„The breakfast buffet was horrible absolutely terrible! There wasn’t a single piece of chicken, and 98% of the food was Indian dishes. We saw so many foreigners walking around the buffet just staring at the food, not knowing what to eat. What’s shocking is that when we ordered from their restaurant, the food was expensive but truly delicious! So how can the buffet be so bad while the restaurant food is amazing? It really feels like they’re deliberately making the buffet awful so people don’t eat it. On top of that, the rooms were run down and horrible definitely not worth the price. The only good thing was the staff, who were kind and polite. But overall, this place was a big disappointment. Never coming back again!”

„Stayed at this hotel near airport to crash for the night since I arrived late in Delhi. Amenities looked new and well maintained. Provided four big bottles of drinking water which was a plus since I was advised by others to avoid drinking or brushing my teeth using the tap water. Breakfast was of great variety and even included elements of Chinese food like stir-fried bee hoon and western selection. However, the topping was the spread of Indian food and spices. It makes the typical bread and jam dull. The room was of Novotel-standard expectations and I was glad I booked it to have a good night's rest.”

„Very helpful team especially those at the  Hotel entrance and housekeeping !  Enjoyed the stay and was an excellent location.  Biggest issue is that most Uber drivers and food orders placed were being delivered to the Hotels rear entrance used by staff etc not the main entrance. This was frustrating so not sure why the Hotels google location has not been updated.”

„I stayed here for two nights - one at the beginning of a two week India adventure and one at the end. Absolutely lovely room on both occasions, spotlessly clean and with a great selection of complimentary tea, coffee, water. Choice of snacks in a minibar which were really cheap too. Huge bed, very comfortable, great air on. The staff and the service they provided were excellent - I’m pretty sure they don’t earn a great deal and they work so hard - so it’s nice to be able to tip generously! Restaurant is lovely with an amazing breakfast buffet - or they’ll pack you up a breakfast to go bag if you ask at reception. The hotel will also provide a driver and car for airport runs (a bargain at 1100 rupees - so leave a generous tip!). Great little coffee shop/cake section too which was great to sit and people watch on an evening - again, soooo cheap but lovely. Thank you Pride Plaza!!!”

„1. Jedzenie jest w porządku. Jest dużo do jedzenia! Oczywiście nie jest rewelacyjne. Ale nie będziesz głodny. 2. Wentylator klimatyzacji w pokoju był głośny i dwa razy dzwoniliśmy po fachowca, drugi raz o 2 w nocy. Wadą było to, że nie przenieśli nas od razu. Musieliśmy poczekać na naprawę, żeby móc się wyspać. Zaletą było to, że przedłużyli nam dojazd, ale nie potrzebowaliśmy tego, bo wyjeżdżaliśmy. 3. Woda w basenie jest zimna. Warto o tym pamiętać!!! Ale jest czysty i nikt inny w nim nie pływał oprócz nas 😆😆😆 4. Lokalizacja jest trochę daleko od centrum i atrakcji wyspy. Okolica to slumsy. Ale jeśli weźmiesz taksówkę, to nie będzie problemu. Taksówki w Delhi są bardzo tanie.”
