很有設計感的一家酒店，就連負一層的衞生間都相當華麗。 早餐相對德國荷蘭那些同價位酒店來説，略顯簡單了些。但是相比比利時，意大利這幾個國家，也算平均水平以上。 距離火車站非常近，旁邊城堡裏有一家相當**的餐廳，裏面菜品非常棒！ 非常值得一試，下次還住這家！！

Piękny hotel w centrum Bruges. Nasz pokój był niesamowity, łóżko jest tak wygodne. Śniadanie było bardzo dobre z dobrym zakresem czasu Usługa w barze była szybkie i przyjazne. Dekoracje Xmas były piękne. Wrócimy do tego hotelu.

POS: very central location 50 mtr from casino and beach; historical building with old charm; quite big but with a family atmosphere; (my) room recently renovated; pleasant bar area; quiet; considering location reasonably priced. NEG: elavator super slow, tiny and shaky at times (7 floors); bathroom good but shower itself clumsy; staff could use some extra training ＞ in 4 days' stay there was always something not done or missing, and worst of all in spite of plenty of mgmt messages to save energy, in 2/4 days we came back late night and aircon had been switched on (by staff, not us), on a day it was barely 20 degrees, meaning complete waste of energy, and cost.

Degelijk hotelletje. Correcte ontvangst. Kamer leek niet op de foto op Trip, maar het is niet duidelijk of dat aan het hotel lag. Kamer was prima, badkamer was verouderd, maar verder wel in orde. Matras was aan de harde kant en misschien aan vervanging toe. Uitzicht was top. Al bij al voor een lastminute in hoogseizen prijs/kwaliteit in orde.

Hotel to be recommended Excellent experience, fantastic breakfast with a view, very attentive staff, very adequate (basic) room (the large ones must be great), very pleasant, almost luxurious environment, full of little touches, like chocolates on arrival, and a triple socket to plug all devices in one place. A place I will return to.

Goed hotel, propere kamer te kleine wc ruimte in de al kleinere badkamer.  Super inloopdouche met heet water, maar opgelet met uitschuiven (glad). Het ontbijt heerlijk maar de ruimte voor het ontbijt te nuttigen is niet echt gezellig, maar alles was aanwezig en voorzien. Voor de koffie alleen maar moktassen wat ik dan persoonlijk niet zo een fan van ben, kleinere tassen waren welkom geweest. Parking in en uit rijden vraagt enige stuurkunst, zeer krap. Voor de rest een aanrader.

Everything was perfect excepted the mattress is too soft and it makes your back pain. For Breakfast : Suggestion on all vegan drink, please make sure that the open date is not too long that suggested on the box otherwise the taste gonna gone off like I experienced Chocolate Soya ( it tasted sour already) Also, it would be nice if you have the signs tell what each item is due to not everyone knows and some they don’t eat pork, beef or chicken.

舒適乾淨，因為上次到來這邊一日遊的時候發現一個離酒店步行10分鐘外的park& ride 免費停車場,所以這次直接把車停在那裡，完美！

The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. However, the room had a couple of minor issues. The shower head wouldn’t stay centered, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the hair dryer malfunctioned, turning on and off randomly. Since I was only staying one night, I didn’t request a room change, but it was inconvenient. Despite these issues, I would stay here again because the main hotel facilities and staff were excellent.

Goed hotel.3x verbleven in hotel Mercure.1x verbleven in Blankenberge met boeking met bongobons. 2x verbleven in Oostende en zeer tevreden.een tip dat ik wil.meegeven is controleer het opvullen van de zepen in de doucheruimte.In Blankenberge de 2de dag leeg, in Oostende idem. Voor de rest TOP!
