What a wonderful experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is extremely clean and tidy, and such a filling and delicious breakfast. The staff are very attentive and we appreciated their smiles!

Robin, on the reception desk, was very professional and friendly and gave me a very warm welcome and a great first impression. The hotel, being directly attached to the Winter Garden, has a great central location and is less than ten minutes by foot to the train station (which is all wheelchair and suitcase accessible). All the breakfast staff were also attentive and helpful even early in the morning.

Upon arrival I got a very warm welcome from staff and they upgraded the room that was nice it's very clean and looks modern the beds comfy TV works great and WiFi is good very warm room and slept well had the breakfast continental was a good selection staff was very polite then had the full English didn't have the works but was full would definitely stay here again it's in the middle of town and 5 mins walk away from train station so u have everything you need close by

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. We were very impressed with the service provided by the friendly & professional staff. The hotel building is beautiful, stylish and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely but be warned the breakfast room is quite snug when there is a busy period. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Terrible facilities as this hotel was decorated long long time ago. I've booked the hotel for 2 nights and on the first night the wall mounted hair dryer exploded with a huge sound and burnt odour, and the hotel was fully booked so no room for us to move we have to sleep with the burnt odour. On the second day the hot water supply is broken as there was no hot water supply in my room, only room temperature (slightly warm)water, the night shift staff tried to fix it but failed. This is one of the terrible experience I've ever had. The room is also very old, please imagine 1970's rooms Staffs are good especially the night shift staff who actively helped us. Location is good.

Nie zabił mnie czyszczenie tego samego. Praca domowa nie jest łatwa. Błogosławi was wszystkich. Tylko lepiej uważaj, aby uniknąć Karen typ ❤️) Receptory byli wszyscy przyjacielscy i chętni, aby pomóc mi w obu sprawach. Bardzo kochaliśmy nasz pokój i widok był wspaniały. Widać świt niebo z naszego okna ❤️ Najbardziej mi się podobało fakt, że w pokoju mieliśmy FRIDGE. Wiele hoteli już nie mają tego i wyobraź sobie, że mają pokój bez lodówki z tym ciepłym falą idzie na 🥵 Załączę zdjęcie z naszym pięknym widokiem 🤩 Ten hotel będzie moim najlepszym wyborem, kiedy będę potrzebował pokoju wokół tej okolicy. Czysty pokój, czysty korytarz, czysty obszar recepcji. Przeczytaj wszystkie opisy i szczegóły przed rezerwacją, ponieważ mają specjalne pokoje dla osób z zdrowiem i pokój będzie miał niektóre rzeczy na niskim poziomie do ziemi. Będziesz winny, że nie wybierzesz odpowiedni pokój nie hotelu, jak zawsze musisz czytać opis. My room was spotless and had the usual kettle, tea and coffee and big fluffy bath sheets overall a comfortable stay

Lovely room, lovely setting, good breakfast. Water in room would have been nice, but this is just a minor thing. For people who like tea and coffee there is plenty of choice!
