4-Star hotele w: Tochigi Prefecture, Japan

Splendid lobby on 13/F with best view in the town, convenient parking facility connecting to the hotel at a reasonable price ¥1,100 overnight, close to shops and train station, buffet breakfast with quality. Just need to ask for coffee set at reception, not provided in room and only have chopsticks in restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Nikko. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience truly enjoyable. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were delicious. The hotel's amenities, including a public bath, mini market, vending machines, and a cafe, covered all our needs. Additionally, evening events added a nice touch to our stay. Its convenient location, easily accessible from the train station via bus, made exploring Nikko effortless. The complimentary shuttle back to the train station upon check-out was a thoughtful gesture, rounding off a great experience.

Sposób podróży do hotelu i hamulca jest popularny w rodzinie! Żywność jest rozważona i jest pyszna. Wszyscy pracownicy są wygodni od zajazdu do wyjazdu. Znakomity pokój z otwartym basenem z pokojami. Przepraszam, że później usłyszałem, że można wynająć zestaw kawowy!

This is an excellent location with ample paid parking around, there are cheaper overnight parking around slightly further down from the hotel's partner parking lots. Rooms were small and cozy with everything you need, staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The bathroom however is rather small and not suitable for elderly. The free breakfast provided in the lounge area is a variety of pastries and breads, you can take one to go as well.

The facility is more likely an apartment . A big space for family traveler- We are family of 4. Our rooms have a onsen bath which is very good. Room was equipped with all necessary cookware. It is good for preparing breakfast.Also very clean! Location is good in case of travelling by car otherwise it’s quite far from Nikko train station. 1 minute walk to 7-11 and 5 minutes drive to big supermarket where you can find everything. Check in process is OK and convenient but you have to read instructions email very carefully, hotel will sent to guest 1 day! prior to check in date.

ฉันได้ไปใช้บริการนวดของทางโรงแรม มันเป็นการนวดที่แย่ที่สุด เธอไม่ได้ตั้งใจนวดแค่ลูบๆถูๆและมันเบามาก นักนวดบำบัดเหมือนจะเป็นคนจีน เธอสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นไม่ค่อยได้ด้วย พูดได้นิดหน่อยซึ่งฟังไม่ค่อยเข้าใจเลย และมันไม่ใช่การนวด  เธอเหมือนนวดไม่เป็น ห้องนวดไม่สะอาด หมอนที่ใช้หน้าวางสอดไปตรงรูมีกลิ่นน้ำลายเหม็นมากๆ นักนวดบำบัดของโรงแรมระดับ4ดาวควรคัดสรรให้ดีกว่านี้ ติเรื่องนี้เรื่องเดียว ในส่วนอื่นๆของโรงแรมนั้นนี้มากๆ ทั้งการบริการของพนักงานในโรงแรมดีเยี่ยม โรงแรมสวย วิวออนเซนกลางแจ้งสวยมาก อาหารดีเลิศหรูและอร่อย อาหารเช้าและเย็นเป็นบุฟเฟต์ เมนูเยอะมากๆและอร่อยทุกอย่าง ห้องพักสะอาด มีรถรับส่งจากสถานีรถไฟ

Pokój jest japoński, doświadczenie jest dobre, góry są puste, nikt nie widzi, hahaha, oprócz hotelu, nic się nie stało, przyjaciele lubią ludzi mogą spróbować.

The hotel overall is great for the price paid, and service was excellent especially from the Vietnamese girl at the front desk who speaks English AND Japanese fluently. Even Japanese guests thought she was Jap. Haha. However, the company could do with hiring a bit more staff as there are things that need a bit more attention and some repairs needed in the room. That being said, the rooms are huge! The outdoor onsen was also colder than expected (although this is explained during check in) and is best in the morning.

The hotel is great! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with many facilities like karaoke, a game center, and more. I visited with my family, a total of 14 people, and they were able to arrange a private room for us for both dinner and breakfast. Both meals were buffet-style and absolutely delicious. The onsen experience was wonderful, and the view from the onsen was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the Kinugawa River. However, there was one issue: when we checked in, the reception took our passports for photocopying. Unfortunately, they missed returning one of the passports to us. It wasn’t until after we checked out and reached our next stop that we realized one passport was missing. We had to go back to the hotel to take it. Despite this, the overall experience was great, and I would still recommend the hotel.
