„Location is super convenient. Hotel staff are able to speak English fluently and very helpful to answer my tour questions. It is my second time to stay this hotel in a year. I will stay here again at the next time visit Nagoya.”

„What a wonderful stay! Although I've visited Nagoya several times, this was my first time staying in the Sakae district. While it's not as convenient for JR access as the area around Takashimaya, I personally think Sakae offers better, more youthful, and stylish shopping than Nagoya JR Station – there's just too much to explore! The hotel itself is very international, and the lobby's design sets it apart from other hotels. It also offers excellent privacy. Check-in was quiet and orderly. The staff spoke fluent English, were quick and very friendly, providing a great comfort after a long journey. The room was thoughtfully designed with many small surprises – I won't spoil them all; you'll have to discover them for yourselves!”

„The front desk staff was polite and smiling, and even stepped out of the way to help my husband get into the parking lot. The room was modern and furnished. The water in the bathhouse was a comfortable temperature, though there was a slight bleach smell. I also recommend adding instructions for using the hot springs in the bath room. Many Southeast Asian women were constantly looking around in the bathhouse, seemingly unsure of how to use it.”

„Centrair Hotel is of less than one minute walk from Chubu Centrair Airport Terminal 1, about four minutes walk from the Flight of Dreams and Terminal 2, and of five minutes' walk to Aichi Sky Expo. On the day that I stayed, it costs me around S$235 and it is the first day of trade event JATA Tourism Expo 2025. This is by far my most expensive airport hotel stay in Japan. I hope the hotel can review the rate in comparison with standard airport hotels in other parts of the country when a trade event is held. Other airport hotels do not charge that extremely high. Despite the exorbitant rate, I enjoy my stay as I am able to view paintings with the aviation theme, aircraft models, see aircraft landing on and moving along the runway, see the giant Dreamlifters from my room, stand showering in the small bathroom and the bed is comfortable but the toilet bowl is separated from the bathroom. The Pacific side level rooms are accessible by touch of the hotel keycard before the main door and this section comes before the guest lounge. There is the dedicated Vegetarian Menu area for vegetarians at the hotel's Cosmos Restaurant. The queue for breakfast starts from 5.50 am and the last order for breakfast is at 9.30 am. Guests will like dining at this restaurant but on the day of check-out there is no queue at all. The restaurant does not allow takeaways. So, I wonder why the room rate was that high and rooms were sold out under the free breakfast option.”

„Location is perfect right next to Kanayama train station which is connected to train and subway network. The staff were polite and helpful. Just one issue during our stay: We booked a three-bedroom where a sofa bed was not fully flat. I slept for the first night feeling discomfort at low back. We called the hotel service desk and the lady staff was very helpful to add a layer of blanket underneath the mattress to help. While it’s not perfect but it still felt better for remaining few nights of sleep. Suggest the hotel to review this issue especially for guest staying for a few nights.”

„An older hotel building that feels like it’s plucked right out of 1995. Service from staff was great. You can tell this place was once top of the line with older wooden furniture and chandeliers. But still a cozy stay. Room feels like it can be a bit dingy and dusty if that bothers you, but we’re okay with that.”
