the location isn’t at the center of the city. the service quite good, but could be better. the warm water not always worked. but the industrial design is really good.

My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

Amazing stay at mercure Lampung. It’s a brand new hotel and The room we booked had beautiful view toward the sea.

Everything was great.. one thing to consider is about the gym facilities which quite old already.. but it is okay though..

Kamar yang saya tempati sangat bersih, nyaman, dan dilengkapi dengan fasilitas modern. Kasurnya sangat nyaman dan bantalnya memberikan tidur malam yang nyenyak. Saya juga sangat menghargai perhatian terhadap detail, seperti perlengkapan mandi berkualitas tinggi dan minibar yang lengkap.

Good hotel, huge parking lot. Clean bedroom. Close to mini market.

Lokasi Hotel Grand Anuegerah Lampung benar benar strategis, dekat kalau mau ke pusat kota. Dekat tempat jajan siomay Pertiwi, kurleb 1 km. Siomay favorit Kalau mau ke Rumah Makan, ada Pindang Uwo. Kurleb 1 km, Ada Restoran juga di Hitel, Lantai 1.

murah, pelayan an nya ramah, dan dibangunin pula saat sahur, hanya saja kamar nya bau rokok, saran aja sih kalo bisa ada in juga kamar yg bebas asap rokok gitu. tapi selebih nya ok semua

3 hari nginep disini pelayanannya sangat memuaskan, kryawan ramah, hotelnya bersih, wangi, sarapannya semua enakkk, sangat recomend😍
