Great hotel in the centre for all amenities. Staff friendly . Room good only criticism is trying to find my room ! Lift only goes to first floor then follow signs & uo two flights of stairs to get to the third floor.

Mieliśmy cudowny pobyt w hotelu Hampton by Hilton w Liverpoolu. Pokoje były bardzo dobre, a śniadanie było wspaniałe! Śniadanie bezglutenowe było świetne. Bardzo dobrze się mną opiekowali. W porze śniadania było bardzo tłoczno, ale byli bardzo dobrzy w uporządkować wszystkich. Na pewno zatrzymam się tu ponownie.

I always use the adelphi in Liverpool. It started with national coach excursions but this time iit was for one night only as I went to the empire theatre which is just up the road. It gets bad reviews but I won't hear a bad word about it. You get what you pay for

Doskonała lokalizacja. Czysty pokój. Podróżni nie powinni oczekiwać zbyt wiele, ponieważ jakość odpowiada podstawowemu, prostemu zakwaterowaniu w stylu EasyJet. Brak typowych udogodnień i udogodnień o jakości hotelowej. Żadnych prawdziwych wieszaków, żadnego krzesła, na którym można usiąść (!), żadnych biurek, stołów, żadnej małej lodówki. Nic oprócz czystego prywatnego (wygodnego) łóżka, prysznica i toalety - to wszystko.

Really friendly and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to help. The room was clean and comfortable with a great shower. Really good buffet breakfast with grab bags easily available for anyone in a hurry. Ideal location for exploring Liverpool. Great value.

Good - Front desk were polite and helpful and helped us restock on tea and toilet roll Average - Room was OK, cleanish but a closer look the mattresses and other spots were very unclean. Outside windows haven't been cleaned in a while either. Bad - The room design had a weird AI pic as wallpaper. No plug in bathtub so shower was only option. The bed was supposed to be king yet it was 2 small mattresses on a king size base. Very uncomfortable trying to sleep when they keep sliding apart. The room we were in (109) was directly above a pub and there's no sound proofing, you can hear Cheryl's bad karaoke version of gimme a man at 2am like you're there in the room with her. Overall - We didn't pay much so not too fussed but the staff were great but the company needs to clean, repair and make vast improvements to the rooms like getting the right size mattress would be a start.

Hotel bardzo dobrze położny / zaraz obok muzeum The Beatles , w okolicy dużo restauracji, a do centrum miasta jest 10 minut pieszo. Obsługa miła, śniadania przepyszne, a pokoje bardzo ładne.

Have previously stayed in this hotel several times. We paid for a late check out but ended up having housekeeping knocking on our door and attempting to enter at 10am anyway 🙄. Our tv wasn’t working which go fixed quite promptly in fairness, our bed was rock hard though that we both woke up with sore backs. Not our usual standard of stay.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ibis Styles Liverpool, and a huge part of that was thanks to Fayne, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. We arrived four hours before check-in to drop off our luggage, but Fayne kindly checked us in early—completely free of charge. This thoughtful gesture made such a difference after a long journey. On the day we checked out, she allowed us to store our luggage for longer so we could explore the city until our train time. When we returned to collect it, Fayne even offered us complimentary tea and coffee, which was such a kind and welcoming touch. The hotel itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable, but the staff, especially Fayne, truly made our stay memorable. Her warmth and helpfulness set a high standard for hospitality. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool!
