This hotel is lovely, well-situated and incredibly good value for money! We booked a midweek stay on a mobile, using a price comparison site and the multiple, additive savings resulted in a 3 night stay in a very nice hotel for less than the price of a hostel! Even if you have to pay full-rate, the hotel is great value. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, air conditioning, toiletries, blackout blinds, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff really shone, especially Marta and Greg, who ensured that my autistic son's needs were really well catered-for. I would book again in a heartbeat.

While not directly in Liverpool city center, it provided a more relaxed atmosphere while still being accessible to attractions. The area had a pleasant suburban feel that made for peaceful evenings after busy days exploring. I stayed from **Saturday, August 9 to Monday, August 11, 2025** — a nice two-night weekend break. Check-in after 2 PM was straightforward and efficient, and the 11 AM check-out time gave me plenty of time to get ready without feeling rushed on my final morning. The property itself had a charming character (I could see the building facade in the booking thumbnail), and everything inside was well-maintained and comfortable. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, making the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed. What I particularly appreciated was the **all-inclusive pricing** — the £124.90 covered everything with no hidden charges or surprise fees at checkout. The Trip.com booking process was seamless, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence when booking. The ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features on the app came in handy when I needed to ask about local transport options. Being able to communicate directly through the app rather than making international calls was super convenient. Is it the most luxurious place I've ever stayed? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Knowsley Inn & Lounge delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, clean, and pleasant place to stay at a reasonable price point. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a nice weekend retreat in the Knowsley area with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Perfect for couples or solo travelers wanting to explore Liverpool and the surrounding areas without breaking the bank.

I recently stayed at The Adelphi and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the train station was incredibly convenient for getting around. The convenience of having bar on-site was a definite plus. However, one significant drawback was the absence of refrigerators in the rooms. This was quite inconvenient, as it meant I couldn't store any perishable items or keep drinks cold for later, even with the bar downstairs. In today's world, having a fridge in a hotel room is almost an expectation, and its absence was definitely felt. Despite this, I would still recommend The Adelphi for its other positive aspects, convenient amenities, and easy access to transportation. I hope the management considers adding refrigerators to their rooms in the future, as it would greatly enhance the guest experience.

top location for a hotel, barring the sounds of nightlife nearby, which you CAN go to! staff were very friendly, the room i stayed in was absolutely clean, bed was comfy, shower was decent and had a great night! the only problems i had was with the lighting bedside - it kept flickering on and off rapidly after i turned the switch on, the windows were broken and unable to open and even though i didn't buy them you have to pay for water and tea for a kettle which isn't what most hotels do, but the scale of the issues had little impact for staying 1 night

The hotel is conveniently located almost right by Albert Dock and within walking distance of the city center, making it a good option for those who want to explore the city without excessive travel. From the very first moments, we liked that the staff was friendly and quickly helped with check-in, and the overall atmosphere in the hotel felt calm and modern. The room turned out to be clean, tidy, and quite comfortable for relaxing after walks around Liverpool. The bed was comfortable, the room had everything necessary for a short trip, and the overall level of service left a pleasant impression. It's particularly convenient that the hotel is suitable for both tourist trips and business visits: getting to key places in the city is easy, and returning to the hotel in the evening is not difficult. Breakfast was generally a bit weak. The selection of dishes was decent, the food was hot and fresh, and standard options included hot dishes, pastries, and drinks. However, it's worth noting that the breakfast area can get quite crowded in the mornings, and seating can sometimes be insufficient, so it might feel a bit cramped during peak hours. This isn't a critical drawback, but it is noticeable if you come at the busiest times. The most contentious point was the parking. It's available, which is convenient, especially for a city center location, but we had to pay **£52** for it, which seemed far too expensive for one night. From a practical standpoint, having parking under the hotel is a plus because you don't have to search for a spot on the street, but the price left us feeling overcharged. This particular point spoiled the overall impression the most, although in all other aspects, the hotel is quite decent. Otherwise, the Hampton by Hilton Liverpool City Centre can be considered a reliable and convenient option for a trip to Liverpool. It has a good location, decent rooms, a satisfactory breakfast, and polite staff. Apart from the high cost of parking, the hotel leaves an impression of comfortable city accommodation without unnecessary fuss. For a short stop, it's a very practical choice, especially if it's important to be close to attractions and not waste time on travel.

Very disappointed there isn’t a dining area. I didn’t like the shared toilets. People not flushing it after they finished. Not told how to go round the back into the yard if needed. I stay in other hostels regularly & I am used to faster service too. The check in experience was very slow. As a person with ADHD I can’t be kept waiting for too long. As for being close to things to do , the location is ideal , but I know other hostels & hotels that are close too. I know the City really well , but I won’t stay here again

We stayed here the night before creamfeilds I will start with the good points .. Staff 10/10 so helpful and very good customer services skills.. cleanliness was top notch, the breakfast was plentiful, the mattress in the bed room was actually one of the most comfortable hotel mattresses I have stayed on and I was thinking we would get a lovely nights rest before our festival but on to the bad points. we had the worst nights sleep of our lives our room was facing the road. Now this road is busy throughout the whole of the night. It is non stop, you can hear every car, every lorry, every motor bike, every horn every engine zooming past all throughout the whole night ! We barely slept a wink !! We was shattered the next day. We told the staff the manager said to go through the app we booked on and we can get 20% back as they would of gave us a free breakfast for our trouble but we had already bought one . The manager and receptionist were so lovely. They do know this is an issue and have been trying to get something implemented from the company to resolve this issue as it’s not just us who have complained about this .. and unfortunately I would not stay here again until the issue is resolved and they got the triple glazing windows to reduce noise otherwise I would much rather book another hotel without the noise issues so I could get a good nights rest ..

Negative points from our stay I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible. I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price. Positive All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us. We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey. The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

The apartment is very close to the train station about 4 mins walk. Inside is bright, clean and comfortable very suitable for family and friend gathering. Highly recommended!!
