We have heard of Zhongshan hot spring resort and finally we got a chance to spend time here. The rooms are spacious, the bed is huge. All the staff is very supportive, including front desk and cleaners. The mini bus driver offered us a ride and took us to and fro the mountain. There is no need to say, that everything is nice and clean in the rooms. The breakfast was very good. Hot springs met our expectations. Everything was really nice and clean. Sauna and pools are great, we stayed as family and all of us including kids enjoyed it. Would we come back and recommend the place? Definitely, Yes! Thanks a lot to all the staff and see you later!

Very nice and relaxing resort. The playing area for kids is good, love the playground. Staff are nice and friendly. Tried the hair spa and it’s nice. Breakfast is good. Just the hot spring area is a bit small and not feel like having hot spring afterwards.

Pokój jest duży i czysty. Nie ma jednak wystarczającej liczby restauracji i lokali gastronomicznych.
Lokalizacja nie jest dogodna dla osób podróżujących pociągiem dużych prędkości, ponieważ taksówką zajmuje to ponad 40 minut.
Panie z recepcji w hotelowej ladzie wiosennej zachowują się bardzo źle w stosunku do klientów.
Rano śniadanie w kawiarni, wybór potraw jest przeznaczony głównie dla grup wycieczkowych. W przypadku osób podróżujących indywidualnie opłata za śniadanie w wysokości 128 RMB za osobę nie jest warta tej wartości. Ekspres do kawy ma bardzo ograniczony wybór kawy i trzeba stać w kolejce dość długo.

This place is a haven. Set in such a beautiful area surrounded by incredible scenery and rural life. The honesty itself has been designed in a very stylish manner, the rooms are fantastic and the service is VIP and extremely personal. Highly recommend this place!

Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jest całkiem nieźle. Zaleca się podróż samochodem. Parking w hotelu jest bardzo przestronny i łatwy do zaparkowania. Po krótkim obejrzeniu pokoju, tymczasowo zdecydowałem się na upgrade do Lanyueju. Chociaż w weekendy było dużo ludzi, na szczęście nadal były pokoje. Yifan w recepcji był bardzo miły i pomógł nam ubiegać się o upgrade po preferencyjnej cenie problemy zostały rozwiązane cierpliwie i elastycznie. Niezwykle dobra obsługa.
Wyposażenie: Prosty i elegancki wystrój, pokój znajduje się na drugim piętrze, dach jest bardzo wysoki, zlew ma podwójną umywalkę i jest tam duża wanna.
Higiena: Czysto i schludnie, bez martwych punktów. Kołdra jest czysta i miękka.
Środowisko: To duży krąg. Można także wybrać się na wycieczkę łodzią po jeziorze. Okolica jest cicha, a powietrze jest świeże. Możesz poprosić o samochód akumulatorowy, który zabierze Cię z pokoju do basenu z gorącymi źródłami w hotelu można skorzystać z gorącego źródła dwukrotnie, raz pierwszego dnia i ponownie drugiego dnia.

GGuest UserInitially, I was quite disappointed. The room type wasn't like what was shown in the video; it was much smaller. If there are such significant differences, it should be clearly stated, and more pictures should be provided. Also, at the water park, there was no distinction between hotel guests and external visitors for lockers, leading me to unnecessarily spend an extra 30 yuan on rental. Later, I took a wrong turn and discovered another indoor pool with free lockers. Most of the staff I encountered were interns who couldn't answer any of my questions. My advice is to only ask the front desk or your butler if you need anything. Furthermore, the hot spring area didn't provide towels or hot drinks, so it was freezing after coming out, especially since it was raining. The Zhuhai Imperial Hot Spring is much more professional in this regard and could serve as a good example.
Aside from these points, the environment, dining, and facilities were excellent. There was a lot to do, and even though my child was young and couldn't participate in many activities, there was still plenty to enjoy. Despite the extremely hot weather, we had a lot of fun. I'd love to experience more activities in the future and hope the hotel's service can improve further.

SShiwodeyueliangSeriously unearthed a hidden gem! The environment is incredibly healing; opening the window reveals stunning views of green mountains and trees. The air is fresh, it's wonderfully quiet, and it's so relaxing to be away from the city hustle. The room was clean and tidy, decorated warmly and elegantly, and the bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The host was very warm, easygoing, and provided thoughtful, meticulous service with great attention to detail. The surrounding scenery is absolutely breathtaking, perfect for photos. Dining and staying here were both very pleasant, and it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely come back for my next vacation and highly recommend it to everyone!

First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon.
Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched.
The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest.
We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing.
Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform.
Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming.
Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults.
We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee.
Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing.
Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

AAmideeThis is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

GGuest UserDecided to book the Gala Hot Spring Hotel last minute for a spontaneous trip, and luckily the weather was great. The hotel faces a mountain, and as soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a huge mountain view – absolutely delightful, especially since it's the perfect time for a spring outing with lush greenery everywhere. Check-in wasn't too bad; we waited a short while before it was our turn. Xiao Wu (Wu Ximing) at the front desk noticed our group was mostly seniors and children, so he kindly upgraded our room to a more spacious one! We also exchanged WeChat details with him, making it convenient to provide feedback or ask any hotel-related questions whenever needed. It was a wonderful family trip experience!

QQuanjingjingI happened to visit during International Women's Day. On March 7th, I even received a carnation from the hotel staff for Girls' Day. However, there didn't seem to be any activities on Women's Day itself, which was a bit disappointing. We usually prefer to book rooms in the main building here because it's been renovated and the room facilities are newer.
This time, when we went to the pet feeding area, it felt like they weren't ready for guests; maybe the timing was off. There were no staff members, and we didn't know what to feed the animals with. We could only look and then leave, which diminished the fun.
However, the customer service here is still good. Although sometimes the response time was quite slow, there was always a follow-up.

GGuest UserOverall, the hotel service quality was excellent, with staff generally being warm, friendly, and attentive. Room service was prompt and responsive to guests' needs. The facilities were also comprehensive; rooms came with private hot tubs, and there was a wide variety of onsen pools, including grotto pools and a mountaintop hot spring area. The buffet dinner deserves a special mention – the food was well-prepared and offered a rich selection. The hot springs are definitely one of the hotel's highlights; the water was clear, smooth, and pleasant. Beyond the diverse range of hot spring pools, the hotel also offered unique onsen experiences like herbal baths and fish therapy. All in all, it was a fantastic vacation experience.

HHelen LouThe hotel is located on 'Swan Lake' which made for pretty photos from our room balcony.
The rooms were clean and spacious, with bottled water replaced every day. There was a fridge, but no mini bar.
It was very quiet when we stayed, it seemed like tour groups came for 1 night then left the next
The attractions the other side of the lake was fun. We loved the glass bridge and the motorboats as well as the bumper cars and road train. You will need to pay extra for some of the attractions, but at a minimal cost.
The cave was amazing, and the lighting helps with the atmosphere. Our guide spoke in Mandarin, but this didn't hinder our enjoyment, plus other tourists were happy to translate 😀.
There was lots of choice at breakfast, but it didn't really change from one day to the next. I rekindled my love of boiled peanuts!
The hot springs were indeed hot, but they were a little rundown, with some of the spa areas not working.
Over all, We had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and clean, and the balcony offers a great view of the river! However, the staff at check-in were quite unfriendly. The parking attendant's attitude was also just so-so. The hotel facilities are good, but the service attitude made me uncomfortable! On the bright side, the cleaning staff were always smiling, offered good service, and even helped press the elevator buttons. It really depends on who you encounter.
