Was really disappointed when we entered the room. Will not book this hotel again if we visit madinah as there are other newer hotels nearby.”

The location is one of the hotel’s strongest advantages, as it is conveniently situated midway between Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and Masjid Qiba. Both can be reached on foot in approximately 10–15 minutes, making it an excellent choice for visitors who enjoy walking. The manager deserves special recognition. He was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed. His professionalism, cooperation, and genuine care for the guests made a noticeable difference throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, a convenient location, and excellent hospitality in Madinah.”

This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. „Overall, my stay was good. The staff were generally friendly, though the check-in experience was a bit unpleasant at first. Thankfully, things improved afterward thanks to Ms. Bayan’s excellent assistance. However, the hotel feels overpriced compared to other options located very close to Al Haram in Medina. One major downside was the corridors — they were often full of leftover food left outside rooms, which was unpleasant and gave a poor impression. Security personnel needed further training to be more customer friendly”

EXCEPT,they provide us the wrong food (plain bread instead of garlic bread) for room service dine-in.Other than that,recommended place to stay.”

„Very nice hotel in an excellent location close to Masjid Al Nabbawi and opposite As Safiyyah Museum and Park which has a nice souq and many places to eat. I booked a triple room which was a little smaller than ideal but was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good. There was also a regular shuttle bus for anyone that may have difficulties walking the short distance to the Haram.”
