„We had an amazing time at Henann Crystal Sands! The location is perfect - just a few steps away from the beach and it was easy to get to restaurant, shops, and everything else we needed. The staff were super friendly, respectful and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were also great - very clean and comfortable. Special shoutout to Ronald and Robert from Sapphire Restaurant - they were absolutely fantastic! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Kiedyś może i miał 4 gwiazdki, ale z dziurami w zasłonach, deszczownicą, której 75% otworów było zatkanych, niedziałającym sejfem (nadal czekam, aż ktoś to sprawdzi) i bardzo skromnym śniadaniem, trudno powiedzieć, że to był 4-gwiazdkowy kurort. Nie czuję się oszukany, ale prawdopodobnie poszukam innego kurortu podczas następnej podróży.”

„Really lovely hotel, good gym, the swimming pool area is amazing. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety. The only thing we found a bit of a let down was the excessive deposit charge, 2,000 peso a night which takes between 15 to 30 days to be refunded back to your card.”
