Our stay was truly wonderful and beyond our expectations. From the beautiful surroundings to the heartfelt service, everything made this a very special experience for our family. What impressed us most was the amazing team behind the hotel. From the front desk, to the activity organisers, to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, friendly, helpful, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. It is not easy to find a hotel where the service feels so sincere and consistent in every part of the experience. The room arrangement was one of the most unforgettable parts of our stay. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was simply amazing. The view received so many compliments from our friends and family, and many of them even asked us more about the hotel because they were so impressed. It truly made our stay feel extra special. A very special thank you to Jennifer, the Front Office Manager, for her prompt replies and thoughtful arrangements before our stay. Her care and attention to detail made us feel reassured even before we arrived, and we really appreciated all the effort she put in to make our stay so well arranged. Another highlight was how kid-friendly the hotel is. There were so many enjoyable activities for children, especially the animal feeding sessions and campfire dancing. Our child enjoyed them so much, and seeing her so happy made the stay even more meaningful for us. The fact that she is already asking to come back says everything. Breakfast was also a wonderful part of our stay. There was a good variety, the food was enjoyable, and the setting was beautiful. Starting each morning with the peaceful view of the lake and mountains made the experience even more special. This hotel truly raised our expectations of what a great and luxurious hotel should be. It is not only a beautiful property, but also a place made special by a team that brings so much warmth, care, and dedication to every guest’s stay. Congratulations to the hotel for having such an outstanding team and such a wonderful place. Thank you for giving our family such beautiful memories. We will remember this stay fondly.

The hotel was exceptional in many aspects.The complimentary airport transfer was unexpected.Thanks to Xiao Long for the pre-arrangement! The service at the reception was excellent with delicious ice cream for self service.Daily laundry service was available for our convenience .Overall the experience was great!Kudos to all the service staff especially Xiao Long.

I love this eco-friendly hotel. The reason why located far from downtown, it has pros and cons. Swimming pool is a bit cold on Dec. Breakfast is nice, especially noodles, even if I am foreigner, I totally satisfied.

The Pullman at Dali wa beautiful, modern and clean. Breakfast was good especially the Egg Benedict by the Chef. The restaurants recommended by hotel were great too. Everything was perfect except one key reminder for all travellers: we went there in December, but heating/airconditioning temperature was centralised and could not be adjusted despite the existence of adjustment buttons. As a result of that and the fact that our room was sun-facing, the room was very hot (28 degrees) and stuffy. What deserved a round of applause was the attitude of Eleven, the Manager of the Hotel. She changed us to a lake facing room and ensured that the airconditioner was off and the windows were opened the whole time. We appreciate her patience and professionalism - thank you. Tip: if you dont think you would get used to really warm heating, get a lake-facing room and do not turn on the airconditioner.

These boutique guesthouses are getting really competitive these days, and they offer many advantages over typical five-star hotels. The room design, the quality of the amenities, the rooftop view, the food and beverage offerings, and the butler service are all truly commendable. I booked two rooms this time; one had a view of West Mountain and Dianchi Lake, while the other (shown in the first picture) offered a city view. The only slight issue right now is that there's ongoing construction outside the city-facing room. The noise becomes quite noticeable after 8 AM, so if you want to sleep in, you'll definitely need earplugs or headphones.

We've had an incredible time here! The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped out of our chartered car, helping us with our luggage and making us feel right at home. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The service staff during breakfast and happy hour were top-notch, attending to our every need and even filling our personal water bottles. We're so grateful to have chosen Hyatt for our first family trip, and we can't wait to come back!

Thr view of the Snow Mountain greets you upon arrival at the hotel. Nice! The villa and hotel are well-appointed and the heated flooring is extremely welcome feature though I wonder why they didn't offer the heated toilet seat which is now a feature even in the family-run hotels in Shangri-la. We were given one of the furthest villas and had to rely on buggy service throughout the stay. So,I'd advise you check your villa location. The breakfast is sumptuous and food is overall respectable. What I find to be lacking is the absence of warmth from the service staff. They are not rude but it felt like they were just doing their job professionally. A few times I encountered issues and the first service staff assigned was unable to support. Compared to the rest of my last few hotels, they were rated the lowest in this area. So I'd recommend this hotel to those who just want to enjoy a great value stay and can be totally self-sufficient chilling in their rooms.

這家酒店是這次滇西旅行住宿最大的驚喜。, 酒店有停車場，前台服務熱情，有求必應。, 酒店裝修很有風格，花園很漂亮，還有室外喝茶的空間以及樓頂的露台的咖啡吧，感覺在酒店裡也可以消磨上大半天。, 房間空間大，衞浴、乾濕分離。床品舒服，全屋智能控制，洗澡水還可以調節温度，水量也很大。, 公共區域還有健身房以及洗衣房。, 整體感覺，比前兩天在芒市的住的民宿大，比瑞麗住的亞朵新，軟件設施也更好。, 唯一的一個小不足，就是洗漱枱面上沒有小垃圾桶，擦臉巾或洗漱用品包裝等垃圾不方便隨手扔。對於一個整潔星人來説，不習慣隨便扔枱面上，衹能繞一下扔到衞生間垃圾桶，建議能改進一下下就完美了。

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Park Hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Green Lake with its relaxing and beautiful surroundings. The service was truly excellent, and the healthy breakfast options were a great way to start the day. My room was clean and comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the well-equipped gym located at the top floor, offering a stunning 360-degree view of the city. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

Po spędzeniu jednej nocy natychmiast przedłużyłem rezerwację na kolejną noc. To naprawdę pięciogwiazdkowe przeżycie. Budynek ma bogate dziedzictwo historyczne, dlatego koniecznie trzeba odwiedzić jego najwyższe piętro. Śniadanie było obfite i zamówiłem je dzień wcześniej. Zaskoczyła mnie marynowana rzodkiewka i smażone warzywa. Wyglądały zwyczajnie, ale były naprawdę pyszne. Grzejnik pokojowy nagrzewa się szybko i ciepła woda jest szybko dostępna. Ręczniki kąpielowe, kapcie i drewniane grzebienie można zabrać. Wiele szczegółów jest również dobrze opracowanych, a dostępne są deski sedesowe, nawilżacze powietrza, zatyczki do uszu itp. Muszę powiedzieć sporo o tej usłudze, jest naprawdę świetna, dziękuję wam wszystkim. Ponieważ miałem zamiar wybrać się na pieszą wędrówkę, zamówiłem kijki trekkingowe i poprosiłem o ich odbiór za pośrednictwem kuriera. Gdy wróciliśmy z wędrówki i się zameldowaliśmy, podano nam herbatę i przekąski. Byłem wtedy bardzo głodny, więc ta pomoc przyszła w samą porę. Oryginalne orzeszki ziemne były pyszne, prosiłam o więcej kilka razy, a oni nawet wysłali nam grupową wiadomość, żeby nam o nich przypomnieć. Dziękuję, powodzenia w pracy
