Pros: Check in was quick and efficient. Breakfast buffet was good. Bruce Sun was very attentive, efficient, friendly offering services during breakfast. He was out standing and deserves recognition for his outstanding service. Executive lounge happy hours was good Location is convenient and close to Ancient Culture streets Hai Riverside, Tianjin Eye, Debai temple, shopping malls Con,: room toilet did not flush properly and was blocked and the follow.up service was so so. We ordered room service at the executive lounge but service staff failed to deliver our food after 1 hour. Staff incl Service Manager tried their best to fix issue. Appreciated. Hotel shows signs of wear and tear.

Check in was smooth, room size is adequate, , location is wonderful (for leisure). Breakfast spread was decent. Service is a little hard to rate. On one hand we enjoyed St Regis level of service from the front office (shout out to Mia for the thoughtful eye mask for the Mrs). On the other hand we had a less than pleasant experience during our dinner in the ground floor restaurant. The whole restaurant was staffed by a single waitress who I assume is a trainee (judging by her lack of menu knowledge, and disdemeanour) . I must add that she was polite but just out of her depth . Another point was, we were the only table occupied. Aside from the dinner experience , the overall stay was enjoyable. Just wondering why the hotel let an inexperienced staff man a whole restaurant .

The hotel is great, we didn't regret choosing it! Meets all the declared standards!🙌🏼🙌🏼 The rooms are spacious, clean, the beds are large and soft, the pastel linen is of good quality. The rooms have all the accessories. The bathrooms are also very well equipped, there is a powerful Dyson hair dryer, a smart toilet. During our stay, we stayed in two types of rooms, one of them had a bathtub, which is great to have in the room, especially in winter.👍🏻👍🏻 The rooms are cleaned daily, there is also a kettle and tea bags, a Nespresso capsule machine and Peet's coffee capsules. In addition, drinks in the fridge (Coke Cola, Sprite, water). The hotel has a spacious restaurant. Breakfasts was very tasty and varied, like Chinese cuisine, also European cuisine, there is everything you need.👌🏼👌🏼 The hotel has a beautiful design. Also in the hotel lobby you can find a bar, in addition to a room where you can work/study. You can also find a map with sights, a good route for a walk around the city.😍😍 All the hotel staff are very nice people, at the reception, in the restaurant, and the cleaning team. We would also like to express special gratitude to the warmest staff at the reception - 甜甜 Tracy🌷🌷 She helped make our stay even better. We celebrated a birthday, she organized a room upgrade for us on that day, as well as a small gift - fruits. Beautiful city, super hotel, friendly people, we want to come back here again!🥰🥰

The room is so perfect! And the scene is so great! Can you believe it just costs less than RM200 per night for the best room they have?! Definitely a recommended hotel and will stay here again!

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. From the moment you arrive, there’s a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere — everything feels calm, thoughtfully arranged, and comfortable. The service is excellent: staff are polite, attentive, and always ready to help — from the front desk to the restaurant. A particularly nice touch was being greeted with welcome drinks upon arrival, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with large windows that let in lots of natural light and offer great views of the city. The hotel features a modern and elegant design, and it’s clear that the property is well-maintained — everything feels fresh and in great condition, with no signs of neglect or aging. Highly recommended for those who value quality, comfort, and professional service.

The overall experience exceeded my expectations! The smart room features were super convenient, and the room was filled with natural light, making for a very comfortable stay. It was spotlessly clean, quiet, and all the facilities were brand new. The service was excellent, and the location was incredibly convenient for getting around. My friends all praised my choice, and I'll definitely pick this place again next time I'm in Tianjin!

Very good location next to the hustle and bustle of the main pedestrian street. The breakfast buffet was the highlight as it offered so many local and international dishes! The staff was friendly and assisted wherever possible despite the language barrier. The rooms were amazing, but was a bit stuffy because we couldn’t open the windows. We requested a fan because the AC couldn’t be turned on during winter.

Facilities: The room rates are not cheap, some even comparable to star-rated hotels. There are very few consumables, only a dental kit and comb set. When I checked into the room, there was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and only about half a box of tissues on the desk. I suggest adding a box of tissues to the vanity. Service: The service was excellent, and they were very responsive to all requests. On the day of arrival, when I got to the front desk, my room wasn't ready yet. I'm grateful to the staff who kept pushing for my room to be ready and even gave me a small gift. I really liked the room type they arranged for me. I'm not sure what room type the '21' rooms on each floor are, but I'd like to book one next time. I saw one when the cleaning lady was tidying up yesterday, and it looked great. One suggestion: The room type to the right of room 820 was left open after cleaning yesterday evening and was still open when I checked out this morning.

This Hampton by Hilton hotel is very strategically located in front of the train station and offers a beautiful view overlooking the Haihe River. With a short walk, you can cross the oldest iron bridge that faces the iconic clock in front of the intercity electric train station to the beautiful Haihe Culture Square. The location is truly excellent. We had breakfast every morning on the 51st floor, enjoying the spectacular view of Tianjin city. hotel facilities include laundry room (DIY), small gym and lobby for waiting room. The service from reception and housekeeping is also very friendly and helpful. This hotel is highly recommended for its facilities, service, and location.

I didnt know how big the room was. For this price the room is huge. The ”only” deluxe room is normal junior suite room size in other hotels. The funiture and the carpet is very old but for this size room and the view, I will book this hotel every time!
