I am extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is fantastic, making it convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. The service provided by Dan Dan is warm and attentive. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with soft and comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The water pressure in the shower is sufficient, and hot water arrives quickly. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and the freshly cooked noodles are particularly delicious. The value for money is exceptional, making it a highly recommended choice. If I were to stay here again in the future, I would definitely choose this place!

We stayed two nights at the Grand Hyatt Changsha in a spacious deluxe king room with a sofa bed on Level 57, offering half river view and half city view. Unfortunately, the weather was foggy during our stay, so the scenery was hidden. The location is fantastic — Hisense Plaza (with Wenheyou) is right next door, and popular attractions like Wuyi Square, Pozi Street, and Du Fu Pavilion are all within a few minutes’ walk. Front desk service could have been more responsive when I tried to book an extra room for my sister on the first day. The front desk staff told me that the walk-in rate would only be available between 9–10am the next day. She took down my phone number and promised to call me back, but I didn’t receive the call until after 2pm the next day. Luckily I had reserved online in advance.  The true highlight was the housekeeping team — always smiling,warm, attentive, and thoughtful. They prepared children’s slippers and a toothbrush for my child, provided extra bottled water without being asked, and even left us a handwritten note saying they had discarded our unfinished cold tea and coffee and cleaned the cups for safe use. These small touches made our stay very comfortable and memorable, despite the foggy weather.

Zarezerwowałem pokój rodzinny dla 3 osób na noc. Pokój był przestronny i elegancki (zainstalowano inteligentnego asystenta). Personel hotelu był bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Oferowali nawet bezpłatną kolację dostarczoną do pokoju. Usługi pralnicze i suszarnicze były bezpłatne, ale personel obsługi podszedł wyżej i pomógł nam włożyć pranie do suszarki po zakończeniu cyklu. A najlepsze było to, że po zakończeniu cyklu suszenia starannie złożyli ubrania! To było naprawdę nieoczekiwane i jedna z najlepszych usług, jakich doświadczyłem do tej pory. Różnorodność śniadań również była świetna.

The stay was pleasant and offered good value for the affordable rates, with facilities that met expectations; however, the breakfast arrangement could be improved, as the limited options are not very friendly for foreign guests. Staff xiao song was very supportive

Naprawdę wyjątkowy obiekt z absolutnie perłą w postaci zespołu. Zatrzymaliśmy się na trzy noce i pokoje były bardzo wygodne, a każdego ranka serwowano nam pyszne śniadanie. Zadbaliśmy o to, aby spędzić cały dzień w hotelu, relaksując się przy darmowym podwieczorku i rozgrzewającej owsiance na dobranoc. Szczególne podziękowania dla Evy, która pomogła nam zaplanować naszą trzydniową wizytę w parkach narodowych, a nawet zorganizowała transport na lotnisko w dalszą podróż. Szczególne podziękowania należą się również Xiao Ou, która zawsze była wspaniałą częścią naszego pobytu w FunGee i z uśmiechem odpowiadała na wszystkie pytania. Z niecierpliwością czekamy na kolejne pobyty w obiektach FunGee w przyszłości.

Hotel jest pięknie zaprojektowany, przytulny i niezwykle fotogeniczny. Pokoje były urocze, ale szczerze mówiąc, to obsługa klienta sprawiła, że ​​nasz pobyt był niezapomniany. Zespół dołożył wszelkich starań, aby spełnić każdą prośbę, co naprawdę zrobiło różnicę. Szczególne podziękowania dla Sunny za jej niesamowitą uprzejmość i troskliwość. Dziękujemy, że sprawiłaś, że nasz pobyt był tak bezproblemowy i niezapomniany! Hotel znajduje się w pobliżu wschodniej bramy parku narodowego 👍🏻

Definitely the best hotel in Changsha or perhaps all of Hunan. The view from the 86th-93rd floor is the best part; suggest to book a river view to ensure you get at least a partial view of the river and of Juzizhou. The room is quite large as well, with a huge bathroom. Shower in particular is really big. Also has a bathtub with a view as well. Facilities wise, there is a pool and a gym, etc. but not as high up as as the actual hotel. Then there are the hotel restaurants and bar, which unfortunately I didn't have time to try out. There is also the IFS mall below which has everything you need. For me given the price it's an amazing bargain considering prices for similar hotels in places like Shenzhen or Guangzhou.

Obiekt znajduje się 5 minut spacerem od stacji kolejki linowej na górę Tianmen, ale bardzo blisko toru lotów i dworca autobusowego. Od czasu do czasu wyraźnie słychać odgłosy lotów, więc osoby mające problemy ze snem powinny zachować ostrożność. Hotel dysponuje robotem serwisowym, który szybko reaguje na wezwania. Goście mają do dyspozycji bezpłatny proszek do prania i inne artykuły codziennego użytku. Basen jest czynny tylko do 7:00, czyli trochę za wcześnie. Po prawej stronie pokoju z widokiem na góry widać fragment kolejki linowej.

Place was nice, we booked 2 extra nights after staying here for 2. Very near to all the attractions that you need to see, walking distance. Found a nice local restaurant along a quiet lane and it was amazing - went back 4-5 times the entire trip. However yueyang is good for 2days max. It’s just that we like to nua in a place for long enough to finish experiencing it. The hotel room we were at was near the streets and we could hear the nearby bar, it was good for me… I had free karaoke throughout my stay. Hahaha. Sunset on level 11 was great!! REMEMBER TO GO AND SEE

I ordered food late at night and there was no robot to deliver it to the room, so I called the front desk if they could bring it to the room. They refused and told me to get it myself. After going to the lobby I see the receptionist talking to the assistant, both of them are clearly not busy. Sure, I can get the food myself but when I'm paying the price for an Intercontinental hotel I would expect top tier service. And I've had hotel assitants bring the food to my room in chinese hotels that costs less than half the price of this one. Besides that, the hotel looked nice, and the room was good. The location is not really great if you plan to walk anywhere, but with a taxi it's acceptable. The view is pretty good if your room is facing south. Facing north (even with river view) it's not that spectacular.
