5-Star hotele w: Beirut Governorate, Lebanon

Lokasyonu güzel, odalar oldukça büyük ve temiz. yalnızca otelin otopark ücreti almasını doğru bulmuyorum

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the location is very central. However the indoor pool in the spa was being emptied in the middle of the day when we tried to use it. Service around the outdoor pool was bit slack for the prices you are paying. However the biggest problem was parking. Felt like we were being taken on a ride, we were told that a full day parking was $25 which we paid, despite the fact that is a really extortinate price for the area, however at the end of our stay we were told that the $25 covers 8 hours only so we were charged twice and extra $9 for an additional three hours stay. So in total we paid $59 for around 20hours of parking which sounds extreme, not to mention the rude way we’re asked to pay. It was the experience I was hoping for, I am unlikely to go back, which is a shame because it is such a historical and beautiful hotel.

The hotel I stayed in several years ago, because the economic situation is depressed, the service is slightly worse than before... But the room is still very clean, and the location of the hotel is OK. Breakfast is not good.

接上次點評 追加一些 離店那天早上吃完早餐，餐廳前台女士來讓我填一張問卷調查表，我對於食物的種類填了7分 表示不滿意，她讓填具體點 想吃什麼，我就寫了炒飯 炒麪。她説可以告訴他們 廚房裡給現做。這個真給我驚到了，服務確實好。不過要下次了 再多説一句 在黎巴嫩其實可以不必兑換黎巴嫩磅，因為幾乎沒地方都收美金，而且匯率比兑換點還划算 很奇怪的一點是 在黎巴嫩用優步司機經常要求在系統價格之外加價，我寧願重新打車也拒絕過，但是有時候不好打車也不得不接受加價

فندق جميل ، مرتب ، استقبال مميز ، خدمة مواقف مدفوعة ، موقع الفندق ممتاز قريب من الخدمات ومن صخرة الروشة ، يبعد عن المطار ثلث ساعه بالسيارة ، حاول اختيار غرف باطلاله لتكون اقامتك ممتعه اكثر

Rooms are small and drilling started 9 am on weekend

Location in quite area with nice surrounding cafes, pubs and restaurants .. hotel, room is clean and nice ..... top bar is cool, with nice outdoor view. Recomended.

Breath taking view of rauche, we will visit again recommended

Very good hotel near the mall,but no parking if you have a car you have to pay extra 7$ for your car,that's already wroten but i didnt notice.
