5-Star hotele w: Antalya Province, Türkiye

„Ta nieruchomość oferuje wspaniałe widoki i przestronne pokoje, co czyni ją obiecującym miejscem na pobyt. Jednak daję jej trzy gwiazdki ze względu na problemy z czystością i konserwacją. Po zameldowaniu zastaliśmy nasz pokój brudny, z włosami, a nawet karaluchem. Podczas gdy personel dostosował się do nas, zmieniając nasz pokój, drugi niestety nie miał częściowego widoku na morze, który pierwotnie zarezerwowaliśmy. Przez cały pobyt musieliśmy codziennie przypominać personelowi o zapewnieniu wody, a czasami musieliśmy prosić o dodatkowe sprzątanie. Brak proaktywności kierownictwa był rozczarowujący, ponieważ ta nieruchomość ma potencjał, aby stać się pięciogwiazdkowym doświadczeniem przy lepszym utrzymaniu. Na pierwszym piętrze unosił się również dziwny zapach moczu, prawdopodobnie z przecieku, co było dość nieprzyjemne. Pozytywnym aspektem jest to, że nieruchomość oferuje piękny basen i zapierające dech w piersiach widoki na ocean z klifu. Jeśli kierownictwo poprawi standardy sprzątania i konserwacji, ten hotel z łatwością mógłby przyćmić inne w okolicy. Daj mi znać, czy chcesz dalszych udoskonaleń!”

„Уже не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Как всегда сервис на высоте. Попросила дать выбор номеров, сходила посмотрела и выбрала более мне понравившийся. Все убирают чисто и с утра, воду приносят. Вид очень красивый. Завтраки понравились. Ужины стали хуже, выбор меньше и довольно скудный для этой категории отеля. Очень понравился Спа, сотрудники, особенно нерусскоговорящие очень приветливые ( девушка- казашка общается нагловато, остаётся неприятный осадок). Около бассейна тоже приятно полежать. На балконе удобный лежак. А этот раз были новые мягкие халаты больших размеров. Почему то не было шапочки для душа и щетки с пастой, непонятно иногда есть, иногда нет. Очень приятно было получить комплимент от отеля - тарелку фруктов и бутылочку вина. Спасибо большое, обязательно вернусь. Приятно, что персонал очень быстро реагирует на просьбы. Много русскоговорящих.”

„We were very pleasantly surprised, as the hotel is brand new and all the staff are incredibly kind. It's a very secluded spot with an amazing breakfast. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for privacy, and appreciate cleanliness and modern rooms. We personally took masks and swam to the waterfall on our own; if you're a good swimmer, you can try it too. We walked over rocks and through dusty water, then got out onto the rocks and admired the waterfall – it was breathtaking! You can really see the owner's taste reflected in this hotel. There was also a beautiful car parked at the entrance. Overall, the hotel leaves a 'wow' impression!!”

„Lokalizacja jest w porządku, ponieważ wszędzie można dojść pieszo lub dojechać samochodem. Spa to świetna opcja na relaks. Śniadania są całkiem dobre, różnorodne, a niektóre opcje zmieniają się codziennie. Przykro mi to mówić, ale kawa była 2/5. Nie do końca podobał mi się brak szlafroków (no weź, to hotel 5*) i wszechobecny zapach papierosów, mimo że zatrzymałem się w pokoju dla niepalących.”

„This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.”
