„위치는 아주 나이스함 ( 사바나강변 바로 앞) 주차 최악 ( 투숙해도 무료 주차 안됨.. 발렛 $54 , 주차장건물 셀프 주차해도 $56불 (시간으로 계산하기때문) *주차 할꺼면 그냥 도로변에 하길 권장.. 호텔주차장은 너무 비쌈 편의시설 좋음.. 수영장 없는게 아쉽... 룸클린 - 대충대충하는듯.. 쓰레기통 주변 정리 안되어 있음 (큰것만 버리는듯..) 어메니티 안채워줌... 어느날은 실&바늘 , 어느날은 헤어캡, 어느날은 아무것도 없음.. 복불복 식사는 여기서 안해봐서 모르겠음 아! 바오밥 바는 분위기 및 친절도 좋음”

„This trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.”

„這是我入住體驗最差的一次，感覺酒店管理有問題，這個價位的酒店在服務細節上遠沒有達標，以上是本人主觀認識，下面講一下客觀情況，第一天check in時前台沒有一個服務人員，衹聽到有人在後麪小房間聊天的聲音，我hello了一下，沒人睬，等了3-5分鐘終於從小房間出來一位女士辦完入住，進房間發現卧室洗手間內有異響，控制面板電流聲（較小），台盆上方天花板有較大聲異響（嗒嗒聲），晚上睡覺肯定有影響，於是打了bulter service電話講了異響情況，希望來處理一下，三十分鐘沒反應，忍不住直接到前台反應，要求儘快解決或換個房間，均不答應且態度生硬敷衍，我要求見manager on duty,回答我經理在忙，我因為外出有事，在禮貌表達了強烈不滿後離開酒店，晚上十點多回來後發異響倒是沒有了，一夜無事，第二天離大譜的事情就來了，凌晨三點左右，睡夢中突然被吵醒，發現窗簾正在自動打開（發出沙沙聲），全屋燈光自動打開，燈火通明，走到客廳發現同樣情況，同時第一天入住時的異響又再度出現，直到早上一直未睡，因為上午要自己開車去機場，已沒有精力和酒店交涉，前台交了鑰匙就離開。認真寫了這麼多，是為了讓更多的人不要踩坑。”

„相比國內而言，設施比較老舊，可能因為酒店建成時間太長的原因。但是窗外風景很好，能感受到亞特蘭大森林城市的美稱。工作人員的態度有的好有的差看運氣，但是總體來説很細心，靠近lenox 商場，很便利。”

„Our stay was very comfortable, the hotel is absolutely beautiful! The service was ok, as some of the staff were not very welcoming. Those standing at the door (the first face visitors see) stand in a staunch, serious manner, and do not even offer a greeting, smile, nod, nothing. You are not even acknowledged. I guess it depends on who you are. The front desk workers were always pleasant and attended to questions/ requests with a smile. My family and I enjoyed the food at the Nest restaurant, as we ate there several times during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed Signia by Hilton. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was being made to feel that we were not welcomed.”

„The hotel is located near peachtree street. Although the location is close to Lenox mall but still a bit far for a walk. Saw a few pubs and bars. I would say they are ok in general but it would be nice if they could moved me upper floor as I clearly requested that I prefer upper floor . Breakfast was rather good though although there weren't much varieties but blueberry pancake was very delicious.”
