The hotel is really old, the first room was not good, the windows were really cloudy, the bathroom really small, but the second room was really good with garden and pool view, and on the lagomar building. The restaurant was ok only and I ordered pulp and mash potatoes, very expensive and burn. The pools were fine. Why they covered the laguito view with trees ?So in conclusion for that price, not impressed.

Excelente servicio, muy bien atendido , su personal está bien preparado para la atención al huésped. Habitación limpia. Ofrece playa a 50 mts pero actualmente no hay playa. Están en obra,.por lo que se debe desplazar más de 500mts para tener acceso a una. Los precios de los productos de minibar altísimos. Lo califico en general con 4.5/5

Excellent hotel and staff. Brand new with some amazing art work and decor. The view and ambience is simply beautiful. The only one problem I have which I know is being addressed is the last 1/2 drive to the hotel is literally thru some rough unpaved road which can make you car sick if you suffer from motion sickness. Besides that which I said is being addressed a must visit to relax and be one with nature if you are in Cartagena

Ein wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Man kann die Pools des benachbarten Hotels mitbenutzen und der Strand ist breit, sauber und das Wasser schön warm. Es ist wirklich perfekt mit Kindern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen in den verschiedenen Restaurants einfach nur lecker. Auch zum historischen Stadtkern ist es mit dem Taxi nicht weit

CCarlosGExcellent service, very well attended, its staff is well prepared for guest service. Clean room. It offers a beach 50 meters away but currently there is no beach. They are under construction, so you must travel more than 500 meters to have access to one. The prices of minibar products are very high. I rate it overall 4.5/5

XXIANGDONGThe old 5 star hotel that stayed when I first came to CARTAGENA 10 years ago, was very impressed, especially for the courtyard layout, the swimming pool and the restaurant on the side. It arrived at around 10:00 am. It has been 28 hours flight and transfer from Beijing. It is really tired and I don’t want to wait until 3 pm (on the Intercontinental, I’ve received $50 for early check-in). The plan to stay; the front desk said that the room was ready to live, and agreed to advance the breakfast on the last day to the day, it is very rare, thank you! The front desk, restaurant and various services are very thoughtful, although the room looks old, still feel things Great value!

PPaolaThe rooms are very comfortable and big. Unfortunately ours had a very strong smell of humidity. No info in the rooms about services or the hotel, nothing. Breakfast was good, however too many fried things Service ok in general, very slow check in process (seems to be in all the country though) Very nice beach club

The downside is that the sound insulation is really poor, and you can hear your neighbors sneezing and coughing, as well as the TV sound. We did encounter a power outage at night, which lasted about a minute.

桂桂The hotel is strategically located along the coastline, 15 minutes' walk away from the old town of the World Heritage Site. Booked a sea view room and gave it to a high floor when I checked in. The view is invincible. The hotel has three swimming pools. It is very pleasant to have a glass of wine while enjoying the scenery at sunset. The hotel has a rich breakfast, and there are many guests eating after 10 o'clock. Those who like to sleep in do not have to worry about missing breakfast time. The bathroom is very large, and the shower series are from Colombia's local organic brand, with a pleasant fragrance. Ctrip's price is very favorable, much cheaper than booking. I stayed for three nights and it was very pleasant! highly recommended!
