The staff have great English and we're incredibly helpful with anything I needed - such as organising tours, transfers, general recommendations. It has so many out side areas to sit with views and cushions Great for 📸s . Bed super comfy and so many options for breakfast”

„Staff is very polite and nice. Sweet and lovely people. Other guests were also friendly. Would recommend this peace if you want peace and calmness. Gerome hot air baloon is also close to it, almost 15 minutes drive.”

Хороший завтрак. 7. Подогрев пола 8. Большой выбор вина в ресторане. Минусы: 1. Душно в номере, вентиляции нет совсем, только дверь. Кондиционер охлаждает, но не достает до конца комнаты, где кровать и нет обмена воздуха. Ощущение пещеры у плюс и минус одновременно. 2. Постоянно сыпется потолок и стены, все в номере за сутки покрывается мелкой крошкой, пылью. Ходить только в тапочках. 3. Цена номера и обеда в ресторане огромная и завышена, как и во всей Каппадокии, к сожалению.”

„To be honest, I was a little disappointed at first. I feel that there is nothing in the house, but I am familiar with it. In fact, there are basically basic things, including safes. The bathroom is well prepared and the bathroom is one piece. The fruit sent is relatively small, but I have a heart. The breakfast was a bit awkward, and flies flew around. The things that are eaten for two days are exactly the same. The little brother of the fried egg can't understand English so no matter what you want, he gives two fried eggs... The hotel waiter reacts a bit slow, the paper towel in the room is gone, please send it to the front desk, 40 minutes passed, no one , had to remind. Here is the scenery is super good, in the morning can see the hot air balloon rise, but the price is OK, don't expect too high”

Perched on a gentle slope leading up to Uçhisar Castle, this hotel offers one of the most tranquil and scenic stays in Cappadocia. While it doesn’t have the lively buzz of Göreme, it more than makes up for it with peace, stunning views, and a relaxed atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink—a chilled lemon juice—which was just the vitamin boost we needed after a long journey. From the terrace, you can enjoy panoramic views of Göreme Valley and even catch a glimpse of Mount Erciyes in the distance. It’s a truly luxurious moment of stillness and beauty. I highly recommend choosing a volcano-view room—waking up to that breathtaking scenery is unforgettable. The rooms are styled in a classic stonework design, echoing Cappadocia’s cave heritage. While I felt the interior could have had a bit more elegance considering the price point, the overall atmosphere was cozy and authentic. One of the highlights was the bathtub with a view—soaking while overlooking the valley is an experience you won’t forget. However, due to the unique layout of hotels in this area—often built into the rock and closely connected—it’s good to be aware of privacy when using open-view facilities like the bath. Breakfast is served as a set plate with a focus on fresh vegetables and cheeses. Eggs can be ordered, but it would be nice to have a bit more variety. That said, having breakfast while friendly cats roam around adds a touch of charm that’s uniquely Turkish. Though the hotel is slightly removed from the center of Göreme, it’s still within walking distance to Göreme National Park if you’re up for a bit of a trek. Along the way, you’ll pass some incredible viewpoints that are well worth the effort—perfect for sunrise or sunset walks.”

„A friend came to visit me, and the hotel mentioned that prior notice must be given to the staff. I apologize for not informing them in advance. The female supervisor insisted that my friend leave immediately, which was very upsetting. It's disappointing that such a high-end hotel treated its guests in such an impolite and uncomfortable manner. However, the other staff members were very friendly. I hope the supervisor can regain her smile and manners. Aside from that, the museum hotel is highly recommended!”

„We stayed at the Stone Deluxe room and the view of Goreme town view was absolutely amazing. We were arriving to Goreme by night bus at 4AM so the distance from Goreme bus station (at the heart of the town) and 24hrs reception were some important considerations. Guess what, the hotel was just about 300m to the two center with very accommodating host. And the room was in minty condition (bed a bit squeaky), washroom was clean and the amenities were amazing (even gave shower sponges but had to ask for a toothbrush, fyi). Breakfast is provided at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel, and we could look down at the town (says if weather is nice then can see air balloons from distance). Additional advantages are, lobby has an absolutely adorable and timid puppy name Daisy, and we met a beautiful kitty (with character). FYI I don’t think there is an elevator but rooms are up-to 4 stories high. But the hosts are willing to take the luggage for you. Fortunately we were staying jn the stone deluxe, just 2nd stories and located near the entrance of residential building (there are 2~3 buildings connected and a majority of rooms are in the residential building behind the main lobby building). If I ever come back to Goreme I would choose to stay here again.”

„The place is a wonderful location. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. You can walk to a lot of different attractions in the region without much difficulty. There’s 20 or 30 restaurants within a five minute walk the view of the hot air balloon balloons from my room was amazing. The Turkish breakfast included in the room is a great value and is so large. It can also count as lunch. We would definitely recommend it and we would stay there again”

„We got the deluxe suite and i like that it has a jacuzzi inside the bathroom. The room isnt originally a cave but made to feel like a cave suite. Aesthetically really pretty. However, I didnt like the bed sheets, it wasnt comfy for my taste and it wasnt snuggly fitting our bed. It was a bit smelling damp too which i believe is because of the water marks from the ceiling. Overall its in a nice good location and the breakfast is nice.”

„A perfect stay experience. The hotel's swimming pool is very beautiful. The breakfast is rich in variety and first-class in taste. The lady at the front desk had a very bright smile, providing us with a good mood for the whole day. The hotel offers airport pick-up and drop-off services as well as booking services for various projects in Cappadocia, which is very convenient.”
