Voilà un hôtel très sympathique où je reviendrai volontiers ! Le petit-déjeuner vaut à lui seul la nuit passée ici 😱🙌 — un vrai service à table et une belle surprise qu’il faut découvrir sur place… L’établissement est bien situé, propre et accueillant. Le personnel a même fait l’effort de parler en français, bravo à lui ! 👏 La chambre est agréable, même si elle n’est pas très grande. Petit bémol : les toilettes se trouvent juste en face de la douche, ce qui rend l’espace un peu étroit.

酒店大堂和走廊照片如圖，佈置的很温馨。家庭套房房間大，空調製冷效果好，鑰匙很有特色，旋轉開門。早飯很豐盛，不過要走到古城中。另外，沒有燒水壺。沒有電梯，要自己爬樓。停車在路邊停車場，免費，安全。前台小哥會幫忙搬行李到2樓，贊！早晨起來陽台上風景很好，太陽正好曬到。

Super place for families, if you want to kick back and relax. Loads of things to do for the kids, and close to some nice places to visit. Would highly recommend. I can recommend the the restaurant with it’s own pool, at the pool area furthest from the reception, if you want something else than what they have in the café by the big pool. The vinyard dinner was also very cosy, and we had a good time there.

Świetnie i centralnie położony w pobliżu wielu miejsc do jedzenia, wypicia drinka i odwiedzenia. Parkowanie na zewnątrz nie było zbyt skomplikowane, wystarczy znaleźć miejsce i zapłacić. Kiedy tam dotarliśmy, znaleźliśmy tylko jednego pracownika, który nie mówił po angielsku i było trochę trudno się zameldować, ale mimo to był bardzo miły, pomocny i pomocny. Pomógł nam również dowiedzieć się, jak działa parking. Pokój i łazienka były ładne i przestronne, chociaż mała lodówka tak naprawdę nie działała. Poza tym zatrzymam się ponownie, jeśli będę w okolicy.

Esperienza decisamente eccellente. Lo staff mi ha accolta col sorriso e con grande cordialità, dimostrandosi pronto a consigliarmi luoghi da visitare o in cui assaggiare prodotti tipici del posto. Il personale di sala, sia a colazione che a cena, si è mostrato sempre pronto e attento, oltre al servizio rapido e professionale. Colazione continentale abbondante e variegata, dal dolce al salato ho trovato tutto ottimo! La mia camera era davvero perfetta: calda, pulita, cuscini e materasso davvero confortevoli, bagno munito di tutto il necessario, dagli asciugamani, al bagnoschiuma alle cuffie per la doccia. Pulizia, cura per il cliente, disponibilità è ciò che ho trovato, il tutto in una location ben curata, posta a pochi passi dal centro della città e dal Parco delle Terme, a 10 minuti dalla funicolare per Montecatini Alto e con vari spazi per i parcheggi. Lo consiglio vivamente!

The hotel was nice and Tidy as you'd expect from a five star hotel. Breakfast was great and staff helpful. What I found strange was that you had to pay to use the spa (use of sauna etc.) With hefty price tag of €70 PP on Friday. My mattress was knackered springs broken and one side virtually collapsed. The bathroom door was taty with bits peeling off. Admittedly, I couldn't be bothered to complain and get my room changed after unpacking our stuff and noticing the state of mattress late at night. And parking was €18 per night, which I didn't notice of any mention of their website or Trip.com. They charged me for 2 instead 3 when I mentioned the mattress before checking out. To be honest there has to be some level checking the condition of the beds by the supervisor. The pool on the roof was very small, not worth bothering with except if want to sit beside it for suntanning. I didn'tnotice any offer of drinks or food at the pool. I gave service a four star only because we asked for couple of things to the room which didn't happen.

I stayed here for 3 nights. 👍Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. You can go to the city center conveniently. 👍Breakfast is typical American style with a touch of Italian. A few kinds of Italian cakes and pies are offered. 👍there's a pizzeria and a bar nearby this hotel. (7 minutes by walk) 👎Netflix isn't set on the TV. 👎the shower booth in the bathroom was too small. It was a 'double bed' room and I can say that it would be so small for 'single bed' room and even for '5 years old kid'.

Hotel znajduje się w centrum Val d'Orcia. Montalcino znajduje się w centrum i ma piękny widok. Bardzo relaksujący. Doskonała obsługa zarówno w recepcji, jak i w restauracji na kolację i śniadanie. Kuchnia jest również dostępna do gotowania. Mamy obiad w restauracji struktury, doskonała usługa, jedyną rzeczą jest menu. Zjadliśmy wszystko, ale znaleźliśmy nadmierną kwasowość w naczyniach, i uważamy, że może być przydatne do zrównoważenia smaku naczyń, ale nie przekroczając ich. Prawie wszystkie dania były bardzo kwasowe, jeśli smak nie lubi, klient może nic nie jeść. Moja rada jest taka: na 7 może przynieść kilka dań z tym smakem i inne z różnymi smakami

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte con colazione inclusa. Camera molto spaziosa, veramente bella e silenziosa nonostante la strada poco distante. Struttura mastodontica e con tantissimo potenziale forse non espresso al massimo. Piscine termali molto valide, peccato per la vasca all’aperto che aveva l’acqua leggermente tiepida e quindi inutilizzabile. Abbiamo usufruito del massaggio rilassante, molto valido! Abbiamo cenato al ristorante, buono ed esaustivo. Colazione molto piacevole. I ragazzi tutti in gamba e giovani. Unica pecca il check-in alle 15, quindi se arrivate in mattinata ci sarà da pagare un supplemento, per usufruire della SPA. Magari sarebbe stato giusto essere trasparenti e dichiararlo sul sito. Nel complesso un’ottima scoperta.

당일에 급하게 묵을 숙소가 필요했는데 딱 조건에 부합하는 호텔이였어요. 가격도 저렴한데 방도 크고 서비스가 아주 좋았습니다. 호텔 인테리어는 엔틱하고 궁전같은 느낌을 주었고 방도 고전적인 멋이 있었습니다. 주차 가능하고 조식도 심플하게 먹기 좋았습니다.
