„Największą zaletą hotelu była rozsądna cena. Portier był bardzo miły i przyjazny. Recepcjonistki były generalnie przyjazne, ale kobieta czasami zachowywała się arogancko. Nie zarezerwowałbym ponownie pokoju w tej lokalizacji. Ten hotel znajduje się przy wąskiej uliczce, do której nie można dojechać samochodem, więc trzeba przejść kilka minut do skrzyżowania lub 10 minut do większego skrzyżowania, ponieważ pobliska ulica jest BARDZO zatłoczona. Okolica jest również bardzo gęsto zaludniona, a taksówki muszą czekać wieki, aby dojechać i wyjechać. Hotel nie był najczystszy. Nie spodziewałem się wiele, ale w pokoju było kilka mrówek i latających owadów. Na pościeli i ręcznikach były plamy. Zostałem tam kilka dni i ani razu nie skorzystałem z obsługi pokoju. Raz zadzwonili i zapytali, czy chcę, ale tego dnia odmówiłem. Woda pod prysznicem nie była gorąca (ale akceptowalnie ciepła, jeśli była podgrzana do pełna) w ciągu dnia. Tylko wieczorem woda była wrząca. Płytki prysznicowe nie były wystarczająco głębokie lub odpływ był zatkany, przez co na dnie zbierało się zawsze około 3-5 cm wody. Zlew znajdował się na zewnątrz, widoczny z pokoju, co było w porządku, ale kran znajdował się ponad 100 cm nad umywalką, przez co woda mocno się rozchlapywała. Śniadanie było w porządku. Prezentacja i kolor były świetne, ale smak pozostawiał wiele do życzenia.”

„I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Radisson Blu, Dwarka. The check-in was smooth, the room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the in-house restaurants served delicious food. The staff was warm and professional, making the experience even better. The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro. Overall, a luxurious and relaxing stay—highly recommended!”

„I stayed here for two nights - one at the beginning of a two week India adventure and one at the end. Absolutely lovely room on both occasions, spotlessly clean and with a great selection of complimentary tea, coffee, water. Choice of snacks in a minibar which were really cheap too. Huge bed, very comfortable, great air on. The staff and the service they provided were excellent - I’m pretty sure they don’t earn a great deal and they work so hard - so it’s nice to be able to tip generously! Restaurant is lovely with an amazing breakfast buffet - or they’ll pack you up a breakfast to go bag if you ask at reception. The hotel will also provide a driver and car for airport runs (a bargain at 1100 rupees - so leave a generous tip!). Great little coffee shop/cake section too which was great to sit and people watch on an evening - again, soooo cheap but lovely. Thank you Pride Plaza!!!”

„Stayed at this hotel near airport to crash for the night since I arrived late in Delhi. Amenities looked new and well maintained. Provided four big bottles of drinking water which was a plus since I was advised by others to avoid drinking or brushing my teeth using the tap water. Breakfast was of great variety and even included elements of Chinese food like stir-fried bee hoon and western selection. However, the topping was the spread of Indian food and spices. It makes the typical bread and jam dull. The room was of Novotel-standard expectations and I was glad I booked it to have a good night's rest.”

The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to the Airport.”

„The breakfast buffet was horrible absolutely terrible! There wasn’t a single piece of chicken, and 98% of the food was Indian dishes. We saw so many foreigners walking around the buffet just staring at the food, not knowing what to eat. What’s shocking is that when we ordered from their restaurant, the food was expensive but truly delicious! So how can the buffet be so bad while the restaurant food is amazing? It really feels like they’re deliberately making the buffet awful so people don’t eat it. On top of that, the rooms were run down and horrible definitely not worth the price. The only good thing was the staff, who were kind and polite. But overall, this place was a big disappointment. Never coming back again!”
