Stay was very peaceful. Place was very neat, clean and beautiful. Staff is very much cooperative. Firstly I felt there was a problem with booking with trip.com, but actually it's much better then booking directly. Each n every information with contact details properly given by the trip.com. Surely I will visit again...prefer to have wechat if you don't understand Chines.

Very nice and relaxing resort. The playing area for kids is good, love the playground. Staff are nice and friendly. Tried the hair spa and it’s nice. Breakfast is good. Just the hot spring area is a bit small and not feel like having hot spring afterwards.

Środowisko hotelu jest bardzo przyjemne. Zaraz po wejściu do lobby podają mi herbatę. Obsługa na recepcji jest świetna, a ogólnie serwis jest doskonały. Wyposażenie pokoi jest bardzo inteligentne; robot dostarcza rzeczy, a telewizorem w pokoju można sterować głosem. Sprzątanie jest również bardzo dokładne. Przed lobby hotelowym znajduje się parking, a opłaty są bardzo rozsądne. Lokalizacja jest doskonała, wszędzie jest stąd łatwo dojechać.

Highly recommended! Very close to Gulongxia. Loved the zen vibe here at this homestay, next to a stream!
Got to know from the homestay owner that they just opened, so everything is new! Breakfast provided, it was simple but hearty. The stay came with afternoon tea set. We also had a bonfire set up by the owner, It was nice for a cold day!. For dinner, please try the homestay’s owner recommendation at the restaurant just outside his homestay. It’s farm to table food, Qing Yuan chicken is a must try! Vegetables are fresh too. Our entire Guangdong travel, this Qing Yuan homestay and their local food is our highlight! We wished we could stay longer!

This place is a haven. Set in such a beautiful area surrounded by incredible scenery and rural life. The honesty itself has been designed in a very stylish manner, the rooms are fantastic and the service is VIP and extremely personal. Highly recommend this place!

We have heard of Zhongshan hot spring resort and finally we got a chance to spend time here. The rooms are spacious, the bed is huge. All the staff is very supportive, including front desk and cleaners. The mini bus driver offered us a ride and took us to and fro the mountain. There is no need to say, that everything is nice and clean in the rooms. The breakfast was very good. Hot springs met our expectations. Everything was really nice and clean. Sauna and pools are great, we stayed as family and all of us including kids enjoyed it. Would we come back and recommend the place? Definitely, Yes! Thanks a lot to all the staff and see you later!

GGuest UserHad a great time here this weekend. Everything was included in the price. Seems pricey when booking but actually good value when everything is included. The beach area, the indoor water park, the hot springs and the lake activities - all were unlimited during our stay.
The staff were very nice and friendly. We met Jimmy (fluent English) at check in who made it his mission to give us his WeChat in order for us to be able to have someone that can help with translation. It made the trip extra convenient.
Buffet breakfast and dinner was great with a mix of food.
We will definitely return when the outdoor water park returns. 😁

GGuest UserRandomly picked this hotel for my trip and was blown away! The soundproofing is incredibly good, and they even offer local snacks for breakfast. The front desk was so helpful with car rental – a total lifesaver for families with kids! The hallways are super quiet, and we had an amazing ocean view room. The beach is right downstairs, it's just perfect! We were so touched by the hotel's warmth when it rained. The staff proactively helped with our luggage, and the room was super clean with a great wet/dry separation. A good night's sleep here truly rejuvenates you!

First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon.
Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched.
The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest.
We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing.
Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform.
Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming.
Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults.
We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee.
Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing.
Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

GGuest UserThe butler service was excellent! We were really happy with the room – it offered great value for money. We had a terrace, sea views, and mountain views, all in one. It was also incredibly clean; you could tell the cleaning staff put a lot of effort into it, as there wasn't a speck of dust. We thought getting to the hotel on the mountain would be difficult, but the hot water heater was instantaneous, even faster than the one at my own home, haha! We had a wonderful time and will definitely bring friends next time. Thank you!

AAmideeThis is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

GGuest UserDecided to book the Gala Hot Spring Hotel last minute for a spontaneous trip, and luckily the weather was great. The hotel faces a mountain, and as soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a huge mountain view – absolutely delightful, especially since it's the perfect time for a spring outing with lush greenery everywhere. Check-in wasn't too bad; we waited a short while before it was our turn. Xiao Wu (Wu Ximing) at the front desk noticed our group was mostly seniors and children, so he kindly upgraded our room to a more spacious one! We also exchanged WeChat details with him, making it convenient to provide feedback or ask any hotel-related questions whenever needed. It was a wonderful family trip experience!

QQuanjingjingI happened to visit during International Women's Day. On March 7th, I even received a carnation from the hotel staff for Girls' Day. However, there didn't seem to be any activities on Women's Day itself, which was a bit disappointing. We usually prefer to book rooms in the main building here because it's been renovated and the room facilities are newer.
This time, when we went to the pet feeding area, it felt like they weren't ready for guests; maybe the timing was off. There were no staff members, and we didn't know what to feed the animals with. We could only look and then leave, which diminished the fun.
However, the customer service here is still good. Although sometimes the response time was quite slow, there was always a follow-up.

JjashersFacilities: This villa actually consists of two rooms with large beds, separated by a wall, making it impossible to walk directly between them. You have to go through the garden to enter each room. This might be inconvenient for friends traveling together, but it's excellent for families, especially with kids or seniors. The soundproofing is superb; you can't hear any noise from one room in the other. Plus, having two separate bathrooms is very convenient. A minor drawback is the lack of body lotion, though some might argue that after a genuine hot spring soak, your skin isn't dry anyway, so it's a matter of personal preference.
Environment: Backing onto Nankun Mountain, the villa area offers a platform with views of Baishui Village. It's very quiet at night, and the air is incredibly fresh in the morning. Of course, there are mosquitoes. The courtyard has UV lamps, and staff place mosquito coils outside each door at night. Each room also has two electric mosquito repellents, but you might still encounter some mosquitoes, so bringing an electric fly swatter could be helpful.
For dining, there's a local farm restaurant if you turn left at the main gate, and breakfast is available if you turn right. You can also order takeout, so food options are quite convenient.

HHelen LouThe hotel is located on 'Swan Lake' which made for pretty photos from our room balcony.
The rooms were clean and spacious, with bottled water replaced every day. There was a fridge, but no mini bar.
It was very quiet when we stayed, it seemed like tour groups came for 1 night then left the next
The attractions the other side of the lake was fun. We loved the glass bridge and the motorboats as well as the bumper cars and road train. You will need to pay extra for some of the attractions, but at a minimal cost.
The cave was amazing, and the lighting helps with the atmosphere. Our guide spoke in Mandarin, but this didn't hinder our enjoyment, plus other tourists were happy to translate 😀.
There was lots of choice at breakfast, but it didn't really change from one day to the next. I rekindled my love of boiled peanuts!
The hot springs were indeed hot, but they were a little rundown, with some of the spa areas not working.
Over all, We had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

DDicengmoyouzOur stay in the triple room at the Guangzhou Biquan Air Hot Spring Hotel was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The room was spacious and bright, with elegant and cozy decor. The three beds were soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The room was also equipped with complete and practical facilities, all spotlessly clean.
The hotel's hot spring was definitely a highlight, offering a rich variety of pools with perfect water temperatures. Soaking in the hot springs felt like all my fatigue just melted away. The surrounding scenery was beautiful too; it was incredibly relaxing to enjoy the views while soaking.
The hotel's service also deserves high praise. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was checking in or resolving other issues, they were very efficient. I will definitely choose this place again next time!
