It's an atmospheric hotel on the banks of the Mekong River, with each bungalow being separate from the next and having beautiful teak furniture. The staff were brilliant throughout my stay and went out of their way to help with transport and food. Two negatives, however, are limited transportation into town and the cleanliness of the bathroom. When I arrived, there was a big spider in the shower section.

Started with offering a twin room when we had booked a king room. Managed to get that changed. Then the night manager said we owed more for the room. Needless to say we didn't pay, he then ignored us for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was ok

GGuest UserWe stayed for 2 nights. Location of the hotel is perfect, very central but still very quiet. The style of the hotel is traditional, air-condition worked well. The English speaking staff was very friendly and helpful in organising our trip. We can highly recommend this hotel.

LLiuhuaweiThere is a big difference between the displayed location and the actual location. It should be that the navigation version is too low. I called the front desk and there was a Chinese communicator. Then I waited for her to drive to pick me up. The hotel is very large in Mansay. The front desk procedures are very fast.
