Beautiful and clean hotel with a very friendly staff. The tvs in the room are a bit small and the wifi needs a little boost. The food is delicious whether ordering room service or eating in the dinning area. Have stayed at this hotel several times and plan to use again in the future.

GGuest UserReturned Customer. Had been staying with Swiss Bel-Hotel whenever I visit Palangkaraya. The room has always been well maintained and cleaned making the stay great. Food has always been delicious and in the recent stay there is a change of menu. The only feedback is due the high popularity, the traffic whenever drive towards carpark can get complicated whenever there is an event held at the hotel. Else I will definitely recommend to book a room with them and I will visit again!

KkingLNThe hotel facilities are good, the exterior wall is Dutch style, and the air is fresh. The only problem is that the hotel's WIFI signal is a bit poor, and it was intermittent throughout the night. The hotel is not too far from the airport.
