4-gwiazdkowy ośrodek z pięciogwiazdkowymi cenami i trzygwiazdkowymi usługami. Marzec 2024 Wietnam to przepiękny i bogaty kulturowo kraj. Odwiedziliśmy Hanoi, Zatokę Ha Long, Hoi An, Da Nang i Ninh Binh podczas 11-dniowej/długonodniowej podróży. Gościnność, recepcja i zanurzenie w lokalnej kulturze były wyjątkowe we wszystkich miejscach (z wyjątkiem Emeraldy) – ludzie byli gościnni, a personel hotelowy bardzo uprzejmy. Pobyt w Emeraldzie Resort w Ninh Binh nie był zbyt przyjemny, z wyjątkiem kilku doświadczonych pracowników. Kierownik ds. gastronomii w Sen Restauran (płatne śniadanie rano) odmówił przyjęcia prośby o wegańskie jedzenie i przecier owocowy dla 7-miesięcznego niemowlęcia. Powiedziała, że ​​kuchnia jest zajęta, a my mamy dużą grupę do obsłużenia. Po długich wyjaśnieniach udało jej się zamówić smażony ryż (to wszystko!), ale odmówiła podania przecieru owocowego i nalegała, żebym za niego zapłacił. Restauracja Organic jest dobra, kilka osób z personelu (głównie kobiet) było uprzejmych. Obsługa baru przy basenie miała pewne problemy, nawet nie odpowiadając na powitanie. Dziękujemy pani Hung (kierownik restauracji), panu Chung (recepcjonista) i innemu kierownikowi restauracji w Organic (nie pamiętam jej nazwiska) za to, że sprawili, że nasz pobyt był znośny i możliwy do opanowania. Mają wspaniały obiekt i przestronne pokoje. Gdyby obsługa była na poziomie porównywalnym z hotelami 4- i 5-gwiazdkowymi, byłoby to idealne miejsce na relaks i odpoczynek. Uwaga: Menu dań wegańskich/wegetariańskich jest ograniczone, a kupowanie jedzenia z zewnątrz jest zabronione.

The staffs were friendly and nice. The location is also good. It is clean and affordable. You also got a swimming pool at this price. Love this place.

Cena pokoju jest więcej niż rozsądna, ponieważ pokój jest bardzo duży, a lokalizacja bardzo dogodna. Byłoby jednak wspaniale, gdyby można było wziąć pod uwagę kilka drobnych kwestii: 1) Śniadanie – zarówno jakość, jak i wybór dań do poprawy. 2) Pokój – brak prądu w gniazdkach przy łóżku… więc muszę ładować telefon w gniazdku pod biurkiem. 3) Spa – byłbym wdzięczny, gdyby mogli przedłużyć godziny otwarcia do 22:00!

Every hotel the laundry bag is free for customers. But this hotel is charge extra the laundry bag . I stay 2 day on 19/4 i got use them laundry bag go outside wash clothes then no bring back . 20/4 i got check out them charge extra me 6 USD . And noon 20/4 i got check in again stay 1 more day . 21/4 got check out and give back them the laundry bag . Them no give return and no refund money . 2 receptionists stood lauging talk to customers is money in company cant return paid cash maybe can return but bank in cant . And other said paid cash also cant refund because alr in to company . First time see got hotel charge the laundry bag .

This place was our most favourite in Vietnam. The man who runs it with his wife is so friendly, always smiling and full of jokes. Every morning we was greeted with a good morning and smiles. We was allowed to rent motorcycle on the sight which was cheap and very good bikes. Plenty of suggestions and a map given if you’re unsure what to do in Da Nang. Always fresh towels given and water, everyday. Me and my Mrs loved Da Nang but staying here was the best place in my opinion. The views you see are just outstanding and only 10 mins away from the main strip

Extremely satisfied with my stay here. The hotel has only been open for just over two months, so everything is brand new and spotless. The staff are enthusiastic and attentive. The food is delicious and suits my taste.

**A Hidden Paradise in Ninh Bình** I honestly didn't expect to find something this peaceful. Tucked between towering limestone mountains and a quiet river, this resort feels like a true 世外桃源 — a world away from everything. The pool is one of the most beautiful I've seen: spotless, calm, and perfectly framed by palm trees and thatched-roof bungalows. Every morning I'd sit by the water with the mountains rising just behind the rooftops, and it genuinely felt like the outside world had disappeared. What made the stay truly special, though, was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and constantly going out of their way to make guests comfortable — from a relaxing complimentary foot soak by the river to little touches like fresh tea and local snacks served in traditional bowls on the bamboo table. Nothing felt rushed or transactional; every interaction felt genuine and kind. The surrounding scenery is stunning — bamboo groves, a floating pavilion over the water, and mountains wrapped in mist most mornings. Sitting there with tea and watching the light change over the hills was one of my favorite moments of the entire trip. Rooms are simple but comfortable, blending naturally into the landscape with earthy tones and thatched roofs that suit the setting perfectly. It's the kind of place where you slow down without even trying. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with genuine hospitality, clean facilities, and gorgeous natural surroundings, I can't recommend this place enough. It's a rare find — truly a paradise hidden among the mountains and water.

Mọi thứ tuyệt vời. Vị trí thuận tiên, n*** trung tâm. Không gian bên ngoài khách sạn và trong phòng rộng rãi. Đồ ăn sáng cũng có nhiều sự lựa chọn. Mỗi lần đến Hà Nam, khách sạn này luôn là sự lựa chọn ưu tiên của mình.

The rooms are very nice and clean, had no problem whatsoever. The staff are very nice and helpful, they really want to help you throughout your stay. The breakfast are delicious and plentiful, we even had the chance to try their diner service and it was great ^^ a lot of variety in the menu and the service was fast and amazing. Only thing I have to say is that it’s a bit far from any restaurants, I personally didn’t mind walking around to look for options but it’s a a bit of walk. Nothing too scary, the area is very friendly and smiling 😅
