The place is a hidden gem in Sacred Valley. If you get the chance to visit during Christmas you will love it. Yucay becomes the action point of the valley for 3 days you can enjoy a very festive experience with local traditions and masks. Location is great, near everything. Also the owner and all of the people there are so friendly, it gives you a nice family vibe when staying there. I will definitely come again when revisiting Sacred Valley:)

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Hotel in Cusco. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Wilma, who went the extra mile to accommodate our request to change to a room with a queen bed instead of two standard beds—her helpfulness made a big difference. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable with fresh bedding, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cusco.

Der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter war sehr hilfsbereit. Obwohl ich erst um 11 Uhr einchecken sollte, wollte ich wegen meines Frühflugs nur meinen Rucksack abstellen. Sie sagte sofort, dass das Zimmer frei sei und ich zu meinem Zimmer gehen könne. Auch bei Touren war er sehr hilfsbereit! Sie hat sich um alles gekümmert. Großes, sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück.

Amazing place in Urubamba! I rested here for two nights and wouldn’t wish for anything more. The room was very comfortable with big bed, tall ceilings, hot shower and two heathers. Breakfast was super yummy and dinner was even better ! Highly recommend to stay here if you are traveling through Sacred Valley (Pisac doesn’t have nice hotels like this and is only 30 min away)

マチュピチュの駅からも歩いてすぐで食事買い物にも便が良い。外の喧騒とは異なりホテルのホールに入った時から落ち着いた感じで安心できる。チェックインもスムーズ、食事の案内なども分かりやすく短時間にしっかりと必要な事を伝えてくれて、慣れた感じの印象で安心できる。部屋も清潔で十分な備品もあり快適。次にマチュピチュに来る時にも必ずこのホテルを予約すると思う。

MMananxi_MXvery good! I didn't take a lot of photos, but I probably told you about it! First of all, I went to Machu Picchu to stay in Hot Water Town for one night. The town was really small, so this hotel looked far from the station. It took only 3 minutes to walk. I got off the train station and walked uphill. The hotel is four stars, the lobby reception service is very good, there is free hot tea bags for you to drink, there is an elevator with luggage storage service, the room is large, and the bed for two people is almost Queen size. Room facilities are complete: electric fans, heating, blankets It is worth mentioning: Wi-Fi is particularly easy to use, the meeting is very smooth; the faucet is large, the bath is very happy! Watching the river at night to sleep, the white noise of sleep aid Breakfast was too early to experience, but the hotel staff were very enthusiastic and patient. After returning from Machu Picchu, we rested in the lobby and charged to the train station to return to Ouyutai. The price is also very affordable, in short, the experience is very good 😘 recommend everyone to come

GGuest UserBesides the location (5mins walk from train and restaurant’s) and quality of the rooms, the reason this is getting a 5 star review from me and my mates was the customer service. The people working at the hotel - in particular Nathale and William - were absolutely wonderful. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received (I mean this literally). They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and helped us navigate train suspensions and protests (even offered us showers and a place to rest after climbing Machu Picchu, post check out). They didn’t just respond to needs, they assessed and identified what would make us more comfortable and they delivered it proactively.
