4-Star hotele w: Aichi Prefecture, Japan

„Location is super convenient. Hotel staff are able to speak English fluently and very helpful to answer my tour questions. It is my second time to stay this hotel in a year. I will stay here again at the next time visit Nagoya.”

„The public areas are exquisitely restrained, and the view of the neon nightscape from the high-floor room window is simply wonderful. That single view alone is worth the room rate. The room features many clever hidden designs, which are quite sufficient. The overhead lighting in the elevators and corridors is a bit dim, though that might just be the intended design style. The slippers are rather thin, and it's a bit of a pity that the sink and desk are combined into one, making a wet-and-dry separation impossible. Overall, I would still highly recommend it.”

„An older hotel building that feels like it’s plucked right out of 1995. Service from staff was great. You can tell this place was once top of the line with older wooden furniture and chandeliers. But still a cozy stay. Room feels like it can be a bit dingy and dusty if that bothers you, but we’re okay with that.”

„Great stay and felt really nice and safe staying here. Room was smaller then what I expected but still a comfortable stay. Right in front of the hotel is a Lawson makes things really comfortable”

„Exterior looks old. Room is newly renovated with microwave and fridge in the room. However all of us think that the heater is not working except the staff. We were told by the other staff there’s no limo bus service to the airport which we found out there’s a service 3 streets away or at the bus terminal from the tourist information center. Other than that, all was good.”

„Our family of 5 booked the room with an open air bath this January 2025. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The bath was warm and nice despite the windy and cold weather. The room/s were beautiful, the view of Ise Bay (especially at sunset) was spectacular, and the food was great, especially the dinner. The staff were really accommodating and nice, they even helped us book a taxi to the airport after we checked out. For those traveling to Shuku Kaifuu by public transportation, I recommend giving them a call before checking in so they could arrange a pick up service from Utsumi (train) station.”

„Distance is the only incovenience we found on this hotel but it is situated in a very beautiful neighbourhood. Hotel itself is brand new with high end materials, we even got a free room upgrade. Amenities are up for grabs at levels 1. However as lovely as the hotel and staff are, the rating is brought down by housekeeping, it was Chinese people. Our rubbish was not cleared and our kids can do a better bed making to be honest.”

„Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.”
