I checked in to Shangri-La Hotel in Fuzhou on 22 Oct. The experience was a pleasant & unforgettable one. I was greeted by Sarah when I checked in She was very friendly and helpful to acede to my request. Upon knowing that I am allergic to smoke smell, she arranged for the highest floor for me. The room is super clean and very big. I would also like to comment on the sincere service of another front counter staff, Wade Fu. He always greeted the guest with warm smiles. He answered all my questions well and showed concern to my safety as I was travelling alone. He made me felt at home. The hotel is in a strategic location, with WuYi Square just 5-min walk away and the there are many eateries within walking distance. Tourist attration ,SanFang QiXiang, is just a short car-ride. My overall impression of the hotel is awesome. I'll certainlyl stay in Shangri-La Hotel when I next visit Fuzhou. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

We highly recommend this hotel. They provide a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The distance is only about 10 minutes from the airport. Since we were transiting in Fuzhou, we intentionally chose a hotel that was close to the airport. The hotel is clean and modern, and one of the main highlights is their receptionists, they are truly friendly and caring. The hotel is also not far from the market; it only took me about 7 minutes to get there. Within a 15-minute walk, I was even able to find a halal restaurant. I highly recommend Lanou Hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit Fuzhou again, I would definitely stay here again.

There’s a link way to the park with jogging track and river view. One can begin the day with a refreshing walk. The hotel is location at a serene spot. We are upgraded to a bigger room with splendid view, where we managed to catch the beautiful sunrise. The hotel staff are all very attentive and helpful. We appreciate all the details included to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We even could request for special pillow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Strongly recommended.

I had a pleasant and satisfactory stay at the InterContinental Fuzhou. The rooms are very spacious, and I especially liked the clever sliding divider that allows you to separate the bathroom area when needed. Breakfast was abundant with a good variety of options, and the service throughout the stay was prompt and efficient. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with the metro entrance just a 3-minute walk away.

Mój przyjaciel i ja dzieliliśmy pokój dwuosobowy w hotelu Citywell przez 3 noce i było naprawdę wygodnie! Mieszkaliśmy na piątym piętrze w cichszym pokoju, w którym nie było okna wychodzącego na ulicę. Na szczęście piąte piętro ma sztuczny ogród ze świetlikiem na środku, który pozwala, aby wewnętrzne pokoje również otrzymywały naturalne światło przez duże szklane okno. We booked the two-storey villa and truly enjoyed the beautiful scenery within the hotel grounds, as well as the excellent service. From the doorman, restaurant staff, electrician, to the drivers — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thanks to our Butler, Xiao Fang. She is such a lovely and caring lady — incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. No matter what we requested, she always did her best to assist. I changed my boat-ride schedule multiple times, and she handled everything with so much patience and professionalism. Xiao Fang truly made our holiday more enjoyable and completely hassle-free. We would love to come back to this hotel again.

The hotel is well located. Behind it is Zhongshan road pedestrian walk. One minute walk away is a huge shopping mall. The nearest MRT Zhenghai Lu station is about 7min walk thru the shopping centre. Hotel amenities are very complete. I used their free laundry & steamer almost everyday. Washing liquid or detergent are also provided. Staff are extremely friendly & helpful in many ways. A special mention to 小钟 & 小纪 who helped me with booking of High Speed Rail tickets - which is a difficult process if booked thru 12306 app which needs a local contact phone #n for which I didn't have. Will I book this hotel again? A definite Yes..

入住了剛開業的酒店，整體體驗極佳。全員服務都很貼心細緻，讓人感覺很舒服。停車特別方便，不用找車位，出行毫無壓力。自助早餐花樣多，味道在線，營養又好吃。設施也都很新，整體性價比拉滿，會推薦給朋友。

The Vibe : from the second we arrived, we were blown away by the archutecture and interior design. Its visual masterpiece. The Services : a huge thank you to front desk; housekeeping and restaurant teams. They were so patient and helpful with my elderly parent and my toddler. Even with a language barrier, their kindness translated perfectly. The location : ideally suitated in thr old town. It made exploring so easy with a young child and seniors. Value : for the price range, the quality of service and the beauty of the property are unbeatable.

First off, it is very very hard to drag a luggage through the entire ancient district into this hotel. The streets are paved with ancient cobblestone and engraved stones. It is impossible to drag luggage across it, so I had to carry 12 kg by hand. I was sweating under the afternoon summer sun. Thankfully, the reception ladies were very kind and I got cold tea immediately upon arrival. Upon walking through the door, the water feature garden was quite breathtaking. I honestly had not expected to see such a design in Fuzhou. There are seats readily available, so you can also relax with friends in the courtyard or reception hall. Despite the lack of noise proofing (due to ancient architecture preservation), the room was also amazing with some of the best amenities I’ve seen to far. The hotel also provides laundry service for free, which is a huge benefit in the sweltering Fuzhou summer. In the main reception hall, you get fresh tea served as well as small talk if you wish. The sunrise and morning streets outside were gorgeous, so I wish I had more time exploring the district. There is honestly a lot to do in Fuzhou, so long as you are willing to avoid tourist traps. Overall, worth staying here, but hauling 20kg luggage back to the subway again under the afternoon sun was crazy.
