„The hotel is old building,My honest review is I feel little bit disappointed with my room.I booked a room with a lake view. But when I’m arrived they give us the room that there was no view at the lake. The aircon is not really cold so we decided to open up a window. And I feel disappointed about the dining.In the boking site they included the pictures of there dining up to 90 plus over pictures of the buffet breakfast,That is none as I expected on the pictures of dining. Just an advice,To the management of the hotel.Can you please separate the area of the tables and the location of all types of dining pictures. Because as I expected to the pictures that you put into your dining buffet is all are available to the guest. But you only served a simple food buffet not fit to the room rate. And I suggest that hope you can re arrange your dining buffet pictures not to put it on one place,like Bars,wedding reception and etc. Because guests will think that it is all available when stay and booked it right away to think it was cheap but in the end it is really disappointing. Thank you!”

„Położenie jest dobre i w ciągu 10 minut jazdy od Gotemba Premium Outlet. Pokoje hotelowe są nieco kurczone, ale dobre dla krótkich pobytów, zwłaszcza po odwiedzinach w centrum handlowem :) Publiczne gorące źródła są przestronne i lepsze niż oczekiwano, zarówno wnętrz, jak i na zewnątrz. Niektóre pokoje mogą zobaczyć górę Fuji. W przeciwnym razie 12/F jest dostępny dla publicznego dostępu z widokiem na górę Fuji. Śniadanie jest również zadowalające.”

„This location is peaceful area in the residential area. Hotel's staffs are great, kind and helpful. Room is large, clean and comfortable. Onsen is very good. Free private onsen is the best but need reservation. Dinner and breakfast are tasty. Love them!!!”

„Most convenient position around the Jr station, very kind frontdesk, I checked in 1 hrs earlier than regulated. Breakfast is decent as well. The room is bigger than I expected, equipment well functioned. Staff is professional, they react quickly and kindly when I ask for help. Highly recommend!”

„I've always wanted to visit Izu, and after seeing recommendations online 🤔, I decided to check out this guesthouse. And it certainly didn't disappoint! 🫵 The owner is from Xi'an. After booking, you can message him on WeChat or email him to let him know your estimated arrival time in Izu. 👌 He'll personally pick you up from the station, and if you want to visit other attractions, he'll also drive you if he's available, saving you travel time. The guesthouse itself is beautiful 👏🏻, with a strong artistic vibe thanks to all the decorations. The proprietress is very talented 👍, and every corner of the room is stunningly decorated. I also have to praise the owner's cooking! 👍 If you're craving Xi'an specialties, you can ask the owner to cook for you. You can order à la carte or choose a guesthouse meal package (a heads-up: there are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby) 😜. We booked breakfast and dinner (for breakfast, you can choose between Chinese or Western) ☺, and the owner's noodles are absolutely amazing 😋. If you want to try Xi'an noodles, you can ask the owner to cook them for you (he mentioned they mostly serve noodles for lunch) 👌. I usually don't have much of an appetite for breakfast, so the owner specially made me a big bowl of Qishan Saozi noodles 🍜. Oh my god 😋, the sour and spicy flavors immediately opened up my appetite! Thank you to the incredible owner for saving my Chinese stomach! 🙏 Oh, and in the evenings, the owner will also take you to nearby hot springs ♨. If you want to experience authentic local hot springs, you should definitely try it! ♨ The owners are very easygoing, and after two days, it felt like we were old friends. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Izu 🙂 and another taste of the owner's amazing Saozi noodles! 🍜”

„There was a cockroach in the room which can be explained by the closeness to the nature. This ryokan offered great experience of more modern-style ryokans. Very tasty breakfast and dinner.”

„Everything was great and sometimes far above our expectations. The building is quite new, very well designed, each room has it's own name and has panoramic view from the balcony. We loved everything about our stay: from meals (which were surprisingly good, despite some negative reviews!) to spacious room and relaxing onsen... Separately I'd like to highlight the service: unfortunately I didn't ask the name of receptionist who hosted us, but her warm welcome, perfect English and readiness to help with everything was heartwarming! She definitely made that stay for us! Although location is a bit far from train station and might not be convenient if your goal is to explore Atami and its surroundings, however for those travelling by car (like us) it is perfect: it is in very calm and tranquil area on the cliff, ideal for relax and rest. They also provide free and spacious parking, so nothing to complain at all. Overall to me it was 11 out of 10.”

„한국인 리뷰 위치 : jr누마즈역에서 남문으로 나온 후 3번 버스정류장에서 버스 탑승 후 2~30분 이동 / 시내여행 선호하시는 분들한텐 힘들겠지만 그래도 뚜벅이가 이 정도 퀄리티 숙소를 묵는다? 괜찮다 봅니다 버스는 710엔 들고 미니패스 사용가능 가격: 온천을 전세로 한 타임 (40분) 사용할 수 있다는 메리트와 일본 전통스타일 룸 거의 료칸인데 1박에 20만원대이니 2인 여행객들에게 추천드려요 완전 만족 서비스 : 이래도 되나 싶을정도로.. 너무 친절해서 몸둘바를 모름ㅜㅜ 오후에 계셨던 젊은 남자직원분 진짜 너무 감사했습니다 이번 여행에서 가장 기억에 남았어요 (ありがとうございました。💕) 기타: 이 곳 바로 옆은 산이기 때문에 벌레가 나올 수 있습니다. 이건 당연히 이해하고 가셔야합니다. 저희는 306호를 배정받았는데 도마뱀인가 도롱뇽같은 친구랑 지네가 나왔는데 프론트에 전화로 말씀드리니 (벌레는 일본어로 무시 , 방 번호말하고 헤야니 무시가 아리마스 ) 바로 오셔서 잡아주시고 정말 되려 미안할정도로 사과와 함께 훌륭한 대처를 해주셨습니다. 방에서 문제가 생겨도 나몰라라하는 숙소가 많은데 여기는 계속 놀라셨겠다며 죄송하다며 수차례 말씀하시더라고요 저희는 정말 괜찮았고 따뜻한 대처에 감사했습니다. 온천은 가능하면 이른저녁시간은 비추합니다 시골이라 주변식당이 일찍 닫습니다..ㅜㅜ 그래도 전세 1타임 (1인당 온천사용료 150인가 200엔)에 아침, 밤으로 다같이 사용할 수 있기 때문에 온천 많이 이용하세요! 조식으로는 생선구이, 젓갈, 낫또, 수란, 샐러드 등등이 나오고 여기 자체가 외국인 관광객보다도 일본분들이 휴가로 오시는 것 같더라고요 진짜 찐 일본 가정식을 체험할 수 있었습니다! 사진이 전부 다 업로드실패네요🥲”
