„We started our final China trip form Ürümqi followed by Turpin and Dunhuang. While our hotels there were reasonable, we felt really comfortable when we stayed at at a Club floor room at Sofitel Xining. Their service was one of the best we have experienced during our seven China trips so far. We enjoyed the comfort and the staff’s dedicated service. Thank you.”

„Excellent location. Worth the price. Varied breakfast options. Recommended for families. Parking underground option little inconvenient and parking fees for hotel stay is expensive and shocking. Otherwise room is spacious enough and clean. Staff were helpful and check in and out process was quick and seamless.”

„I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.”

„The room is very nice and location is very good, but when I go to the bathroom I found some hair left in the bathtub and some tissue left on the floor. I think the house keeper should be more careful with this.”

„看博主攻略建議走火星一號公路住在這裏，就定了這個酒店。整體感覺都不錯，是一個建在戈壁灘裏的特色酒店。 服務：管家Jenny很棒，提前聯繫我們加了微信，服務細心到位，幫我們升級了房車房間，晚上還會提醒開空調，非常好的小姐姐 環境：酒店環境一流，五星級配套，咖啡廳，小童遊樂區，Spa，沙漠遊樂項目應有盡有，時間充裕的話在酒店可以玩一天~別墅區可以直接看到水上雅丹地貌，戈壁灘裏住一夜體驗非凡 設施：房車裡有提供飲用水，電磁爐，微波爐，空調，熱水等~洗護用品是歐舒丹的，牙刷毛偏硬，牙膏不好用，建議替換牙具~ 衞生：整體在沙漠地區來講屬於乾淨整潔了，但是細節部分不符合酒店調性，建議調整~室內枱面有水漬，窗台有灰塵，衣櫃裏有灰塵 距離水上雅丹景區非常近，很方便，東吉乃爾湖邊景色很好”

„The rooms are very big and spacious! Really helps one feel relaxed. The only problem we experienced was that there was a smoke smell in our rooms which was a surprise given we had selected non smoking rooms. The hotel staff made things right though immediately after we complained by switching our rooms. The rest of our stay was great. The location is pretty good with a lot of halal eating options nearby.”

„民和小鹿酒店是我住過房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，服務態度極好無可挑剔。床品絕對是五星級標準，躺下去就像被雲朵包裹，一夜好眠到天亮。浴室的乾濕分離做得很好，衞浴設施都是高端品牌，水壓充足，熱水來得很快。房間的隔音效果也非常棒，完全聽不到走廊或隔壁的聲音。”
