Останавливались на вилле на 1 ночь.Номер очень понравился, мебель новая,кровати удобные.Номер теплый. Из минусов-нет шампуня, очень скромный завтрак и не смогли справиться с кофе-машиной, возможно она была сломана. Думаю, при случае, снова выберем этот отель

Heviz is a beautiful place. The location of this hotel is nice. The deluxe room is convenient, quite spacious for 2 people , with a balcony and a nice view. Food is good, various, for any taste. Treatment, exercises, swimming are well organized. Many thanks to staff for friendly and relaxing atmosphere. But the room housekeeping is very disappointing, no every day vacuum cleaning, dust removal, washing floor and cleaning in the bathroom. They just clean out the rubbish bins, that’s all. Within 4 nights stay there was no any normal cleaning, bathroom and toilet washing, bed sheets change. Highly recommend the hotel management to improve room keeping procedures.

It is OK for the Money. I Will rent it again for sure. There is everything inside what you need. It is even much better than a hotel room. It is possible to Cook. Breakfast is also great. Nothing is missing. Thank you for a good stay once again. See you next year

Жили не основном здании а на Kalma Villa, комфортный просторный номер с кухней, близко к центру и озеру, но на тихой улочке. Завтрак понравился, довольно разнообразный. При отеле даже есть небольшой wellnes

非常滿意。房間有點舊，很簡單，和國內的普通温泉酒店一樣，但是乾淨的，設施也都完備，沒有拖鞋。餐廳很好吃！酒店本身沒有温泉，但有SPA那些，離黑維茲温泉步行兩三分鐘，也很近。有停車場。衹接待成年人。

Starzec, który meldował się w recepcji, miał przeciętne nastawienie i zachowywał kamienną twarz! Jest to również bardzo jednostronne. W przypadku wszelkiego rodzaju pytań informacja musi być podana z pełnym kodem pocztowym, adresem domowym i numerem pokoju. Jest to szczególnie obrzydliwe! Każdy ma obowiązek zgłaszać się po kolei i zgłaszać punkty, jakby się bał, że wiele osób skorzysta z jego pobytu! Wydajność jest bardzo niska! Niedogodnością było brak kapci i niezapełnienie przyborów toaletowych na czas.

Bardzo miłe miejsce

Love the hot jacuzzi and pool. Location wise is about 30mins walk to 'town' and attractions, 8mins to train station. Nearest restaurant is about 8-10mins walk. Everything was good, including my second night, the table lamp suddenly light up in the middle of the night around 1am. I called reception and the girl said technician needed an hour to come. However she came up to check and mange to off it after few attempts. I was not comfortable to stay in same room, she was kind to let me sleep in another room. Although I couldn't sleep well because of the incident, I still appreciate it. However when I check out the next morning, I expressed I wanted to feedback about the incident, the receptionist (a different lady) was very defensive and her attitude made me felt I was trying to creat problem. She said in harsh way that there is no *****, nothing happened before. In the first hand, I never say that there is *****, I just said I want to feedback about the light and I didn't get good sleep. The buffet breakfast and dinner are good. Overall I am happy with the hotel, except the final encounter with the receptionist during check out.
