Ukryty klejnot w sercu Miluzy Absolutnie uwielbialiśmy nasz pobyt! Lokalizacja jest bezkonkurencyjna – w samym sercu Miluzy, w zasięgu spaceru od wszystkiego, a jednocześnie spokojna i przytulna. Wystrój wnętrz hotelu jest naprawdę wyjątkowy – każda przestrzeń, od lobby po pokoje, ma swój własny charakter i urok, z dbałością o szczegóły. Czuć kreatywność i dbałość, aby stworzyć stylową i przyjazną atmosferę. Śniadanie było obfite i zróżnicowane, z mnóstwem świeżych i smacznych dań. A poziom obsługi był wyjątkowy – prawdziwie profesjonalny, miły i troskliwy przez cały nasz pobyt. Zdecydowanie to będzie nasze miejsce podczas następnej wizyty w okolicy. Gorąco polecamy każdemu, kto szuka komfortu i wyjątkowego charakteru!

Right in the old town, 2 mins away from Petite France. Stayed there during Christmas and have chosen the hotel specifically because it’s easy to get to the various Christmas markets on foot. Nice modern room with a view of the street, so I can see the Christmas decor on the streets right from my window. Room is sound proof so no worries on street noise. Free spiced mulled wine which is a good gesture that can be enjoyed at the restaurant. They also gave 2 chocolates and free minibar consisting of soft drinks that are refilled daily. Breakfast is adequate. Overall a comfortable stay that is just 8 mins walk from the railway station.

Het hotel ligt vlakbij inval en uitvals wegen, heeft ruim voldoende parkeerplaats en ziet er vriendelijk uit. Het is geen 5 sterren hotel, maar een heel gezellig, aangenaam hotel met vriendelijke mensen die graag meedenken. Ontspannen, gemoedelijke sfeer waar je niet moeilijk is je thuis te voelen. Kou heb ik zeker niet geleden, ha, ha. De kamers waren schoon, ook de badkamer. Er wordt iedere dag gepoetst. Het eten was eenvoudig, maar lekker en zeker voldoende. Er mogen huisdieren binnen in dit hotel, wat ik als dierenvriend zeker waardeer. Wij hebben een perfecte tijd doorgebracht hier.

Reception was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was of excellent quality, particularly the cremant. Location in the heart of the old quarter cannot be beat. We were given the room on the ground floor, ideal for people with heavy luggage. Noise was not a problem in mid-March. Would love to stay here again.

Uwielbiałam swój pobyt. Pokój był ładny; szkoda tylko, że rama łóżka miała kilka dziur, co było estetyczne. Personel jest bardzo przyjazny i dobrze wyjaśnił mi zakres usług. Skorzystałam z zabiegu, firmowego masażu hotelu. Był dobrze wykonany, a pokój był bardzo relaksujący. Po przyjeździe dostaje się małą, bezpłatną torbę powitalną. A jeśli nie chcesz, żeby pokój był sprzątany codziennie, rano zostawiają małą niespodziankę na klamce, co bardzo doceniam. Będę polecać ten hotel znajomym i rodzinie, ponieważ jestem z niego bardzo zadowolona.

Goede bedden, kamer schoon, lokatie niet mooi, maar heel handig op doorreis. Vriendelijk personeel maar ook minpunten: sauna deed het niet, telefoon buiten werking. tv deed het pas nadat we zelf de stekker uit het stopcontact hadden gehaald en ergens onder een plank weer aangesloten hadden. Er was geen handzeep en geen douchegel / geen shampoo. Te weinig toiletpapier. Ontbijt karig voor de prijs van €18,-.

Just an overnight stay, but surely a very relaxing and restful one. Very good service, very nice and cozy lobby. Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Maybe a mini-fridge to keep water fresh during warm days would be necessary. Also, a bit disappointed of the closure of the rooftop bar due to weather, while there wasn't any actual concern related to this.

When I booked the rate given was EUR 108 inclusive of tax, and to pay at property. I did not include breakfast. However, when I arrived they charged my EUR 145. No details printed. They only send me the invoice via email after I have left the hotel. Then only i realized the amount was different and they added breakfast without telling me! We didn't take any breakfast as I assume it was how I booked earlier via Trip.com.
