Doskonały hotel dla rodzinnych wypoczynków. Miasto na wybrzeżu, 3 minuty pieszo do plaży, wspaniałe jedzenie, śniadanie i kolacja. Zawsze tu się zatrzymaliśmy, ale codziennie jechaliśmy do Barcelony. W pobliżu stacji lub przystanku autobusowego można przyjechać nocą z Barsy.
Pokój jest przestronny, personel jest uprzejmy, wszyscy mówili.
Pokój był zaskakująco czysty i nie było żadnego nieprzyjemnego zapachu. Zimą w całym hotelu może być zajętych tylko kilka pokoi, ale za to jest tu bardzo cicho i komfortowo. Hotelowa restauracja jest w porządku, można spróbować tradycyjnych potraw. W pokoju nie było nawet czajnika ani wody, więc musiałem iść do baru, żeby go kupić. W barze można napić się herbaty i wina. Zachód słońca jest taki piękny.
Zimą w miasteczku jest naprawdę niewiele sklepów otwartych, a nawet zjedzenie posiłku i zakup chleba trzeba odbyć w porze lunchu i kolacji. Jedyną zaletą jest to, że możesz robić zdjęcia do woli, tak aby nikt Cię nie widział.

A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured.
Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel.
As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you.
Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

Sauberes hotel und Hotelzimmer. Wurden von den hotel Angestellten freundlich empfangen und waren immer hilfsbereit. Das Essen und die Bedienung war freundlich und halfen bei speziellen Wünschen oder Fragen. Kommen gerne wieder und danken an allen Beteiligten und Angestellten im hotel.
Do stacji metra można dojść w 5 minut. Choć nie znajduje się w centrum miasta, to jest to czysta, nowa dzielnica, położona niedaleko lotniska, co czyni ją idealną na nocleg w podróży.
Na dole znajduje się duży supermarket Mercadona z szerokim asortymentem produktów, w tym przekąskami, napojami, wodą butelkowaną, owocami, mięsem, owocami morza, piwem, winem, szynką, kiełbasami i artykułami codziennego użytku.

La limpieza bien, cama muy cómoda, ubicación buena, quizás lo que menos el desayuno, le faltaba algo de selección para ser un 4 estrellas, era todo demasiado simple, pero el señor que estaba en la sección de huevos y creps hechos al momento fue muy amable (Yusef), bien por lo general.
El spa no sé dónde queda, ni hacen alusión de ello. Por lo tanto que se llame Hotel & Spa me parece un poco innecesario.
Très bel hôtel qui propose un repas assez varié pour buffet et aussi pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre est spacieuse et bien insonorisée, le ménage n'était pas impeccable (quelques cheveux par si par là). Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jacuzzi sur la terrasse car certains stores n'étaient plus en place ce qui laissait pas mal de vis à vis.
Best price quality ratio in Santa Susanna and Malgrat del Mar. The buffets are legendary.

Hhxm.trxvxlOur best stay in Spain. The staffs were all friendly. I only managed to catch a few people’s names like Anass, Raquel, Sebastian but everyone (front desk, concierge, housekeeping, breakfast staffs) in the hotel made us feel very welcome and comfortable. For example, Sebastian offered a pair of scissors without us even asking when he saw us repacking our luggage at the lobby. Everyday we went out and returned, everyone would greet us. We truly felt the warm welcome and friendliness of the Spanish through them. Very glad to book this hotel even though the hotel may be slightly more expensive than other hotels in Barcelona. Housekeeping seems to be done twice daily too (they will leave us chocolates on our bed every evening which is extremely sweet of them). Housekeeping team also sprayed fragrance on our little pillows which we brought with us on the trip (no other hotels have done so for us into past).
One more thing to add is that the showers in the hotel are full glass so it lacks privacy. We did not know this beforehand but only upon our check in. Anass and team assisted us the next day to stick privacy film to make us more comfortable.
A pity is that the Michelin starred restaurant located in the hotel is closed from Sunday to Tuesday, so we could not get to try it. The breakfast is the same every morning too but it was alright.
We would definitely return to the hotel if we are in Barcelona again. Gracias Team Ohla Barcelona! 100/100
GGuest UserIt was a very clean accommodation and plenty of towels were provided.
It was a little inconvenient because laundry was done in a shared facility on the 5th floor, and I was a little disappointed that they assigned me a room with a rear view without even asking how many rooms had a view of the Sagrada. There is a rest area and a pool on the rooftop, so it would be nice when the weather is nice. The location is far from major tourist attractions, so it's a bit inconvenient to take the subway every day, so if I had to do it again, I think I'd pick it near Plaza Catalunya.

We arrived late on our first day and didn't have time to buy water, so the hotel gave us a bottle, which was very nice! We booked a standard double room, but it had a small balcony overlooking the pool and outdoor restaurant. The view was lovely.
The security was also very good; nothing was lost during our several nights. We also noticed that the automatic door at the entrance was manually controlled by the front desk, so unauthorized people wouldn't be able to get in.

Most importantly, it is a quiet hotel with no noise. For those who want to enjoy the Barcelona view, I recommend staying on the 11th floor or higher.

This was the only hotel among the several we stayed at in Spain that actually provided them. The location seemed decent enough, although we primarily used taxis. We found that for a group, taking taxis in Barcelona offered better value than using the metro. A branch of Joncake is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel – highly recommended! It's delicious and there was no waiting in line.

However, there was one small disappointment. I had requested a birthday arrangement for my husband on three separate occasions, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response.
