Szkoda tylko, że w moim pokoju nie ma podgrzewanej deski sedesowej, do której przyzwyczaiłam się w innych hotelach w Chinach. A lokalizacja? Idealna. Taikoo Li, Hejiangting i wszystkie inne atrakcje były w zasięgu ręki, a hotel nadal sprawiał wrażenie spokojnego i ukrytego, z dala od hałasu. The hotel is great, with excellent views. The staffs are attentive and kind. Surrounding of the hotel has no shops. However the hotel has restaurant and bar which could ease our request. Overall I would recommend those looking for nice view, services can consider this hotel.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not live up to the expectations created by the photos and description. One of the main reasons we booked this place was the pool shown in the main pictures. However, this is quite misleading, as the pool is not actually available for guests to use. The small pool in the common area was also dirty and poorly maintained, making it completely unappealing. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful during our stay. We did not feel looked after as guests, and interactions often felt unfriendly and dismissive. We were also surprised to be charged an additional fee after using the washing machine. We accidentally ran a wash without fully understanding the procedure and ended up being charged €10, which felt excessive and unnecessary for such a minor issue. The room itself was very cold and uncomfortable. On top of that, the windows were extremely dirty, which gave the entire space a neglected feeling and spoiled what could have been a nice view. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and does not match the impression presented online. Between the misleading pool photos, the lack of hospitality, the extra charges, and the uncomfortable room conditions, we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel. We left feeling disappointed and feeling that the experience was not worth the money we paid.

Nestled quietly on the outskirts of Langzhai Village, this hotel offers a prime location. It's just a short walk of a few dozen meters to the main road, and cross the street, you're at the gorgeous Huameishengdi. The location is truly excellent. Even before arrival, I was added to a service group, where all my questions regarding check-in and travel received immediate responses. The assistant manager, Danzeng, provided travel advice early on, and on the first night, the manager, Puncuo, even gave a detailed itinerary planning for Jiuzhaigou. Every day, Zaxi, the shuttle driver, and Ms. Namu, were incredibly warm and helpful with transfers. The restaurant's breakfast rice noodles were delicious, and the dinner featuring cured meats, sausages, and pork trotters was outstanding. The private car they arranged was in excellent condition, and the driver was skilled and steady. Right next door to the guesthouse is Daji Temple, and the temple cats frequently wander into the guesthouse – they're super friendly and love to be petted and cuddled!

I booked this guesthouse during off-peak season thanks to discounts offered by Ctrip and other merchants, and upon arrival, I realized I'd truly discovered a gem. The facilities were comprehensive: the entire room had diffused oxygen supply, along with a nasal inhaler and a blood oxygen monitor—perfect for those worried about altitude sickness. There was a Dyson hairdryer and a Lanbao humidifier with no visible mist, so I didn't have to worry about getting my clothes wet. The guesthouse offered unobstructed views. The scenery outside the window was truly beautiful! The air was filled with mist, as if the clouds were dwelling in the mountains. The air was crisp and refreshing—it was so comfortable.

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

A charming and delightful hotel with a friendly staff that welcomes everyone with a big smile. The food is excellent! There’s a rich dinner menu and an amazing vegetarian breakfast (we’re vegetarians, so that was especially important and appreciated). The highlight of the place is the view from the balcony — a breathtaking view you simply can’t take your eyes off. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up staying for two nights!
