Our stay was truly wonderful and beyond our expectations. From the beautiful surroundings to the heartfelt service, everything made this a very special experience for our family. What impressed us most was the amazing team behind the hotel. From the front desk, to the activity organisers, to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, friendly, helpful, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. It is not easy to find a hotel where the service feels so sincere and consistent in every part of the experience. The room arrangement was one of the most unforgettable parts of our stay. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was simply amazing. The view received so many compliments from our friends and family, and many of them even asked us more about the hotel because they were so impressed. It truly made our stay feel extra special. A very special thank you to Jennifer, the Front Office Manager, for her prompt replies and thoughtful arrangements before our stay. Her care and attention to detail made us feel reassured even before we arrived, and we really appreciated all the effort she put in to make our stay so well arranged. Another highlight was how kid-friendly the hotel is. There were so many enjoyable activities for children, especially the animal feeding sessions and campfire dancing. Our child enjoyed them so much, and seeing her so happy made the stay even more meaningful for us. The fact that she is already asking to come back says everything. Breakfast was also a wonderful part of our stay. There was a good variety, the food was enjoyable, and the setting was beautiful. Starting each morning with the peaceful view of the lake and mountains made the experience even more special. This hotel truly raised our expectations of what a great and luxurious hotel should be. It is not only a beautiful property, but also a place made special by a team that brings so much warmth, care, and dedication to every guest’s stay. Congratulations to the hotel for having such an outstanding team and such a wonderful place. Thank you for giving our family such beautiful memories. We will remember this stay fondly.

10/10 will book this hotel again in Kunming!! The location is right smack in the city centre, easy to get around to Nanpibg street by foot (10 mins walk), shuncheng shopping mall. A lot of eateries nearby, no need to worry about it. The hospitality of the staff is also amazing as well, making our stay unforgettable.

We've had an incredible time here! The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped out of our chartered car, helping us with our luggage and making us feel right at home. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The service staff during breakfast and happy hour were top-notch, attending to our every need and even filling our personal water bottles. We're so grateful to have chosen Hyatt for our first family trip, and we can't wait to come back!

I love this eco-friendly hotel. The reason why located far from downtown, it has pros and cons. Swimming pool is a bit cold on Dec. Breakfast is nice, especially noodles, even if I am foreigner, I totally satisfied.

travelling as a family, i requested for 2 rooms that i booked to be closer together when checking in. ms. 赵 Yuma was very helpful and arranged accordingly. she even provided and upgraded room type so that the rooms can be nearby. the good service doesn’t start or end there. when we arrived at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and assisted us with our luggage. the location of the hotel was also decent, with the wanda mall beside the hotel and a short car ride away from the city centre and train station. even though the hotel opened several years ago, thefacilities are well maintained and the room decoration still looks good.

The rooms themselves are filled with surprises, boasting cleanliness and tidiness to the point of being spotless. Soft, comfortable bedding ensures a restful night’s sleep, while all necessary facilities are available. Everyday essentials are fully stocked, making the stay both comfortable and secure. The breakfast quality is equally impressive, with a wide variety of options making it difficult to choose just one—hot dishes, snacks, porridge, and fruits are all available, featuring fresh ingredients and delightful flavors. What’s more noteworthy is the room’s exceptional accessibility and seamless travel experience, as well as its significant cost-effectiveness. Such a high standard of experience makes it an outstanding choice for accommodations in Kunming, highly recommended to everyone!

The Pullman at Dali wa beautiful, modern and clean. Breakfast was good especially the Egg Benedict by the Chef. The restaurants recommended by hotel were great too. Everything was perfect except one key reminder for all travellers: we went there in December, but heating/airconditioning temperature was centralised and could not be adjusted despite the existence of adjustment buttons. As a result of that and the fact that our room was sun-facing, the room was very hot (28 degrees) and stuffy. What deserved a round of applause was the attitude of Eleven, the Manager of the Hotel. She changed us to a lake facing room and ensured that the airconditioner was off and the windows were opened the whole time. We appreciate her patience and professionalism - thank you. Tip: if you dont think you would get used to really warm heating, get a lake-facing room and do not turn on the airconditioner.

My stay at Mile Holiday Hotel was extremely satisfying. The front desk service was warm and efficient, making check-in quick and seamless. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and both the lighting and soundproofing were excellent. The outdoor pool had refreshing water, offering a great recreational experience. The overall environment was comfortable and pleasant, and the service was consistently attentive. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Mile.

My stay here far exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a glowing review. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant lobby. The public areas are spotless, and the hallways are quiet and peaceful. The room has great natural light, a soft and comfortable bed, and a bathroom with a separate shower and toilet. The toiletries are comprehensive, and even the corners are meticulously cleaned with no strange odors. The overall atmosphere feels warm and cozy. The service was an added bonus. The front desk staff were gentle and enthusiastic, handling check-in efficiently and quickly. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. The cleaning staff were very attentive, proactively refilling drinking water and toiletries. When I needed directions, the hotel staff proactively helped me plan my route, providing thoughtful and considerate assistance throughout my stay.

I was a bit anxious upon arrival, but to my surprise, the experience was exceptionally good, so much so that I chose to stay here again on my return trip. The room provided all the essentials, and they even offered earplugs due to nearby construction during my stay. The room's design was clean and cozy, exceeding my expectations. What I want to praise the most is the hotel's service – a truly dynamic team! They proactively contacted me before I even arrived in Kunming to discuss my needs. The check-in service was incredibly detailed, complete with a welcome flower arrangement. Due to the lobby's location, they always proactively offered luggage assistance, arranging for someone to be ready to help as needed. This completely compensated for the one minor drawback. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!
