The drinks selection was extensive, with several beers, white and red wines, and even the option to mix your own cocktails. There were several types of shrimp and crab, not just one, plus grilled mini lobsters, oysters, scallops, abalone, and lamb racks. Everything I wanted was there, very satisfying. A commendable point is how quickly food was replenished; we rarely had to wait. The beach is clean and exclusive to the hotel, so it's not crowded. Besides the main pool, there's also a swim-up lane connected to the rooms, which was a joy for kids who love water. Over the three days, we switched between the beach and pool constantly, and my child didn't want to leave. If we come for a family holiday again, we'll definitely return here.
