Suggest Hotel to consider in providing stadium tour for hotel guests 10. There is no coin Laundry which is not convenient. 11. Not enoguh signage to hotel entrance when driving inside stadium

🛌 The room is spacious and clean, offering all the necessary amenities, including a microwave. The bathroom is exceptionally large. Also, all the lights are conveniently controlled by remote. 🏞️ The hotel is situated on a narrow street just off the main road. The location is ideal, with Peace Park Nagasaki and the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum within walking distance. A short walk to the tram station provides easy access to other attractions. A Lawson convenience store is just 200 meters away. Though the area is a bit dim at night, it remains safe for walking. 🚙 Parking is available for 1,500 Yen per night. While it might seem a bit high, but nearby parking options are limited. Additionally, the receptionist speaks English, which is very convenient for foreign tourists.

It's a shame you can't open the window to ventilate the room. The system can't cope, and you breathe stale air, alternating between being too cold and too hot. Otherwise, everything is fine, a predictable level of comfort.

The hotel is within walking distance to JR station and a big shopping mall. Even though the room is quite old but the advantage is that it’s big and they have set up the extra bed for my son and we still have a lot of space to put our 3 luggage and open them fully.

We are coming with family occupied two rooms. Front office staff are very nice and arrange us on the same floor. The rooms are big enough to open two large suitcases. The double bed is so huge that can sleep three people. The only complaint is the car park arrangement, this information need to post in the website for us to aware in advance as the carpark is not on the same building and there is no space to park the car for unloading the luggages. The front office staff only tell us we cannot drive through the building at that time cars cannot enter. We need to park to two designated parking areas which make us in a hurry to drive away the car.

We were pitting this hotel against other chains like Dormy Inn and Candeo Hotels. Richmond’s value proposition is that you pay less but have less amenities. The rooms are bigger that what we were comparing with but you do not get a public bath and you do not get free drinks and noodles. For the price I think that Richmond is good in that aspect. The hotel lobby is nice and pays homage to the Dutch visiting Japan eons ago as Nagasaki was the first place they came into contact with then. It’s a typical chain hotel, but its located along the bar and nightlife street, though the events happening around that street didn’t bother us, I believe that the price is lowered due to the location of the place.

Good location, right next to Amuplaza and Nagasaki station. Very easy to get to and get around. The staff are truly excellent - Hashimoto-san from the front desk in particular helped us recover luggage that was lost on the bus right away. I could not ask for better service.

17min spacerem od dworca kolejowego Hakata JR. Spotyka się bardzo spokojnej rzeki Naka. Wejście do budynku i pokoju jest po instrukcjach e-mail i kod QR i jest łatwy. Pokój czysty, wszystko na swoim miejscu. Łóżka i poduszki wygodne i czyste. Wszystko działa - w tym deska do prasowania z żelaza, suszarka do włosów, wszystkie udogodnienia kuchni i telewizor (kanały lokalne). Obudziliśmy się do niebieskiego nieba i pokój z widokiem na rzekę jest piękny do doświadczenia. Absolutna cisza, ponieważ nie ma dróg ani tłumów. Bardzo przyjemne pobyt. PS: tylko jedna sprawa - w nocy, było okresowe dzwonki drzwi „ding-dong”, które niestety obudziły mnie 3 razy. To nie był nasz pokój, nawet wyszedłem do drzwi, ale nie mogłem zidentyfikować pochodzenia. Jestem lekkim śpiącym, ale reszta rodziny spała i wyrzuciła go.

Stayed one night in this hotel, the interior is new and clean. The mini self service cafe at the reception is very welcoming, they even provide take away cup for guests to bring the coffee/tea to the room, I find this is a thoughtful gesture. This hotel has good variety of amenities, the room is compact and functional, good for solo travelers. There is a microwave in the room to heat up the food, and humidifier at the common area if you ever needed one. I personally like the public bath a lot, especially the outdoor pool. The room has the body wash and shampoo, other toiletries can be self service from the reception. Not forget about the location, just a stone throw away from 2 tram stations, basically you could travel around Nagasaki from these 2 tram stations. One thing worth mentioning is, the bus no 5 that goes to Inasa-yama park cable care and slope care station, is just few minutes from the hotel, which is a pleasant surprise and saves me a lot of time when I was trying to find my way to the park. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel, highly recommend it!

Clean, comfortable beds and located nearby Chinatown. Room was a bit small so do take note if you have big luggages. There was a small table with 2 chairs in the room which took up a bit of space. I checked in rather late and the staff manning the reception looked overworked and tired, hence he didn't come across as really welcoming and friendly. When I checked out the next morning, it was him as well but he looked better. Breakfast was quite ok with a lot of variety. A near drive to Dejima wharf. Recommended for couples or solo travelers.
